March 17 Fitness

Well, the run, the run wasn’t wasn’t very good. I will say that I did run three miles, but I ran it at at five. So it took me 36 minutes, but you know, I still ran three miles, so that’s really all that matters. Um, I think I have turned, turned a corner though. The, the workout part is much easier, then I would have expected, um,

It doesn’t ache anymore. Like not like a, has never really ached, but let me, uh, let me see if I can articulate what I’m trying to say before. It was more of a struggle, like kind of a struggle tiredness after now. It’s more of a building tiredness after if that makes sense. So are my muscles tired? Yeah, but they’re not tired. Like, uh, they have been in the past, right? They’re they’re tired. Yes. But they’re, it’s like they’re growing tired. Right. I feel, and they feel good, tired. So which, which is good. Cause, um, like I said, what it’s been about two weeks since we raised the weight and it’s feeling better, not worse. Like, um, like, especially cause my cardio’s not, not getting any better. It’s kind of staying stagnant, but my arms, you know, and my stomach and my chest is getting bigger, which is always nice.

Right. So as long as I keep progressing, right? Not every day, are you going to have be perfect, but as long as we study progress, as long as we study move forward, that’s all we can really ask for. Right. So that’s the main thing that I’m trying to do is just steady, steady, move forward, steady progress. And in this life and in what we’re doing, excuse me. Um, yeah. Uh, I don’t really have too much to say at the very moment. Um, just keep going. Uh, I take a shower and my nose feels like I’m about to sneeze. So that’s what I’m kind of slowly talking, trying to avoid the sneeze. All right. So just keep going, uh, progress kind of the same thing every day. Today’s like I said, today was a little bit better. Um, when it comes to working out, uh, again, we still have the end of this week and then then one more week.

And then in the beginning of April, we’re start kind of moving up. We’re just trying to get our, our body’s accustomed to where we are, try to conquer that minimum of 5.5. If we can, if not, you know, as long then a, we gotta run every day because we’re going to run three miles every single day. So if it takes us 30 minutes, then good. A that’s great. If it takes us 36 minutes, then Hey, that’s great. We’re still going to run three miles every single day. So just cause we’re running at a slower speed doesn’t mean that we’re running a smaller distance, right? So I need that to be, need that to go through each and every one of your guys’ head, just because we’re running at a slower distance, like at a slower speed that does not give you the right to look, to run a shorter distance. Right? So our distance is three miles right now. And if you have to walk the three miles and it takes you 20 minutes to walk a mile, so, well then you’re going to be on that treadmill for an hour. Right? Our goal is three miles. So don’t let anything stop you three miles every single day.

March 16 Fitness

Excuse me today. It was a weird day. It really was, uh, the entire time on the treadmill.

If I were to stop right at the end of the treadmill and made this video, I would have been saying today was a terrible day. It was extremely difficult. I was out of breath majority of the time. It’s just, my body was just blah. Right. It was, it was, I was just tired all day. Right. It was the truth. Nothing was feeling good about myself. Right. I was heavy. Had a lot of phlegm in my throat. I mean, I must have spit a hundred times. I’m just trying to like, even right now, my mouth is, it doesn’t even feel like it’s, it’s dry. It just feels like it’s one big, uh, phlegm ball. That’s just sticky. Right?

So

That was difficult. I’m not going to lie. I broke my rule. All right. We’re at so far, I’m not very good at it. Right. It’s supposed to keep 5.5. Well, I tried at 5.7 and my body wasn’t having it. I was just dying and everything. So I was like, you know what?

We just have to stay on a mill. So we stayed on the treadmill at five. Did I end up going three miles on that treadmill today? Yes, I did. So I made the three miles, but I did not, uh, uphold what I was supposed to and run at least 5.5. But as long as I make three miles. Okay. Cause we’ll consistently day by day. Get better, little by little, right? So it’s a journey or it’s a marathon, not a sprint. So with that being said, at that point in time, if you had talked to me, I would have been like, man, I’m dead, tired is terrible. But then something weird happened. I was working out or doing the second half a little workout and it was pretty easy.

Like what?

