March 21 Am Ingredients

All right. We’re starting really late this morning. It’s, it’s almost 11 o’clock in the morning, but no fault to my own. Uh, I didn’t have power until maybe 45 minutes ago. I was riding the bike when the power came back on. Um, so I woke up at my one o’clock in the morning, but I didn’t have power for eight hours. Uh, so I, I slept until about five. And then now we can finally start the day today since we have this large mini watermelon and that’s going to give us an excessive amount of juice. Um, I’ll probably gonna use half of it. That’s why if you see over here, I don’t have very many different like fruits and veggies or very many different, uh, fruits. I just have the Apple, then the asparagus and lettuce and some squash. Um, the lettuce is supposed to be more for the afternoon, but I, I don’t know if it’s going to last that long again. They were out of refrigeration for most of the night and most of the morning. So I want to go ahead and just zip it up right now. So it doesn’t Brown on me by the rest of the day, the asparagus it’s, it’s cool right now, but it’s starting to get kind of, uh, you know, gummy so best to cook it or to zip it up squash just because why not? So we’ve got our watermelon or Apple asparagus, some lettuce and some squash and slipped into our book.

All right, we got squash vitamins, a C E N B six, niacin, diabetes management anti-inflammation and lung health. Now let’s do lettuce right there. Make sure you guys can see it. Uh, vitamins a and K potassium zinc full, late anti-inflammation sleep aid and anti-anxiety relief. Hopefully this doesn’t make me tired cause I’ve been bored all day already. I don’t need any more help. I don’t need any help being lazy today. Alright. Asparagus vitamins, C K a folate digestive health, blood pressure regulation and weight loss right there. So if you’re trying to lose weight naturally have little asparagus in your diet.

March 18 Morning Ingredients

Good morning. It’s about seven 45 in the morning. I’ve already done my hour long bike ride. Some sit ups, a couple of pushups, done, little, little housecleaning work well on the internet. Now it’s time to drink juice. Get the day started. Um, put a little ginger in here too today in the morning time. Uh, I did get my juicer last night where we’ll try to play with that later might like to citrus juicer. Um, we’ll try to play with that later on today. Again, we are using the Mueller brand, uh, juicer this morning. We’re going to be using some grapes, low key. We that’s a sweet potato, our ginger, our carrot and other half of our watermelon. Let’s go into our trusty book And see what types of vegetables we’re going to be giving ourselves this morning. We’ll start with carrot Vitamins, a C and B six potassium eye health, skin health and cancer prevention. We’ll go to potato sweet potato. That is

March 19 Morning Ingredients

Good morning. What we are going to be juicing today is that kind of look a little bit grapes, a red Apple, some celery, a beat I’m really doing the seller and the beat. Cause you can see the leaves are starting to die on me. So I’m thinking a few more days and there’ll be all the way dead yesterday. I enjoyed the sweet potato. So I think we might just add a sweet potato almost every morning. I enjoyed sweet. It’s good. Got a little carrot. And we got a little strawberry and of course we have our ginger. Now let’s go over to our trusty book,

The green Juicing recipe book, which is available on Amazon. Just let me know. All right, let’s go where we are.

Where are we going?

I don’t know if you guys can hear the wind, but it’s, it’s blowing pretty strong outside. All right. Let’s start with our fruit. So we’ve got great Apple cantaloupe, strawberry. So Apple, which is our red Apple vitamin C potassium. Quercitin heart health, weight loss, and cancer prevention. Now what? See cantaloupe.

Well, we don’t have it yet. I need to do this.

Eventually get to my book. Give me a minute where I just, I write out all the things that they don’t have in this book. So let’s go grapes, birth, Vitamin C and K potassium, cancer prevention, blood pressure regulation, chronic disease prevention.

