Day Twenty FYMM Fitness

It’s Monday morning, first thing in the morning. remember yesterday I was like, you know what? I might implement a quick little bike ride in the afternoon. So with that in mind, I don’t know if I’m going to do it now. Today was the implementation of adding a second set. Now we are on the treadmill, for 10 – 12 minutes, it’s easy, then doing five minutes backwards, without any problems. The first set of pushups, curls, and shoulder press. No problem. Second round. this phone is really heavy right now. It’s super heavy, which is exactly what I wanted. This is what we’re looking for. If this was easy, then we know we’re going to slow. But now this is exactly at the level that I wanted it to be at. This is the reason why we moved it up to two sets. So hopefully another couple of weeks, because we have one more week of January and then we’re into February. This is week number four, I think. Basically on schedule, By the end of February, we’re going to try to be at four sets and running a lot faster than we already are. I got to get a new treadmill for that obviously. And then implementing more legs, doing a whole lot more stuff so we have like a good month, we might not be able to get it, but that’s in theory, that’s where we want to be. We have to do things to the point they are so easy it’s second nature, where it is impossible not to do it.