Like, wait a minute. I thought you said you were extremely tired. Yeah, I was. So that’s why I’m surprised just as, as much as, as anyone else I’m dead tired. Barely can make it 30 minutes and then do the workout. And it’s probably the easiest it’s been.

Yeah.

I mean it shocked the hell out of me as well. Right? Like how am I, how’s the way easier today on a day that I was tired and was basically convincing myself on a second by second basis to keep going. Not a minute by minute basis. Cause I was, I was clock watching today. Um, thank God I had something that was nine. I was watching a video that was nine step video or something like that, uh, by David Goggins, uh, linked to his, his book or whatever. Um, yeah, so I had no desire or, or I’m glad I was listening to him his little, because it was 21 minutes and it was, it was him going through nine different steps. So my reasoning behind picking that was, I won’t be curious on here number five, six, seven, eight, nine. So as long as I can make it through like four or five, then my curiosity will kill the cat.

Right. And I’ll kill the, the tiredness. So that’s, that’s what I ended up doing. That’s what got me through it. But yeah, after, I mean, I ended up doing more curls, more pushups, you know, not a whole bunch more, just like, well, two more. Right. I didn’t have my, why am I a superhuman now? Uh, my Superman, but whatever. Right. Still did it. And uh, I felt good. So I, my body’s tightening it up. I think we’ll still kind of on schedule. Uh, we need to add another set. I know blah-blah-blah we need to add another step before the end of this month. So April we can start adding, uh, another depart or kinda like the legs. We’ll just do like led curls. It’ll be easy, no squats yet. So it would literally take us maybe five or not even five minutes. We might have to listen to two songs opposed to just one after the treadmill. Right. Cause if you really think about it now, I want you to also think about this for all the people that have excuses. Right. I think I’ve talked about this before for all the people that have excuses that they can’t do something. Excuse me. I have something in my eye.

Aye.

You know the song she dropped up bomb on me, baby. [inaudible] it’s by the gap band I’m I’m well, that’s what the YouTube videos, as you know, I was able to do both sets during that song and drink a water. So I was able to do a set walk over to my, my desk, drink a little bottle of water, come back, you know, shake my arms out a little bit and do my second set, put the weights down, get myself prepared to do pushups and then did pushups. And the song ended on pushup number five. So if you do not have time to work out, please look in the mirror and just say, I’m a liar. Say it just like that. I’m a liar because there is no possible way that you cannot find, I think it’s fours four minutes. So it’s not even the 10 minutes. It’s four minutes. And I’ve been able to do two sets and drink water. If you cannot find four minutes in your day, you need to look in the mirror and say, I’m a liar. And we’re going to leave at that.

March 17 Afternoon Taste Testing

All right. Welcome back. There we go with our juice. Remember we just drank or a lot of this is a watermelon or like the little mini Mellon let’s get the stir on. No, I really truly was not trying to have this much. I honestly, I have no desire to drink this much of a vegetable juice. However, the watermelon, uh, is basically half of this. Hopefully, like I said, hope fully. Um, I didn’t screw it all up. When, when I was mushing up the skin of the watermelon. Now, if the skin of the watermelon tastes anything like the skin of a, an orange or a lemon, then this is probably going to be really disgusting. But if it, if it doesn’t then it’s probably not that bad Smells kinda like, um, dirt

It tastes a lot better than it smells a lot better. It has that, um, I can taste the ginger or it has the ginger spice, but I can also kind of taste the pepper as well. Um, I do wonder how the mixing of the vegetables, like which ones you do first affects the flavor, because as you see, when, if you watch the last video, which was, I mean, I apologize. Cause it was horrendous of where I was mushing everything up or, you know, whatever, grinding, everything up, whatever you want to call it. Um, you’ll see, like there’s a distinct, um, distinct different layers to each vegetable. Each one that you, you put down or you grind up, they won’t even when you then like it’s, what’s kinda cool. Cause you, you start seeing them shift and there’s different colors, obviously.

