It’s later in the night. It’s not the first thing in the morning. I wasn’t really feeling very good this morning. I was having a pity party for most of the morning. I didn’t feel like doing too much of anything. But I changed my attitude. I started finding something that sparked my interest and drug myself out of the little pity party. But then midway through, I had a great epiphany. I was like, “You know what? This is a great time.” Because like I said, I was kind of lazy all day. And if you’ve been paying attention, It seems like I’m getting more energy after I run and work out a little bit. I wanted to test working out at night. I mean, it’s not super late. if it was summertime, it’d still be light. But it’s winter, so it’s dark at six o’clock. But later nonetheless. I wanted to test and see how my body feels after working out at night. Because again, I want to start doing two a days, the day is really long. When I work out first thing in the morning, I’m not exercising for 10 hours. I’m working out for maybe 15, 20 minutes. So around four o’clock, I’m like, “Well, it doesn’t even feel like I worked out.” So I want to change that and implement two a days, to where I can sit in front of my TV and listen to something educational or inspirational while I ride the bike for maybe 20 or 30 minutes at the end of the day. As long as the program lasts each program is a little different.I’m going to finish the program, I’m just going to keep on riding. Which is a little bit different than the morning where I’m more structured, for the running. Because it is more building the discipline to do it every day. Now in the afternoon, that’s just a straight cardio burn. I’m not trying to do anything besides move. Because I don’t like when I am sitting stationary for too long. the law of inertia, just think the law of inertia. That’s the only reason why I’d implement at night, is just to keep moving. Keep my blood flowing. Keep my blood flowing to different parts of my body, better, and faster. Because I’m taking deeper breaths. That’s really the only reason, just cardio burn and just keep moving. And just keep moving, really. I mean, there is no other reason besides just to do that. And I think that would be a good thing. I’m thinking about getting a walking desk too. Because I do a lot of computer work, I’m sitting down. The more I’m running, the less I want to be stagnant. If that makes sense. Now that I’m running every morning, I got more pep in my step. It’s like I kind of want to move, but then after I run, I sit down. I sit down all day. So that’s where I’m like, ” I need to try a little later on and implement two a day. So at least if I’m sitting, I’m exercising, I’m burning calories, I’m doing something. I feel like I’m active. And if I get a little walking desk, while I’m doing everything, I’m moving. Because sitting down is too much for me. I don’t know, it’s too much. And maybe you guys feel the same thing, maybe you don’t, I don’t know.
