March 22 Morning Ingredients – HoneyDew Carrot Squash Apple Cucumber

All right. Good morning

Today. We finally, I found a honey deal, right? Hopefully. So it’s honey dude. Hopefully I got the right thing and then we’ve got some carrots, some squash, a cucumber, and then we’ve got something else too. We got a plum. All right. So I went shopping yesterday at a different store. Walmart, then my typical food lion and that just, they just had a different Bray of vegetables and fruit. I also did get my we’re going to start my juicer today. So we’re going to start the energy drinks today. That’s at least in theory. All right. Let’s figure out what is in each of these vegetables

And fruit. Excuse me.

All right. Our cucumber, we have vitamins, K and C magnesium, potassium, hydration, weight loss, blood sugar control, and bowel regulation. Let’s go to our or carrot. There we go. Carrot vitamins, a C and B6 potassium, eye health, skin, health, and cancer prevention. Now let’s go to our school squash. We have vitamins, a C E and B6, niacin diabetes management, and anti-inflammation with a little bit of lung health. That’s our, our squash right there. Now let’s go to our fruit mind you. We don’t have very much because these are high producing. We know our cucumbers are going to give us a lot. Our squash is going to give us a decent amount. Our carrots are going to give us a another decent amount. I’m guessing the honeydews going to be like the, the watermelon and the cantaloupe, hopefully. And the plum. I’m not sure we’ll find out.

And look, we have a plum right here. Vitamin C K, and a potassium blood sugar control, bone health, and heart health. Look at that. You can get your bones butter with a little bit of plums every day. All right. Not bad. We got the honey dude, vitamin C B6 and K potassium full late bone health. Look at that regard to bone house today. Kale Squash Asparagus Starfruit Pear Kiwi Morning – Ingredients

Good morning

Had a little bit late start this morning, went to bed a little late last night. My apologies, as you can see it’s daytime now, I think it is probably seven 30 in the morning. And it’s starting to get springtime today. This morning. We are going with the rest of the bag of kale. If you remember yesterday, I was pretty disappointed with the amount of water that was in here. But whatever, maybe I should get it where it’s not cut up, but we’ll worry about that later on where you are trying some pears and turn it around. There you go. These are sweet or may pairs. There you go. Yeah, that word does Johnno pairs. We’re trying what is this squash little squash in there? We’ve got asparagus. We got our Kiwi and then I saw this. It looked cool. I think it’s a star fruit.

Not really sure what it is. I doubt it’s in the book, but I wanted to give it a shot. See what happens might be the missing factor that we’ve all been looking for. Right? So let’s go through each vegetable and discuss what benefits we are getting out of it. So squash, remember in the morning times, we’re trying to have more of a sugar, right? More, more sugar in the morning, less sugar at nighttime. So more greens at night, more fruits in the morning time. So that’s why we have three different fruits. We have three vegetables as well, but that’s more or less for the water and you know, a couple of the nutrients, but the pair, the Kiwi, and the funny looking fruit thinking, it’s a star fruit. I could be wrong. Those are for the morning time. All right, let’s go.

Duh, the squash vitamins, a C E N B six. Nice in diabetes management anti-inflammation and lung health. And we got kale and asparagus that’s over here. Kale, we got vitamins, a K and C magnesium cholesterol, health, cancer prevention, eye health, and weight loss. Then we have asparagus. Remember, this is what asparagus looks like. Grape Strawberries Squash Apple Pear Broccoli – March 14 Ingredients

Good morning. Let’s see. Sorry. I didn’t didn’t make a video last night. I was tired and well, really, I need to schedule the times that I drank these does juice way better. Cause trying to drink three big glasses of, of juice. Basically three liters of water every day is, is quite filling. But not like feeling as in, I just finished a big meal feeling as in, I do not want to drink anything for the rest of the day. That type of feeling, because it’s just like a whole bunch of water is kind of sitting on my stomach. And if you’ve ever done that before, it’s kind of like every time you walk you’re sloshing around. So it was difficult for me to try to make a third video yesterday. Daylight savings kind of screwed me up. Didn’t we’re an hour ahead now because it’s spring.