So I don’t know if you saw the size of the ginger. I put it in this time. It was a, about this size. It was, um, about the size a little bit bigger than a Hershey’s kiss. All right. Which that was that’s decent size. Aye. Aye. Any smaller than that, it’s a waste. You don’t taste it, but about that size, it gives it, uh, the aroma at least one. Yeah, it has the aroma of a ginger and then it also kind of gives that gingery kind of burn. If that makes sense. Uh, in the drink, the pepper, I’m not tasting the pepper as much as I did the first time. I think the Ginger’s over a little bit overbearing and it’s taking over the flavor of the, of the pepper. However, um, I could be wrong. I could be, it could be just complimenting it perfectly and that’s, what’s giving it that extra spice. Right.

I mean, I really can’t complain. It has that. It has the ginger flavor. That’s that’s really nice. Um, watermelon does not have that. Citrus-y tangy tart D uh, flavor, like the peel. I don’t taste the peel at all.

Excuse me. Um, no, I really don’t taste it. Um, this is it’s a lot. Mind you I’m drinking a lot of vegetables. She’s right now. I w I don’t know if I already mentioned it. I’m not trying to have this much vegetable juice, um, at every city. Cause it’s, it’s a little excessive because I already drink a good amount of water throughout the day. So this is it’s bloating my stomach up. Um, however, and if it’s gross, then like having to drink the whole liter of it’s terrible, but you know, I half a liter then it’s like, all right, I got to do it. I got him drinking, but it’s, but it’s not that this, uh, I know what F like lettuce, so it’s crazy. Obviously watermelon was going to give us a lot it’s waters, literally in what it’s called watermelon. But did you, if you got to watch another video, but bok choy, bok choy gives a lot. And then, uh, on another video I’m going to show is squat or squash squash, and it gives it like, it’s this, it’s also kind of cool to see what, what color drink I’m going to be drinking. Cause the top, you can’t really see top of this, but it’s, and, um, I’ll end up spilling all over the place, but the top is orange, like a carrot. And then in between it it’s a dark or a dark green, uh,

I don’t want to say vomit green because I don’t want anyone to vomit, but it has a different color green. It’s not money green. It’s not forest green is kind of like in between, it was kind of yellowish orange screen. I felt the pepper on that one. Woo.

Yeah, yeah. That peppers in there. And I think that’s exactly what it is, is, um, the ginger and the pepper are complimenting each other because wow. It wasn’t, it wasn’t, it was just shocking. Right. I can still feel it right here. Um, maybe whatever I, maybe I, I drank, uh, one of the little seeds, you know, you know how it gets crushed up. Seeds are sometimes a little bit more potent than the rest of the pepper, but I mean, I’m not going to say that it was bad. I can’t say whatever flavor, you know, I just had was terrible. It was just unexpected.

Is he, I don’t know if you pay attention. That’s fine. I was expecting the unexpected that go around and I expected nothing and I got nothing, a little disappointing, but whatever

It had to have been that one that’s, it’s really weird. Let me show you where I’m at. It had to been that one, that one, uh, goal really, truly cause I’m going to use seen after, and it didn’t choke me up or any of that. So it was, I must have really just drank a seed or something. I’m not sure I was weird. Cause I, like I said, I can, I can taste the ginger. Right. It’s not overbearing. But that one, that one sip that I had was wow, I was overbearing, but what I took sips before, nothing and I’ve taken sips after nothing. So it was just, uh, an outlier and, and I not moly. I shouldn’t have ate, I had a little bit to eat before I did this, which is kind of forcing me to struggle to get this down just because I wasn’t on an empty stomach. So it wasn’t like starving. So it’s like, again, having a drink, an entire leader of this is, uh, it’s feeling. It really is. It’s feeling it’ll fill you up. I mean, especially if you had a little bit to eat before this. Yeah. This is a lot.

Okay. I was doing breathing funny for a reason. I wasn’t like hyperventilating or anything. I was trying to like breathe in fast to see if I could get more of the flavor and I could, that’s why I said, okay, I could taste the ginger a little bit better. Um, Yeah, I got one more good sip of this Sydney and then I’m going to cut the camera. Uh, just cause I’m, I am full and I’m not going to just keep stuffing myself, um, for a video.