That’s what those groups are doing for you. Now, remember we did not have the Mellon or the cantaloupe. Uh, we had, uh, the Apple, we had the grapes. Then here we go. March 19 Morning Juicing Process

All right. So here is our vegetables and fruit cut up. We’ve got our sweet potatoes. We’ll do that first. Then we’ll do our beets, which are right here. Then we’ll do our celery, our cantaloupe, our apples, our ginger, our grapes, our carrots. But first let’s start with our sweet potato. I did them in like kind of French fries today, opposed to the circulars, like yesterday, just to see if they cry, but if they cut better, [inaudible] most of our sweet potato. This is all we have left. We’ll pop that in there with our beets. Oh, I lied. There’s another small little fee’s gone right there. Uh, I don’t know if we’re supposed to throw the, the grass in there. [inaudible]

yeah, very much beat that time. It wasn’t as large as a beat, but you’ll see how it pretty much takes over the color of the drink. Now we will go. Um, really doesn’t matter what we, what we kind of grind up next. We’ll we’ll just kind of throw some things in there. We’ll go. Strawberries. You saw, I just throw a little bit of the little ginger in there. The ginger isn’t really going to make a difference, but it gives it a little bit of a, a small taste. that was a decent amount of [inaudible]. I didn’t know that I’m going to jump all over, but my apologies, I guess I really do have to stop it. We’re going to do an apples. Well, lost a soldier. Not picking it up, dude. I assume some of this, some carrot [inaudible] no, obviously the character at warrants. All right. And that’s all she wrote. That’s all the best find you. We, we lost half an Apple, but that’s okay. I’m not going to pick it up and put it in here. That’s going to go to the trash and there we go for our morning drink. I will see you in just a minute. March 17 Morning Juicing Process

I want to make a quick bonus video so you can kind of see how disappointing this machine is at times. So I filled in my blackberries. You can see them down there. There’s my raspberries, my grapes. So that you would think that would give us a decent amount of juice. Since literally, if you were to just munch, all those berries, you, you would be able to fill up a nice cup, but let’s see what happens. And then, then I’m going to show you the cucumber and you’re going to be like, what? Yeah,

All those berries gave us that much juice. It looks like it. The juice is just splattered all over the place. So this is what frustrates me with this machine because I really could’ve just mushed them all myself, and probably got more. Now let’s take the cucumber now again, We’ll Watch the spicket kind of like a, like a hose and make sure I got, there you go like a hose.

Now? That is a big difference on the managers. Look how much juice is there now? Right? So, When I talk about things, that’s, that’s more or less when I’m talking about, um,

Yeah. Then just bear with me, the apples out there have to do on a different time, but, and then I’m going to show you, this is the color greens. So we’re going to stuff, this whole thing. Bear with me. If the camera’s juggling around, I apologize. So we’re going to stop this whole thing. Now, this is gonna cause you know, lettuce, c’mon, there’s nothing in let’s call a greens, but water, right? At least in theory because the lettuce, at least when you’re cutting it like this, I don’t think it does very well. But when you’re doing the lettuce, right, a lettuce gives you a lot, but this is kind of disappointed.

So those are our collard greens. Um, yeah. I’m going to show you. I can do it. Where’d I put my knife around here somewhere. There it goes. So when you’re doing an Apple, right? Yeah. Cut it in half and then kind of dig the seeds out. Mind you, this is

March 18 Morning Taste Test

Welcome back. Got our morning juice. What do we got? We got watermelon. Sweet potato. Just in case you forget. I tend to forget. So don’t worry if you did, man. I already forgot watermelon. Sweet potato carrot, Apple, a little bit of grapes and some ginger. I think that’s it. I might be something else in there. Ana watch the other video Gives a nice little stir. Let me, let me see.

See, good.

So the smell smells like a dirt because the sweet potato, ah, man, that’s what I forgot to put it in here or rutabaga or know a beat, a beat. That’s what I’m supposed to be. Cause my beat is going old. I had three, so I got to do that for lunch or when I I’m going to try to, uh, create another energy drink today since I got the cold air correct equipment where it doesn’t taste like the orange peel. Right. So I’m quite excited about this because, uh, I was spending too much money on energy drinks for trying not to have energy drinks. If that makes sense. All right.

