With yesterday, I was discussing how I was having a problem, having three juicing sessions, just because the morning juicing session and the lunch were too close together with that in mind, I decided to wake up extra early this morning. So it’s about four o’clock in the morning. Well, it’s three 45 because my alarm just went off. One of my alarms and I’ve already had an hour long bike ride, done my stretching and done some pushups and some sit-ups. Now it’s time to start the day with some fruit and vegetables. So this morning we got our grapes over here. We got a couple of key weeds, a little Apple, a sweet potato it’s Yukimi squash. We’re going to finish up our melons, but I want to have all melons this morning. So we’re going to work with our cantaloupe, our broccoli, and our carrots.
Let’s bring out our sexy little book right here and let’s go into what word are you using? What were the, you know what I mean? Let’s, let’s dive in zucchini. We have vitamins, a C and K magnesium, potassium, digestive health, blood, sugar control, heart health and eye health. That’s the zucchini right there. All right. We have our squash, which is this one right here. Vitamins, a C E N B six, nice and diabetes management anti-inflammation and lung health. We have our sweet potato, which is right there.