March 20 Am Ingredients

Good morning. It’s Saturday. Uh, I can’t say I was cause I I’ve been up for hours, but I was working. I just haven’t made any juice. I’ve been in the room. I’m just uploading videos of YouTube, working on descriptions, a whole bunch of different stuff. However, now it’s time for our morning drink. We have strawberries, grapes, uh, pepper, bok choy, celery, and cantaloupe. The reason we’re working with bok choy and the celery again, uh, I didn’t have to make a drink last night. I apologize. So we need to get rid of these before they welt anymore. And they spoiled. So that is the reason why we are taking to where our lettuce are. Basically all three of our vegetables right here. Oh, let me throw in Apple a day. Keeps the doctor away, right? Boom. Throw on our Apple. So this is well, it’s starting to kind of get soft and mushy. So, um, instead of throwing the stuff away, I figured we might as well mushroom up this morning. So let’s bring out our trusty book. Don’t forget. We also add gender,

Our trustee book, let’s go into you. What are we got? Uh, we got up pepper reg considered that a bell pepper. There’s obviously there’s different types of, of peppers and different colored bell peppers, vitamin C K B six and a potassium iHealth, M Nemea prevention right there. So buck choy, which is this right here,

March 20 Am Juicing Process

All right here. It goes our vegetables, our cantaloupe, our celery, bok choy, our pepper, strawberries, grapes, and Apple. Right. Let’s start with, we’ll start with something kind of sweet or start with grapes. You see, I just kind of stuffed him in there and we’re, we’re also gonna do a little bit of this, some of our ginger. So what’s at the bottom.

I mean, you got about four or five different colors in there. All right. Now we have left. We have basic our, excuse me, basically our fruit, we got strawberries. We’ve got apples. We got our cantaloupe. And then we got the hearts of our, uh, celery and our bok choy. Let’s go ahead and do our hearts. We’re mix our bok choy and our sellers basically together. And then the rest will be the fruit, the good stuff. But this is going to take

All right. For our afternoon drink, we are kind of afternoon. Uh,

So afternoon is the correct word or word usage in the afternoon, we have our lettuce, we have our squash, our zucchini, our grapes are strawberry tomato and carrots. We are using the strawberries are leftover from earlier today because it didn’t fit grapes. Cause I’m, I’m, I’m kinda nervous that this is just going to taste too much like dirt and vegetables. So I’m trying to hide and mask the flavor, just a pad with the grapes and the strawberries.

Uh, if I remember correctly, the squash gives out a decent amount of juice. The lettuce is, is always giving out a decent amount of juice. Um, the tomatoes are kind of disappointing, but whatever. And the carrots usually give out a decent amount of juice. All right. Let’s check out. And I think, I think our book has every item on the list ran out of ginger. I got to go to the store and get some more gender, but it’ll be all right. What is a financial, I see, I got to, I got to go to the store and, and just figure out what all this stuff is. March 16 Pm Taste Testing

Welcome back. So this is what our, our juice looks like.

So tomatoes

I’m highly disappointed in it. Tomato. I really, yeah. The tomato at first tomato, I got, probably got us to like, right,

Now compared to a cucumber and like, I only did one bell pepper because of how much water came out of a bell pepper, like the bell. So let’s remember we had lettuce, bell peppers, cucumber tomato.

Yeah. I think that’s it.

Yeah. I’m telling you the tomatoes did nothing. So all this juice came out of that little bundle of lettuce. Right. Which was a decent amount, the cucumber, which I’m, I am completely surprised at how much water comes out of a cucumber. And then I used the red bell. Pepper is almost the bell pepper and the cucumber almost the same, like the amount of water that comes out of the, both of those vegetables amazed to me. So I think that’s why we have kind of the reddish tent. Right? If you look on top, well, I’ll let you see on that side, we kind of have the, a complete reddish tint. Now, once I mix it all up, it’s not going to look like that. So let me go ahead and mix it up so you can kind of see what I’m talking about. So, so this is like foam. So if you ever wonder, like why I’m over sometimes and I’m like, Oh wow. It’s cause sometimes I drink the foam and like, if I don’t start well enough, the foam just sits on top. The foam is not a water. Let’s just put it like that. The foam is not water. So I give you drink a foamy beer. It’s not the greatest taste in the world. Same difference here. The foam is not the greatest.

I might’ve, I might’ve, should’ve put a sweet potato in here just to give us some sweeteners, natural sweetener we were having earlier. I brought a spoon this time. That’s why I, it, Ooh, Ooh. I don’t know at first this time.