I am however, a little nervous about this one. I don’t know why. I don’t know. I think it’s, I think it has a hundred percent to do with the color. All right. Cause the wa it’s mostly watermelon and watermelon. Sweet. Well, sweet potato is actually not the bat, but watermelon is mostly watermelon. I can’t lie. It’s pretty good. I can taste the ginger. Um, also I put the ginger on at the very top, so very last. So that could be part of the reason I taste a lot of large ginger just cause I probably just drink ginger, but uh, taken, uh, the shell off of the watermelon so far so good. That was a good idea. Um, it’s actually, it’s a pretty refreshing drink, right? So maybe not like the four morning time for my purpose. It’s perfect. Right. But let me try again. Yeah, yeah. This is a, put a couple of ice cubes in there. You could put the little, the little umbrella in there. This is more like a tropical drink. Right. Which is really weird since, since there’s nothing really tropical in here. And if you want to consider a watermelon tropical. Okay. But you know, sweet potato and carrot and some ginger, um, doesn’t scream top tropical to me. However this drink. It’s the perfect sweetness. I guess I’m going to try again. Hold on.

Yeah. Yeah. That’s a winner.

That is a winner right there. You guys gotta try this one. I mean maybe you guys won’t like it. It has that little tardiness that I was talking about before. Last time I had a sweet potato, but in a, like, this is really it’s. This is, this is, let me try again. There you go. This is sweet. Like the natural sugars of things.

And a lot of it has to do with the watermelon. Honestly, truthfully I, majority of this has to do with the watermelon. I don’t know if you all remember or if you watch the other video, but a lot of Jews came out of that watermelon and the carrots, the carrots are always, the carrots always get me in for the carrots because in my mind, I don’t think of carrots as being sweet, but when you’re drinking the juice, they’re really sweet. I guess that’s why they have carrot cake. Right? Cause carrot carrots are surprisingly sweet. Right? Would have no, I, if you were to just show me a carrot there, no idea. Um, I’m in a process of doing about four different little projects. But if I, once I get to it, this is probably may right. It’s we’re in March right now. So I’m just going to be fully, completely honest. We’re top we’re talking. Excuse me. We’re probably talking. May-ish when I’m going to get around to creating my major, major book around this. So it’s going to be hundreds of different recipes. There’ll be every recipe that I’ve made thus far and then going in better depth of, um, the vegetables. Because if you’ve noticed the book I’ve had, if you’ve watched some of the other parts or even watched the beginning of this, um,

It’s very generic. I guess it’s not made for IX like exotic fruit. It’s not, it’s very basic, right? I wanna, I’m one of those types of people, like there’s like a hundred different types of apples. You can’t tell me each Apple is the same. Right? I don’t believe it. Some apples are tart. Some apples are sweet. So I want to understand the difference. Okay. So if the difference of each Apple, so if I’m in this situation, I need to eat the green Apple. If I’m in this situation over here, I need to eat the, the red delicious or whatever. And then look at how many different types of, of, of cucumbers are or there’s different sizes. There’s different like flavors. There’s the pickling cucumbers. There’s the salad cucumbers. There’s the Persian cucumbers. There’s the little D the, the, the, the bumpy crew cumber. So each one of these cucumbers, it has to be a little bit different, right?

So I want to go in full depth. This is what, this is the part that’s going to take forever. Now, you know, come with these drinks and the recipes, that’s going to be easier. And I might, that’d be my beat, just be one book in and of itself. And then I’m Eric Johnson version of vegetables. Cause if I really get into it, then I’m gonna like try to do a full in depth project process and probably be a whole book off of it. And just go over each, each cucumber, this cucumber, this could be, I’m sorry. I’m, I’m going off into my book a little bit too much. And I know it’s a tangent. I apologize. You’re probably like Eric to shut up, drink the juice. So I’m gonna shut up and drink Some juice.

Yeah. Yeah. This is surprisingly good. It really is. Um, my concern is what some of this stuff is really thick. All right. So that’s just my stir stick.

All right. So here’s the knife.

Um, I’m also having problems with, uh, my sink and I got to figure out what I want to do with throwing away all this waste. Um, cause it’s not really waste. So what we’re going to do, I’m probably, if I get my tractor back and about a week, got a John Deere. Um, no, before April. So we got two weeks, excuse me. So in about two weeks, I’ll have my, my tractor back. And then what I’m going to do is that this might be really stupid. It might be the best thing since sliced bread. I’m a plow up a little plot, cause I’m gonna have my garden. Like you usually do. And I’m going to start taking these clippings of, or like the grind, the ground up stuff that from the juicer. And I’m going to use that as fertilizer, right? I’m going to try to get off of miracle grow and all this other stuff. Cause I don’t believe in it. Um, it’s not that I don’t believe in it. Let me get it wrong. I don’t want as many chemicals in my body as there are. Right. I don’t trust.