So we spring forward. Yeah, I kind of screwed me up. That’s why it’s light outside. I think it’s almost nine o’clock in the morning, but it’s really like eight o’clock in the morning. If that makes sense. So kind of screwed me up. So we got broccoli, we got pear little Apple, little grapes, a squash and some strawberries. And of course we got a little bit of the ginger, right? Give a little flavor. I still haven’t figured out what ginger does for you. So sorry. Bear with me. All right. So we got the, let’s go to our trusty book. I’m going to make a book of this. Give me a little bit, and I’m going to have more, the more fruits and vegetables. So before the end of the month, you will be able to purchase my book and follow along. All right. So let’s go with the fruit. Let’s go with the grapes, vitamin C and K potassium, cancer prevention, blood pressure regulation, chronic chronic disease prevention. So that’s what this little do right there. So now we got Apple.

Cilantro Red Leaf Lettuce Kiwi Apple – Ingredients

All right. So this morning we got cilantro or coriander where we got readily red lettuce. We got our Apple room put in a little bit more fruit and then this morning, just cause I want to I’m going to fill up the glass a little bit more. I’m hungry. Got a little key. We got strawberry. And then we got cabinets. Yes. It’s cabbage this time. It’s not a cauliflower. Now let’s go and get to our vegetable list and see. All right. So out of our fruit, we got our Apple again. We’re just, this is just a regular Apple. Doesn’t go into the colors, which we’ll do probably later has vitamin C potassium, keratin or cure 10 heart health, weight loss, and cancer prevention. Let’s see if they have the key we up here the key week, right there. Vitamin C and K and E folate potassium. Carrots Apple Strawberry Onion Cucumber – Ingredients

Good morning. All right.

And you can see it’s still nice and dark outside. I think it’s about six o’clock in the morning. It’s time for our breakfast. We have cabbage, which we’ll go over here. Excuse me. And vitamin C and K full late Meg magnet, knees. Anti-Inflammation digestive health, heart health, cholesterol health. I’m trying to the inflammation. I, since I am working out and everything, I don’t have any protein. Well, I’m not really shooting myself with a lot of protein. So inflammation just sounded like a good idea. I could be completely wrong, but whatever. Let’s go. We have this nice red. Well, let’s get a cucumber first cucumber again. Here we go. Vitamins, K and C magnesium, potassium, hydration, weight loss, blood, sugar control, and bowel regulation. We got carrots. Let’s see. We’re all under the seas, right? This is for a M C N B six, vitamins, potassium, eye health, skin health, and cancer prevention. I have a little bit of eczema. So hopefully with the skin health and the hydration, it will start helping that out a little bit. Cause I’m, you know, literally shooting myself with whatever vitamins are supposed to be for skin health. Now I wanted to try something. This is my experiment is my walnuts. I’m not sure if my walnuts are going to do anything or even if they’re going to crush, make any juice, but whatever, we’re going to try it let’s see onion.

It does not look like they have onion. It looks like later today. We’re probably going to have sweet potato, but they don’t have onion. That’s crazy. All right. So I do not know what benefits is. Onions going to bring me, but let’s get to the strawberries and Apple. So Apple again, this is the, this is a pink lady, apples. So it’s, this is more generic, probably has more sugar than anything else. Vitamin C potassium, quercitin heart health, weight loss, and cancer prevention. Now let’s get back to our strawberries. We’re not doing Kiwis this morning. We’ll do that probably tomorrow morning. I just wanted to try, try something different strawberry vitamin C magnesium, fol, late heart health, blood sugar control and cancer prevention. All right. So we’re probably going to mush up most all of this right here. I know the hope the cucumber is going to be gone. At least half the onion is going to be gone. Carrot Apple Kale – Ingredients

Good morning. It is light out time. I just have a little, my just finished riding the bike. Did my stretching did some pushups. Now it’s time to nourish my body with some great vegetables and fruit and great nourishment. So we got some strawberries, which is typical for the morning. As you remember, we got something new today. We got some kale, right? We’ve got apples, which is typical for the morning. Our carrots to kind of help with our eyes. We’re going to end re-introduce the Kiwi for the morning. The Apple light or the onion idea was absolutely horrendous. I will not be doing that again. Then we also have our cabinets, so let’s go into our book and see what type of nerd and nutrients we’re going to be giving ourselves today. So we’re starting with the vegetables. We got cabbage just in kit. We’re going to keep doing it.