Oh, what kind of good, but Dan, guess the extra work it’s not quite.

Oh, ginger. Um,

I don’t think I’m getting any ginger in here. Honestly. I cause it, you know, I did the ginger by itself this time and I think I might’ve maybe got, uh, four droplets. All right. I did a little piece of grit, ginger, and then I cut some more and put it in there because I’m, I’m sure I might’ve got maybe seven droplets. All right. So the ginger, as much as I want to feel like I’m doing something by putting the ginger in there, I don’t even feel like I don’t like after watching it. I don’t think that I’m getting any ginger anyways. I mean a very, very minuscule amount. So that means either I got to do a lot of ginger or just like ex ginger howl.

This, this needs some sugar, some, some kind of fruit, something this tastes a little bit too much like dirt water. Um, Yeah,

This is it. This is not very good. I know.

It needs now don’t get me wrong. It is very close to being good. Right? It’s very close to turning that corner of being like drunk, like, like drinkable and being like, Ooh, this isn’t that bad, but it’s just not there. It’s by no means is it there? It is. Ugh. Um, but let’s remember what’s in here a bell pepper, a two cumber and lettuce. So, you know, maybe I need a plan a little bit better when I, when I think about things like, you know, I understand the afternoon supposed to be, you know, hydration, get ready for the bedtime, you know, calm yourself down. Try not to be so, so amped up on sugar, but this is disgusting. Disgusting. It needs something else in here. I was thinking about an Apple. I put an Apple in here. We have two apples and probably good. Even the sweet potato. I bet you putting the sweet potato in here. It would probably be good. But this by itself is not the greatest. No. See why it phones back right back up. Let’s see. Just see what I’m saying. So that’s what I mean by sometimes it’s difficult to drink it. Cause it, it, you see, I stirred all the film away, but then the foam just comes right back up to the top.

It’s not like the onion was still, I will say this. The onion, the onion taste the cake. The onion juice takes the cake. Onion juice. Way, way worse than this. Because even the onion juice, I wasn’t able to finish this. Doesn’t give me that flavor it just after I drink this, I’m going to need flavor in my mouth. Eat an Apple banana. I don’t know what for the most people, this drink right here will make you relapse on sugar. It will because after you drink this, you are going to want something that has to do with sweetness, flavor, something. This is

Oh, that helped a little bit. I mean, don’t get me wrong. I got again is not, it’s just, it tastes like a cucumber bell pepper, lettuce Water.

So it’s not like it’s unbearable. It’s just unbearably bland. If that makes sense. That’s what makes it so gross. It’s not N just the smell like the tomato. I don’t maybe the tomatoes in there. I don’t really taste the tomato or it tastes like grass. And like what? I don’t even know. It’s hard to explain. Excuse me. All right. Got another minute. So we got, we got a lot to drink. Yeah, no, no, not for me. Yeah.

I need something else in there, man. It needs some flavor, some sugar and don’t put sugar in there. Obviously, you know, the whole thing we’re doing is so we don’t eat sugar. All right. We tried to get off the sugar. So don’t just add to feel green, Daniel, you figure a vegetable or a fruit on that sweeter. And then, but I, this might just put, send me straight to the bathroom. So it might have, excuse me, it’s making me fart. It might have that, whatever in there. That just is like, this is wow. Ooh. That was a bad one where it’s just like, this is going to clean your system right on out. Right. Just flesh it on out, you know, get all those nastiness out. This might be the best. Drink that for me. If that fart that I just had has any indication about this drink, then this is probably the most, the healthiest drink coffee ever. Oh my goodness. Excuse me. Whoa. Oh yeah. Well, I’m going to drink this real fast and then I’m leaving because I blew myself out. It smells terrible in here. All right. One more sip. And then I’m cutting the camera on it. March 16 Am Juice Tasting

All right, how y’all doing this morning. I, uh, I ended up putting two, two apples in here. Um, one wasn’t enough, as you can see, I still didn’t get very much juice. The sweet potato though, surprising gave it surprisingly gave a lot of Jews. Like I would say the sweet potato gave about up to, but right there in juice, which is in that bag,

Something’s at the bottom. That’s weird.