Okay.

All the different chemicals. We don’t know how, what that would do to us in 20, 30 years. So I don’t trust it quite as much and I want to go real, truly organic. I mean, how organic can you go when you’re, if your fertilizer is mushed up vegetables and I, I w if I was fishing, I’d put fish hex and the, excuse me, fish heads there, but I don’t. So I won’t, and we’re at 10 minutes. So I’m going to drink this real quick and contact camera. The rest is that foam. So we’re going to leave it right there again. It was great. Um, see if you can see at the bottom, Uh, I don’t know if you can see there’s, it’s kind of whitish down there. It’s and that’s what I mean by with the sweet potato is kind of starchy. I know it looks like I left a lot, but you go ahead and drink it if you want to, but that’s all that creamy foam. It’s not the greatest. I’ll throw it away. See you later cut the camera.

March 20 Morning Taste Test

Well, I’m back.

All right. We got a lot of juice to drink this morning. I think I went a little bit, well, I didn’t think anything. We have more juice than normal cause we weren’t allowed to. We weren’t even able to mush up the greatest ingredient, which was the strawberries I was trying to save the best for last. Sometimes that’s not always the best idea because of today. We had to no go, we did full on everything and then like half on strawberries, which the strawberries is what I was excited to drink. Right. Strawberry juice is always amazing. However, this is what we look like.

Funny the way that it is, but that’s fine. There you go. You kind of see the contrast of the colors. So I’m guessing the top, part’s going to be quite a bit of foam. Like I keep telling you guys, there is a massive amount of foam on this all the time. We’re going to try to get rid of some of this foam. Cause I, I truly just don’t want to drink it. The phone is not very good. And even when I try to stir it up and get rid of it, it does not go away.

All right.

That’s good enough. So a little picture of our phone. See what I mean? It’s just it. Yeah. It’s it goes, but that’s, that’s foamy, right? It’s probably really good for you, but it’s not tasting very good. It’s kind of gross. So we’ll keep it to the side.

Yeah, I think that might be it strawberries. Oh and bell pepper. See, I knew about it. I had it and ginger, but that didn’t count. We always put ginger.

Wow. That is a very unique flavor. I would much rather prefer having more strawberry flavor in there, but having the two, like leafy as in the bok choy and the celery. Ah, that’s a very interesting combination. Very interesting. I mean, I might have done it before, but then I did it with the, the lesser water vegetables, I guess that’s the best way to put it. I was trying to think of something jazzy or I can’t that’s about, this is, this is different. This is different. Let me try it again.

Wow. That, that right there.

I tasted a little Apple in that swig. I tasted a little celery. I T like I don’t taste any of the ginger that’s. That is surprising. Cause usually I taste the ginger. When I put the ginger on top, I taste it. I put the ginger in the bottom or in the bottom. And I don’t taste any of it. That’s that? That is surprising. That’d probably be the number one. That’s that’s probably the largest or, you know what I mean? I’m stumbling my words. Leave me alone. The biggest surprise. There you go. All right, let’s give it another shot. See

I remember before, based on every other time I’ve had celery, I’m talking about the thickness of the celery and how it’s kind of like food and everything else. How it’s like really meaty. I I’m not getting any of that this time. It, this, this right here. I mean, maybe it’s because I took all the foam out and the meatiness was just the phone, like disguising itself as like substance, but this right here, it’s now I could be getting, I mean, I’m obviously getting a lot of minerals and vitamins and things, but this is going down. Excuse me, this is going down more like water. Like just the consistency of it. I’m not talking about the flavor. Obviously it doesn’t the flavors, not water flavor, but the consistency, excuse me. The consistency of this is more on the basis of like, kind of like thin and liquid and liquidy like water.

