March 24 Morning Juice Ingredients done

All right. Good morning. With yesterday, I was discussing how I was having a problem, having three juicing sessions, just because the morning juicing session and the lunch were too close together with that in mind, I decided to wake up extra early this morning. So it’s about four o’clock in the morning. Well, it’s three 45 because my alarm just went off. One of my alarms and I’ve already had an hour long bike ride, done my stretching and done some pushups and some sit-ups. Now it’s time to start the day with some fruit and vegetables. So this morning we got our grapes over here. We got a couple of key weeds, a little Apple, a sweet potato it’s Yukimi squash. We’re going to finish up our melons, but I want to have all melons this morning. So we’re going to work with our cantaloupe, our broccoli, and our carrots.

Let’s bring out our sexy little book right here and let’s go into what word are you using? What were the, you know what I mean? Let’s, let’s dive in zucchini. We have vitamins, a C and K magnesium, potassium, digestive health, blood, sugar control, heart health and eye health. That’s the zucchini right there. All right. We have our squash, which is this one right here. Vitamins, a C E N B six, nice and diabetes management anti-inflammation and lung health. We have our sweet potato, which is right there. March 27 Night Time Brain Booster Ingredients done

Today we have a lot of leafy, a lot of greens. I feel like I needed some greens and then we have a little bit of our fruit. We’ve got a couple of apples A Mellon, some Sweet potato or key. We, some asparagus, some bok choy, some lettuce, and some celery. Part of the reason I have so much is I haven’t been able to juice all day today. I’ve been busy making videos and I just didn’t create the time to do it. So today, or to end the day, I wanted to kind of just enhance myself with vegetable juice. So we know our lettuce is good for sleeping, so that’s why we have our lettuce. But then I also, I have a couple more projects that I need to finish today. So I didn’t want to immediately kind of wind down cause I still have to work. So I wanted to make sure I had a healthy balance of sugar, like sugar in our apples and our melon and our Kiwi and our sweet potato to where I wouldn’t automatically go to sleep. Cause I’ve noticed if I eat a lot of, if, if I don’t have any sugar at all, then it works like a charm. I get really sleepy, but I’m not ready to go to bed yet. So let’s get into our book, Right? Let’s work with our vegetables. So this right here is bok choy.

March 26 Morning Nutrient Ingredients Carrot Apple Melon – done

Good morning. It’s about five o’clock in the morning. I had a really late start this morning. I just couldn’t get out of bed. Which, you know, it’s a Friday I’ve been working hard all week. That’s probably when my body was like, you know, I’m just not going to move and did not care about how much I was trying to get out of bed. However, let’s start the morning we have carrots, we have our beat, which somehow the beat just got really big compared to the last, last few times we got a couple of different apples this morning. I only have one of these left, so I was, I just figured might as well use it, or I try to keep it a uniform with the same color, apples and everything. We’ve got the sweet potato today, and then we’ve got this random melon, which is a gull. Gallia a product of Honduras. Not really sure how this is going to taste, but we’re kind of using it to give us a little bit better flavor. I have a fear that my carrots and my beat and my sweet potato might not be the best of flavors. So we’re adding a little bit of melon to give more like a water or more fluid and our apples to kind of give a little Apple flavor and Apple a day keeps the what that doctor, Oh, wait. All right. Let’s get into our green GC books.

All right. Our fruit, I’m almost positive. It’s not going to have the . Yup. Great grapefruit honeydew. Nope, not there. So you can’t help out on that one. We have our apples, which is vitamin C potassium and quercitin heart health, weight loss, and cancer prevention. We, and that is all for our fruit. Let’s go onto our vegetables. Let’s go to that right there, which is eight feet, which has full late magnet, magnesium potassium, blood pressure regulation, heart health, digestive health, and brain health.