So this is kind of greenish, I guess. Well, from looking at the top, it’s like, it’s, it’s weird. It has a lot to do with the color of the squash. Um, the squash probably gave the most amount of liquid in here. Uh, I would give a better description than it looks, kinda like, um, throw up no going like slop, you know, but, uh, hopefully it tastes better than how it looks.

It doesn’t really smell very good, but we will try it, I guess. Um, I, I just have a bias, I guess, cause it’s more than time supposed to be fruit and not just vegetables and it’s just specials. So, and an Apple. So I’m disappointed, but I did buy, I’m waiting for Amazon to give it to me the juicer where I can start juicing, citrus fruit, where you put it on top of juices at for you. Then we mix it in here. So we’ll go one by Adam and we’ll have everything that we need. Right. All in one little, well in a two-part system,

I’m pretty shocked. It’s not bad. It’s kind of dry, right? It is dry. I will say that it’s a little dry, but other than that, it’s, it’s not bad at all. It’s way better than it looks. I’ll tell you that it looks great. It’s way better than it looks.

I think it’s kind of, it’s giving me kind of like a chalky feel in my mouth. I’m guessing that’s that’s the potato. Uh, well that makes sense. It’s sweet. Sweet Dave though. All right. Well, I, I honestly, I, I had no idea. Like I was a little nervous if the sweet potato was actually going to be sweet, but I’m guessing it is because this is the beverage that it’s made is, is relatively sweet kind of poses a question. Why do they put so much sugar in everything? If everything’s already kind of sweet, right? Like I haven’t been disappointed yet. Well, that’s a lie. The onion was absolutely horrendous. Second half of that onion is still sitting in the fridge. I have no desire. I’m going to eat it, but I’m not. I’ll probably cook it with some, some fish or something. Uh, I’ve known desire, zero desire to grind that thing up and put it in a drink.

No, no, I, it almost kind of scared me with the peppers too. Spurs had that nice aura or aroma to it kind of gave a little bit of flavor. However, I’d prefer not to have to go through all the work of granulomas, this, these vegetables to not be able to drink it and get a headache and all that kind of stuff. So that’s why we’re sticking to more, more, more, more normal, but not normal vegetables and fruit. Right. I got to go to a more gourmet. Uh, what do you call it? Grocery store so that I can pick up like more of the bougie vegetables

Maybe go to like a whole foods or something. I was, was, I was actually looking on Amazon and, um, well obviously because I bought that machine and if I didn’t do it this morning, cause I was in a hurry and I just want it, well, I don’t know where I was hurting for it, but I just didn’t feel like doing it this morning. But if I got the Amazon credit card, then every time I’d go to whole foods, they give me some kind of discount, which I’ll have to look into a little bit more, but that’d be, it’s not bad at all. Amazon whole foods discount credit card. Hey, why not?

I know this is going to sound really weird. This is one of the best ones I actually enjoy it. So we have two apples, a little bit of ginger, um, some collard greens, uh, about, I stuffed a thing probably twice there’s there’s about this much left in the bag, um, squash, zucchini, and a sweet potato, which is very, very odd that the sweet potato is not giving it a terrible taste. I’m thinking that’s what the granny kind of chalky part of it is. It’s just a sweet potato or what does it maybe is a starch or whatever is in there is giving me that kind of choppy, chalky taste, but it’s not overbearing, right? It’s not bad. It’s just, you can kind of taste it. But for, for no idea, thinking that I’d get like a sweet potato would have juice in it. I am quite shocked and this, they weren’t very expensive either. Video’s a little short today. Oh yeah. Whoa.