I, I don’t know if that makes sense, but no, I think my mind is just playing games with me honestly, cause now, because if you remember before, let’s say yesterday, when I had to use some celery, I was like the room temperature, the temperature of it’s not as cool today. This is like, I am, it might be the phone again. We’re gonna, I’m gonna continuously take the foam out from here on out so we know it’s not just foam. So if it’s consistently like this and we knew it was just the pump, however, what’s very interesting is it’s cooler. As in if yesterday I was kind of complaining, it’s warmer. I’m nothing nothing’s changed. My refrigerator did not get any cooler overnight. Right. I didn’t change any buttons. So it’s, it’s interesting. This is more of a, a lighter refreshing drink if I don’t know if that makes sense. It’s not, it’s not meaty. It’s not earthy. And, but then it also has like a kind of refresh after you drink it. I, to know it’s really confusing because it doesn’t explaining how it is just doesn’t it doesn’t make any sense, but that’s, that’s kind of how it is. Let me try, let me try it again. Hold on. Okay.

Okay.

Yeah, kind of basically, just like I said, I mean, it’s, it’s it’s more like on the line of refreshing the right now. It’s kind of getting not meaty, right. Kind of extra flavor fully, if that makes sense. I think during this area, let me, let me mix it back up.

Okay.

Because once it dries, like the sediment and everything kind of sinks to the bottom. So at the dorm, like when did we get to this level? It’s kind of like, Whoa, all right. Cause it’s really all the flavors coming together at one point in time. I really didn’t know how to kinda be a vegetable juice critic,

But however, you know what I’m saying, I guess my calling is, is to

Criticism or critique vegetable water,

That one. So I got the celery after taste, but on the way down, you know, kind of how like not the pass rate or whatever, the cheap that the Apple drink, but the Apple juice, right? How Apple juice kind of has that flavor going down. It’s really difficult to explain, but if you, if you’ve ever had Apple juice before you kind of know what I’m talking about, it had that, that Apple juice going down flavor. But then like right now I can taste the celery, which is weird. So it’s not like before, so this is, this is what I’m thinking. It’s really confused me before is the last few days, every time I’ve had celery, I’ve associated the thickness with the celery because I taste the celery with the thickness. It does that make sense, but now I taste the salary, but it’s not like a thickness flavor that’s associated. That’s like

Along with the cellar it’s it’s like, that was more the Apple flavor going into it than just the celery after taste. I got a little bit left. We are already over our 10 minutes or I apologize.

Got foam getting kind of foamy. Good.

Don’t get me. I mean, but just the foams curls I am against the phone. So I might have to just figure out how to strain this. Maybe. Oh, maybe that’s what you’re supposed to do. You know what I’m saying? I don’t know. This is all new to me.

Cut camera. Rest is foam. Okay.

But I will say this one was pretty good. It’s good for a breakfast drink. Kinda get you I think maybe a cute, but we don’t have enough space there. Mine have to tinker tinker or excuse me, tinker with it a little bit, because I think a cucumber would be pretty good in there too. Right? Cause a cucumber is going to give us that hydration that we need. All right. Talk to you later.

March 17 Afternoon Juicing Process

So this morning when I made the video and I showed everybody how much juice and everything was coming out, I thought that was kind of fun. Uh, so I decided to make another video. I should have started this after I cut the watermelon one more time, but whatever you guys will get to enjoy me cutting the watermelon one more time. Probably got it. Cut it one more time. Cause that it’s still pretty bad. 

Yeah. 

Watermelon doesn’t give us a lot, a lot of juice. I’m disappointed, man. I will be disappointed. 

Let’s give it a whirl. 

Okay. Well the watermelon was a little interesting. Wasn’t it? Do a little dance then with, Yeah, that one’s a little bit too big to stick in there. Let’s go with that one. Probably shouldn’t be putting, uh, the green part in there. 

I see it’s all falling apart on me and everything. I see. Maybe I shouldn’t have recorded this and now it’s making me look like I’m I’m a degenerate or something. Oh, well 

The watermelon has it locked. 

