Day Thirty FYMM Fitness

Today was pretty easy. This is a new treadmill. There’s one little problem. Every time I’m running, it’s sliding backwards. It is scratching my floor. I don’t know what it’s doing. I mean, it’s working. Got to solve that quick problem. But other than that, I am doing good. Second set is getting easier. It’s not quite to the point where I want to do a third set. Well, probably do one more. Today is Friday, so we’ll probably do one more week. So starting Monday, we’ll do one more set of just two. And then the week after that, we’ll start adding three, because I mean, one, that’ll be sufficient time, and then we still might be able to stay on schedule by adding the fourth set by the end of the month, which would be cool, because then we’ll be at full sets. The hour long bike ride really wears me out in the morning time. I guess you could say, “EriK, it’s supposed to. You’re riding 20 miles.” Yeah, but I feel like I’m a machine, you know what I’m saying? I’m just sitting there and moving my legs. It doesn’t seem like I’m doing anything. But I get sleepy after. But let’s see, I did 60 sit-ups opposed to 50, because I did three sets of 20. So the third set, I wasn’t just going to do 10. I might as well just do 20. Yeah, my new goal, my goal for the treadmill is since I’m running 20 minutes, you’ve got to make it exciting, because if you just run 20 minutes, even though I’m watching inspirational, good stuff on TV, it still gets boring regardless. So you’ve got to challenge yourself.