At the end. Yeah. It feels like I, it feels like I just drank chalk, but the whole, the drink was fine. The very last little part is just really chalky. So just prepare yourself for that. But other than that really enjoyed the drink. All right. Don’t know why I did that. But talk to you later. Oh, they’re like LL cool J back in that day, but that was like 30 years ago. March 19 Am Taste Testing

All right. We’re all saying about the beat, how the beat really will change the color. And it wasn’t even very much deep, but it will change. It’ll change her perspective on everything. And, uh, just for warning, if you do juice up a beat, and then you, you look at your stool and you looked at your pee and you’re like, man, something’s on it right now. It’s just the beat. Don’t worry. Some reason the beats are very, very powerful when it comes to color, kinda like black people. You know what I’m saying? Inside joke. All right, let’s give it a shot. So let’s kind of recall what’s in here. We got the beat. We got some, some, what do you call it? Celery. We’ve got half an Apple. We got some cantaloupe. Um, a couple of grapes, strawberry strawberries. I was impressed. I don’t know about y’all. I was quite impressed with the strawberry juice, right? There was a lot that came out of strawberry. I think it was everything. It was actually more than an Apple and the grapes, which is surprising a sweet potato. We already know the sweet potato is going to give us a geese in the mouth. So there’s no reason to, to talk more about that. We also know that sweet. potato going to give us an old chalkiness at the bottom.

Yeah, you can see that’s the salary salary. It’s not, I’ve had better. Yesterday morning was better. It was for it’s weird. All this stuff came out the vessel out of the frigerator. And sometimes, you know, if you were to drink just the apples, it’s a little bit different. It’s not, it’s kind of cool, but for some reason, like, right, do the salary. This is this isn’t the first time I’ve done salaries. It’s just maybe like the third or fourth. Every time I’ve done salary, it has this weird warming kind of meaty, Hardy taste. It’s really difficult to explain. Uh, maybe when, when, when you’re doing this and you can try it for yourself, but it has a really, really weird consistency. Consistency is the best way to put it.

Anyway, uh, this is good. The, again, like the seller gives it, the meaty feel into it. The beat, um, gives us it’s coloring. Maybe it gives it flavor. Maybe the beat has a little bit of sugar. I’m not really, I’m not really sure. I haven’t done my in depth analysis yet when I have that, most definitely there’ll be links on every page. Uh, but right now I haven’t yet to do that. So I’m not a hundred percent sure what a beat does for you. Um, yeah, this isn’t bad. The one thing I wish though, cause I, I, I’m never going to do all that work of cutting it up and make it into juice and then sticking a refrigerator that that’s kind of counter productive to me.

Oh, this is a side note. This has nothing to do with the juicing. Um, I keep getting messages right now. Right? They keep coming down and distracting my, my, my train of thought distracting, like what I’m doing, I’m here. Where am I here? What time is it now? Living here now? Where am I? I am here talking to you guys enjoying my drink. But every time I get a distraction, getting notice a little someone strings down because it comes down at the top for that split. Second, my train of thought and my focus and my commitment to you guys is distracted. And it all depends on what they’re saying, because I can read what they’re saying, even though it comes down and bounces back up. It’s enough time for me to basically get the gist of what they’re saying now, if it was really great news, right?

Or someone’s trying to offer help to me, this would be one thing, but it’s not, it’s not one of them was a good morning, right? I mean, this has been going on basically for this morning. Um, this is part of reason. I just, I, for most of the time I turned my phone off for this particular reason. I know going on a tangent, but what we’re doing, we’re transforming our lives. We’re transforming our health. We’re transforming our body. We’re transforming our mind. Well, when we’re doing that, we need to transform everything. And what people would, they don’t get the people that are sending these messages. The one that said good morning, that’s a, that’s a, that’s lovely, good morning. You can’t go wrong with that. But the other ones, it’s first thing in the morning.

Why do I want to hear you complain about something that I don’t even know what you’re talking about? But the first thing on your mind is complaining. It’s too early in the morning for that. Then the second one is asking for money. It’s like my goodness, not a good morning, not a hello. How’re you doing? Not a, you’re an amazing person, Eric. I wish I could be like you it’s hatred and anger in the first one for something I didn’t do. I’m you, you know, I’m with you guys every day, right? At the house, you see the same background. So I haven’t gone anywhere. And then the second one is asking for money and people wonder why. I just want to turn all my off and then just disassociate with everybody. Why I’m in a happy life. I’m good. I’m eating, drinking my juice. Right? We’re having fun. Deciding what it is we’re going to do with ourselves. Working out, got to, you know, my body’s getting better. My mind’s getting smarter, feeling better. But then every time I open up my past, I got that past. That always comes back.