We’re not going to use all this. All of it because that’s way more than I was initially or originally thought. Plus I have a feeling that the, the skin probably isn’t as, as a tasty, as I would’ve liked. So we’re gonna do something again. I got to put your down. Sorry about all this. We will get better with, uh, the camera. I’m just gonna take this, like take the, just get the good part. I’m gonna leave the skin to the side. Yeah. We’re going to have to edit this video up a little bit, huh? Oh, well that’d be all right. First time is always the worst time or first few times Where worded the

I’m out of juice. So we know like, if we want to just a filler, we just use watermelon. Now the bok choy is going to give us a lot of juices. Well, so I think I screwed up large on the Mount of vegetables, honestly. and if you kind of look, look at it, the rainbow, right? We’ve got our watermelon, we’ve got our box. We got, 

What do you call it? Our carrot. And I mean, if you were here, you’d be able to smell it. It smells like ginger and a little bit of a pepper. So that was fun. Uh, there you go. That’s how much juice came out of everything I just squirted or chopped up. We still have, see, I didn’t even use all the carrots that I was supposed to, so got half the Mellon and I good, good portion of the bok choy. March 17 Morning Juice Taste Test – done

Good morning. Welcome back. So you see, we kind of have our nice colorful drink, little green, little black Berry color.

I don’t know. It smells terrible,

Surprising. Cause we only put a little bit of grain in here. Most of it was let’s recall what’s in here, right? What is free call? Because sometimes it’s difficult for me to find and match the videos together unless I kind of at least, or at least explain what I just put in this. Right? So it’s not just some random me talking and it’s some random drink. We have two different types of apples. We have a pair, we have a cucumber, we have some collard greens and we have berries. I was going to say strawberries, but we don’t have strawberries. We have blackberries and raspberries. So if you remember yesterday, I was telling you about the phone.

Let’s try to stir, sorry about that. Let’s try to stir this bad boy together. Oh, you can’t really see it.

I, something in there smells terrible. All right.

Right.

It’s not bad at all. Not bad at all, I can taste the collard greens. I think that’s what smells terrible, but other than just the small, like the hint of collard greens, I’m getting, let me do it again. Hold on. I kind of liked this one.

This one’s good. I’m trying to think of something profound to say, but this is good. I’m thinking. All right. So we know the cucumber today. I made a special video. So you can cause it’s what’s sometimes is if I’m just showing you the vegetables, right. And then showing you this video of me with the juice, it’s difficult for you to understand how much juice each ingredient gives you. Right. So what I’m thinking I’m gonna do is I’m gonna make a third video, which I’m going to show you the GYN to show how much I’m going to do what I did today, which was show how much actually comes from each fruit or vegetable and fruit. And then through that, I think I, one, I think you’ll be a much better user experience for you guys. And then it’s also going to be much easier for me because then I can kind of, uh, cause the, at the end of this, there be a nice little book of all the different concoctions I’ve put together.

And then if you can see exactly me putting them in there, then it’s kind of like a more tutorial guide. So that’d be a little easier for you guys. Um, but yeah, this is good. Uh, again, we’ll go over nighttime. I’m trying to go more grassy green. I need some more Caboolture or bok choy. There you go. Bok choy. And he gets some more of that. I’d really need to go to more, maybe a whole foods too, get like a, a wider variety of vegetables and fruits because I don’t have a very, um, larger Ray of different vegetables I can, I can grab, um, today. I’m, I’m pretty sure the, the other juicer is coming. So what I’ve noticed is the juicer I have right now is kind of better for vegetables and it’s terrible with citrus fruits, absolutely horrendous. You don’t get any citrus. So what I did do is I bought one that’s more special or more

For citrus.

So what we’re going to do, that’s going to be fun because we’re going to be able to mix and mix them a little bit better. And uh, yeah, but let’s get back to this.

The Apple pear combination is really good. Right? Got something in my nails. The Apple. Yeah. That’s, it’s a really good combination. I’m not going to lie. Uh, I wish I could say I taste the berries, but I don’t. Um, that’s, that’s a little disappointing, but again, if you watch the other video or if you’re watching this entire thing, um, I I’m going to put together too that you’ll understand. We didn’t get very much, uh, juice out of that compare to let’s say the collard greens or the cucumber. Um, however, this was a good concoction. I enjoyed it. You know, I don’t think I, I personally have no idea whether this is the greatest thing for my body. Um, time will tell it again. Now I could go to the doctor and spend a whole bunch of money and for them to tell me what I could tell myself, if I’m feeling better, it’s working.