Okay. That’s a mental note that, that the beets have brain health. So we might, we might start using the beat in the middle of the day, or even at the nighttime as well, more of the middle of the day, try and give us energy boosts or brain power for a little bit. I don’t know I could be wrong, but that’s what I’m going to think. So my perception is my reality sweet potato.

March 25 Energy Ingredients – done

Alright. So for our energy drink, we are got some bok choy, a little bit spinach, some sugar cane, which I don’t know what’s going to happen with that. Not this could be the worst experiment I’ve ever tried, or it could be the best experiment. So we’re going to find out and we’ve got our apples, we got a plum and we got some massive oranges. So let’s go to our book. Now. It’s kind of obvious. I have the sugar cane cause our energy drink, you know, a regular energy drink you get out of the store is jam packed with what sugar. So I was like, okay, let’s just put a whole bunch of sugar together and see what happens. Now we have different aspects to this as we, you know, this isn’t sugar and the spinach isn’t sugar. So the bok choy and the spinach, they’re giving us different nutrients and vitamins and minerals. So let’s dive into our green juicing recipe book and see what nutrients and vitamins are. Bok choy. And our spinach are bringing us.

And why is Erik putting them in an energy drink? Let’s first start with our fruit right here. We got a plum, which is this right here. Vitamin C K N a potassium blood sugar control, bone health and heart health. We have our apples, which is vitamin C potassium, quercitin heart health, weight loss, and cancer prevention. We have our, our oranges right there. Let’s go to orange. There’s vitamin C B one, fold eight potassium, heart health, kidney, stone prevention, and anemia prevention. Now let’s get to the half sugar cane over here. I wouldn’t think they would.

No, they do not have sugar cane, but that makes sense. I wouldn’t expect it to have sugar cane. Let’s go bok choy, our bok choy vitamins, a C and B6 calcium brain health immunity boost, and cancer prevention. So part of the reason I was going to try the bok choy for our energy drink is because it says brain health. Just trying to see if, if brain health, if they refer to like brain stimulus stimulation, cause it was brain stimulation, then hopefully that will set a count or a chemical reaction of with mixed with the sugar as let’s go. Let’s do spinach

Right here. Vitamins K a B to B six, full late magnet knees, eye health, brain health and muscle health. So kind of going on with the bok choy, the reason why we have the spinach, which is right here is the brain health, the muscle health. And what else does it say? The iHealth? Well, you know, the iHealth isn’t too much for energy or, you know, trying to stimulate myself to be able to do my run in the afternoon and boost myself for the second half of the day. However, the muscle health is, you know, I’m work, we’re working out every day. So we want to replenish the health from nature. The brain we’ve got to feed our brain with knowledge. So if we’re going to feed our brain with knowledge every day, we might as well throw in some, some vegetable water to try to help that process. So let me go ahead and get everything prepared. March 24 Afternoon Juice Ingredients – Strawberry Watermelon Spinach

Alright. So for the afternoon, this is basically our, our afternoon night drink. We have something kind of special. This lettuce right here. We’ve got three different types, not the honeydew, not the watermelon and not this romaine heart, but this lettuce right here, this right here, and this right here came out of my mini garden. So it’s not a lot. That’s why we’re going to use all, all of it because that by itself, isn’t going to do anything or that by itself. So we’re going to mush all three of them together. And then I also have a romaine heart. I paid for this, but what I want to kind of point out is first off, if you have food stamps, which a lot of Americans do, I’m not saying that’s not a negative thing at all, but you can buy seeds with food stamps, right?

So if you’re like, Erik, I really want to juice. It’s just, I don’t have any money. Well, you can buy seeds with food stamps and you can grow your own vegetables, you know, fruits a little bit harder cause it comes from trees, but you can grow your own vegetables. So today we have our three different types of blood is plus the romaine head. We have some strawberries just because I like strawberries. And I, I feel that the lettuce might be a little bland. So, you know, give us some strawberry flavor. We have our watermelon over there, which is going to give us more, more water and hopefully a little refreshing, fresh taste. Then we also have our honeydew with a mixture, which is also going to give us more of like a water. So I’m not expecting this to be very thick. But we’re jam packed with nutrients and let’s look at, we know that they don’t have the watermelon in our book, which I still need to, to, to write my own nutritional book on the more and go more in depth on all the different vegetables and fruits that we use on this program.