I’ll get back to my juice, man. This is a good juice man. I got time for that stupid. And hopefully you guys don’t either. Well, if you’ve made it this far with me and you’ve consumed all my content up to this point, hopefully you are at the point where you’re like Eric, I understand completely. And I understand, and I get what you’re saying, because since I’ve been following you and since I’ve been doing what you’ve been doing and kind of modeling my life off of yours, I haven’t, I don’t have time for either. Cause that’s kind of what this whole purpose of everything is, is to transform ourselves from who we were over here to who we want to be, which is over here, we’re doing that through our mind, our body exercise, studying, putting nutrients into our system. The more good you put it in, the more good you’re going to get out, but you have to understand that this world is set up for nothing but negativity to come in, if you allow it. Right. So the most important thing that you do is cut it the off. Now let’s time. Let’s get back to the juice and cut it the off.

Yeah, the celery is really meaty. Um, this is good though. I might, I mean again, I would put it in the freezer for maybe 30 minutes just to give it that, that more ice cold, uh, just make it ice cold, but it’s still good. Don’t don’t get me wrong. It’s still good. But at this point right now, it is it’s too much. It’s not that it’s too much, rather. It’s not cold enough. It’s good enough where it is, but if it worked gold and maybe I put some ice cubes in there. Wow, wow. It’s the first time I tasted cantaloupe. I tasted it. It’s like in the back of my throat does up to now. I didn’t really taste the candle, but now I taste the candle. I personally, I don’t like melons and cantaloupes and none of that, I don’t even like watermelon. That’s this is my personal printing.

Uh, peripheral press burns. So maybe you do. That’s why I put it on. I put the, I got, I got a watermelon, I got a honeydew and I got a cantaloupe. So all three things I would not like to, I don’t like them at all. But yesterday in the last few days we, we tried watermelon in there and it gave out a lot of juice and the juice was sweet and it was good. It was like a good nectar. Right. So from that, I was like, you know what? We’re trying to just get as low, as much juice as possible, uh, to fill it up because you know, we know celery and, and, and, uh, cucumbers, they give out a lot of juice, but I’m trying to find the fruits that give out a lot of juice as well. Right. Um, you would think fruit would give out more, but not all the time because the machine doesn’t work, how you would want it to. So, uh, experimenting and trying different fruits and vegetables is what we’re doing during this month. This first month March, we’re trying to find different concoctions and all that kind of good stuff.

And, uh, again, again, more distractions. So we’re going to finish this. And then I think I might just turn all my notifications and distractions off because I’m not in this world to please other people. So with that, let’s drink and cut the camera.

March 20 Pm Juicing Process

Okay, there we go. That’s what our fruit looks like when we prepare it. Uh, the grinder world will grind up most all of this stuff. So let’s again, we are working with our Mueller Grindr. All right. So let’s start with tomatoes so we can see how much tomato juice we get out of two tomatoes. so you were like, wait a minute. That’s two tomatoes, the sweet pepper. Sweet, sweet, sweet potato. Had more than that. Exactly. That’s what’s disappointing about this machine. Sometimes it doesn’t make any sense. All right. But there is a lot of juice still in there. Now let’s go with a little bit of lettuce and watch the difference stuff it in there it’ll be all right. double, it came out of that. Then tomato juice, which is really disappointing. So when you’re drinking tomato juice, I wonder how they really do that. Okay. Let’s get into some squash. Really just got to put him right up there, get it going lightly on there. Squash gave a decent amount.both of those gave us a decent little amount I had forgotten or strawberries. I knew I was forgetting something in that last picture. Cause that it looks good, right? No, it doesn’t really. However, once we throw some strawberries, let’s these, these bad boys up tomato. I’m just saying right. Carrot time.

We’re just do two at a time type checks to see how much liquid we can probably do doing like this. There we go. Got our four carrots. about a lot. You see how much that’s a lot. I do. All right. Now, first one flavor. And this should top us right on off I would say very aggressive. I’m out to get some more grapes because they seem like they’re a great filler. And I mean, they produce a decent amount of, of liquid. So this is what our, our vegetable water looks like when it’s all kind of clustered together. And I will see you in a minute.