If I’m not, it’s not. So when I was just doing this, like the juicing in it of itself with no food was not working for me, did not. I was starving. It was terrible. But now that I’m now, I, again, it’s kind of like working out for the first month and a half. I didn’t see a difference at all. Now I’m starting to see a difference. When I look into the mirror and things, make sure you go to FYM and fitness to follow their, uh, if you haven’t, if you don’t know what I’m talking about. So I’m guessing it’s the same thing with a diet, right? So if you just stopped drinking soda tomorrow, you’re not automatically going to be skinny the day after, right? That’s just not going to happen. There’s been multiple years and multiple buildup of where you are at the point in your life.

So it’s the same with me on changing the amount of vitamins that my body intakes in order for me to really see if my skin glows or if I have more energy, I have to do this on a consistent basis. So after maybe 60, 90 days, I then I’ll have a better, a better report to let you know, yes, this is, this is the path that I want to continue down or no, this is drinking vegetable water did absolutely nothing good for me. But, uh, it’s too early to tell and I’m going to get back to drinking, excuse me. Some of my vegetable fruit water.

Again, I do want, I would love to understand, I don’t know. I get repetitive a little bit, but the phone, the phone, like you seen me, you saw me mix it up with the foam. Just won’t go away. Like no matter how much mixing and swirling and whatever you do, it feels like I’m still consuming foam, but we’re getting close to the 10 minute Mark. I’m trying not to go over. So again, we put cucumbers which, and collard greens, which I can really smell the collard greens, a little bit of berries, raspberries, Blackberry, uh, two different types of apples and a pair. And we got our social pretty decent. It’s sugary too. Right? That’s that’s kinda what it’s kinda what we’re looking for in the morning. More sugary drinks and then an afternoon less sugary drinks.

It’s getting down to the end where if you haven’t been paying attention, the end is, is, is a little bit more difficult to drink. That’s where all the goodies and out all the foam is so bare with me. And the rest is fun. Talk to you all later.

March 17 Body Evaluation

All right. It’s Wednesday body bow day. This is me like, Oh, well, I mean, I can eat lunch over it and stick it all the way out as far as I can, but normally that’s, that’s where it’s at. Um, so I don’t know. I would say I’m getting a little bit more defined. I’m getting a little bit more hairy too. Maybe we need to do something with that, but, uh, my chest looks like it’s, it’s a more defined, like a better curve right here. Um, yeah, I should have put it into the mirror. I’m sorry. That’s I, that’s why everything looks funny because I’m not looking in the mirror. Let me see if I can. Nope, can’t turn it around. I apologize. That’s why, that’s why I was wondering. Yeah, I apologize. So this body evil is going to be terrible because Eric forgot to turn the video to the mirror so you can see better, uh, arms a little bit, got a little bit more definition in them, nothing to really write home about, but we are getting a little bit of definition in our arms. Like I said, our pictorials, we can move them around a little bit each, usually the other one.

So stomach it’s tighter. It’s not jiggling around quite as much as it used to. Um, other than that, yeah, I’m feeling much better. Cardio is still working on that, but that could be because I run right after I smoked a cigar or blunt. So that could be part of the problem. Right. So maybe don’t smoke before you run and I’ll have more, uh, more cardio, right? So maybe that’ll be the plan. I’m not gonna make any promises there. However, uh, cause I’m more, more or less like this. Um, uh, there should be nothing that can stop me from doing whatever, but you know, science is sometimes wins Eric’s way is not always the best way. So maybe smoking before I run is not the most logical thing to do. However, if I’m going to stop, not sure, but other than that, like, uh, getting better, like, uh, feeling better, we’re doing a juicing thing. So, uh, I’ve done that for about 10 days now. Um, I guess my skin, my body’s feeling better. So going off of that, I’m hopping to shower, but uh, yeah. Keep it going. Uh, it’s not, it’s not a shift overnight, right. But we’ve been doing this for what maybe 12 weeks give or take 12 weeks. So, I mean, it’s a decent transformation in 12 weeks. We started just at 10 minutes a day and uh, yeah, you don’t really need very much time to change your life and we’ll go from there.