I know. All right, no, there you go. Vitamin C and K full late man. Nuggies anti-inflammation digestive health, heart health and cholesterol health. Cauliflower Carrot Lettuce- Ingredients

All right. For our second little drink, it’s about two 30 in the afternoon. I’m not really hungry. I was really hungry earlier and kind of put me to sleep and everything, but now I’m waking back up, moving around. I’ve been up for a few hours now where I’m not really hungry, but I’m going to do my little afternoon run in second. So I know I’ll probably new little energy or something. I’m going to try lettuce, cabbage and carrots. So let’s see what is in each of these cabbage it’s vitamin C and K full late magnesium, magnesium anti-inflammatory digestive health, heart health and cholesterol health. So this is this right here. The cabbage.

No, that’s not.

This is cauliflower. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. Cauliflower.I apologize. The cauliflower is vitamin C K B6, full late potassium, weight loss, bone health, and cancer prevention. Then we have, here is our, what is this? Before I started naming stuff, figuring out what it looks like a regular head of lettuce rice. Let’s just go ahead and lenses. Beet Bok-Choy Broccoli – Ingredients

All right, good afternoon. Now

For our afternoon drink, we like, you already know we’re going more green than our morning drink, which is more based off of sugar and trying to get more fruit into our diet. Right here. We have bok choy. Yup. I had to see, I had to get the, the receipt, the bok choy. This is a beat. That’s a broccoli. I had no idea. Broccoli looked like this. I had no idea. This is some zucchini. We got our lettuce, we got some spinach and we have some ginger root. Now, depending on how much, I don’t know how much water or how much vegetable juice is going to come out of these. Hopefully you eat the whole beat. I don’t know. I’ve never ate it before. Hopefully you eat all the buck chewy or bok choy, whatever. Hopefully you can eat the STEM of the broccoli. I’m not sure these are all kind of brand new for me. I had no idea. Broccoli even got that big. You’ve never tried this before in my life. Unless it was something I ate that I didn’t know. Was there a beat? I think beets or sweet. I’d have no idea the Ginger’s for flavor. All right, so let’s check it out.

All right. Day one juice in regard to the little green juice and recipe book Alvin link somewhere. So we’re starting off with an Apple, a cucumber, some asparagus and some carrots. I doubt that’s enough, but we’re going to see what we’re doing. I’m going to show you a little bit what we’re doing. Asparagus right here. Day Three First Wake Up

So this is the beginning of day three. Uh, I’m still a little lazy, but it wasn’t like it was forcing like, uh, my body’s I guess, getting used to this a little bit. Oh, they did say a couple of days you’re going to be miserable, which was true. Um, I have a disgusting taste in my mouth, but besides that, everything’s kind of cool. I mean, yesterday I could not get out of bed today. It was a little different, I, I kinda, I feel awake alert. It’s still unmotivated, but that could be because the project I’m doing is, is really long. Um, and it’s, it’s not an easy project as well. I wanted it done before I started this other little project with the juicing. Um, but other than that, we’ll see how today goes. Where if waking up as an indication to how the day’s going to go, it’s going to go smooth.

It’s going to go really smooth. Like, I remember drink my water. I gotta do some work right now. Um, but yeah, I don’t feel horrible at all. Little hungry, but I don’t feel bad. I mean, I got it before I get my juice, my morning breakfast or whatever, [inaudible] ride the bike for at least an hour. Do some sit-ups, push-ups all that kind of good stuff. And then I’ll, I’ll make the video for y’all and show you what I’m drinking for this morning, but drinking a whole glass, like the whole leader thing is much, much better than drinking. Half of one, half of one, I was dying of hunger, but the whole one it’s I think it’s given me enough. I might need to like pump that up to three glasses of water or glasses of vegetable water. Um, but at right now, um, we’re going pretty good with just two and then we’ll go from there.