But we’re not there yet. We’ll get there. So let’s start and let’s go. Let’s see what we,

All right. So we’re over with our lettuce, since this is all, this is lettuce and lettuce and lettuce. We only have one thing cause we have green leaf, red leaf romaine, right? So vitamins a and K potassium zinc full, late anti-inflammation sleep aid and anti-anxiety anxiety relief. So part of the reason where we’re using the lettuce I think it’s about six o’clock at night now is one the anxiety relief, you know, after a stressful day, you know, that’s when you’re angry, you’re, that’s when people tend to be the most anxious is, you know, at the night after, you know, when they start looking over their problems or their bills or whatever it is. And so having some lettuce, I want to see if it gives me a calming state and then also the sleep pain. I have different goals. So I try to wake up really, really early on for different, if you’re paying attention to the fitness portion of, of, of this program, then you’ll know what I’m talking about. My next goal is basically be on the bike at two o’clock in the morning. So any kind of aid that I can have to enhance my efficiency when I’m sleeping, I’m all for it. So if lettuce is going to help me be sleep more efficiently, let’s give it a shot. All right, now let’s go to our fruit.

Now we have our honeydew, which is vitamin C, B and K potassium, full late bone health, blood, sugar control, skin protection, immunity boost, digestive health, blood pressure regulation. That’s our honeydew right here. Again, we don’t have our watermelon, but we do have strawberries. So our strawberries give us vitamin Z magnesium, magnesium, full late heart health, blood, sugar control, and cancer prevention. All right, well, give me just a minute. Bok Choy Zucchini Blueberries Lettuce – Sleep Aid Heart Health Eye Health Night Time Potion

Now, honestly, I’m way past my bedtime, but daylight savings got me all messed up. It’s 10 o’clock, but my mind feels like it’s nine o’clock. So I’m still awake. But I was like, well, I don’t want to stay away. Let’s let’s work on let’s. Excuse me. Let’s experiment. Right. So we know that lettuce is supposed to give us some kind of sleep aid. So I can’t just have a glass full of lettuce. So I was like, all right. And if you notice, you know, our vegetables are kind of getting, getting old. So we got to mush them up. Now what I’m also doing, we got our ginger, right?

Excuse me. Then I have raw. I still have raspberries and a couple other berries in there. We use the strawberries this morning. However, I liked the raspberries. The blueberries were the cheapest. So I was like, alright, let’s mix the blueberries because I’m a little I’m craving sugar, right? So with craving sugar, I would do this, but this stuff in there, but then I’d want to put some sugar in there because I have a fear that it’s going to be dry and bitter. And that’s not what I want to taste right now. I’m not in the mood for drying bitter. So I’m mixing it with some blueberries because blueberries are supposed to be good. So let’s go and check out. You know, as soon I’m going to have my own book, I’ll have a link to it. Give me a minute. So at nighttime, if you remember the morning time we are trying to stick to fruit, giving me the sugar, to be highly stimulated for the day. I guess that’s a good way to say it. Cause I don’t, I don’t particularly think this is going to be the best flavor right here. I don’t see anything. That would be really good. So hopefully the, the paperwork we’ll give it a little Tang. Cause I would feeling that this there’s, there’s not going to be very, very good flavor in this concoction that I made right here. Right. So I will see you in a minute. Pear Kiwi Celery Beet – Morning Health Juice Ingredients

Good morning today. We have some beet some celery mostly because they’ve been in the fridge for a few days and they’re kind of going bad as you can kind of see the elite. So I need to mush them up.
