February 26 Fitness

So it’s a little darker right now. I started way late today was just a miserable day. It was raining. It’s cold. So as we were talking the last couple of days, does the weather have something to do with my attitude? And after today I’m conclusive that yes, the weather has a huge, massive effect on my attitude. I didn’t like it’s cold. It’s I mean, it’s raining right now.

It’s wet.

It’s miserable. Right? So I, I, I mean, I was lazy all day and I mean, this morning I got up, I rode the bike, did all that kind of good stuff, but I was really just lethargic and lazy all day. But here’s the thing that was interesting. Now I was already convincing myself that I was going to run a few minutes, you know, 10 minutes or whatever, and get off. And you have some type of excuse, which to date. I’ve only done that one time and it was on my birthday. Right. Which just makes it seem that much worse. However, I have not sabotaged myself. I have ran the amount of time that I’m supposed to every single day, but that one time, but what I want to talk about today is something that something pretty interesting happened today. I got it. I actually enjoyed it. I got it. Most of the time, like, okay, who started with the one little episodes that were 30 minutes, a piece that got quite boring because kind of like, it was the same thing over and over and over again. So then I’ve been trying to just, you know, find whatever motivational speech or whatever I can find to get me going. Right. I’m trying to not have the light right. In your eyes.

But today I found,

So today, you know, I was on my typical just kind of find something motivational to listen to. And I’m kind of breaking things up, you know, here’s the little 10 minutes, a little five minutes, a little 15 minute videos and things. But today I don’t, I honestly don’t even know how this happened because I was watching my little short video. Then I watched a different little, 10 minute video. Nothing, nothing like important. It might’ve been a little bit longer. I thought it was 10 minutes, but then I picked like a, a good 17, 16 minute video. That was really interesting. And so the whole time I’m, I’m learning something and it’s dark. Right. You can kind of see, well, you can’t really see, you can see my notes. You can kind of see outside a little bit. It’s it’s dark. So I couldn’t see the time on the treadmill.

So what ended up happening? I couldn’t, I literally could not see the time. So I just kept running and the program was over. And I cause like, you know, I don’t think it’s time yet. So I picked another program and you know, about eight minutes into that. I was like, man happened running for quite some time, man. I like, I started getting tired. Right. And usually I don’t get, I mean, I get tired cause it’s, I mean, normal. I’m not, I’m not super human yet, but I looked down and I had, I’d ran for like 36, 37 minutes. Right. Seven minutes more than what I was typically running. And I went onto the treadmill anticipating that I was going to get off like sooner than later. Cause I was lazy. I didn’t feel like running so a day that I figured that I was going to be lazy.

I couldn’t see the time. Right. Would save date. I seen the time, then I’d be convincing myself. It’s about time to get off. All right. I’m tired. I would have convinced myself. I was tired this time. I didn’t commit to myself. I was tired. I actually got a little tired and I was like, well, what’s going on man? Like, cause this is, I’ve been on this bad boy for quite some time. And it turns out I was on there longer. So after running backwards, I was on there for 41 minutes, which was the longest I’ve ever been on the treadmill. I’m not saying it’s it’s, I’m not, not Superman. It’s, it’s not huge, but it’s a big deal to me because let’s remember, it’s still February. We started this in January 5th at 10 minutes a day. So if you want to see exponential growth in your health, the way you feel, then you really need to listen and schedule 10 minutes a day for yourself to just get started. And then you’ll see exponential growth in whatever it is that you do. So on that note, I’m dripping sweat everywhere. And I’m going to take a shower. So talk to you later.

February 25 Fitness

Another nice day outside. I I’m, I’m almost convinced it’s, it’s not, has nothing to do with, I’ve been doing this for basically two months now. I think the extra energy is coming because it’s warm and it’s not gloomy and raining outside because what, this is two days now, after working out, I have a little bit of energy. I listened to, I finished this little song I’m doing you know, bounce around, whatever. If it continues to happen, we have rain for the next like four or five days. I think, you know, whether it changes every five minutes, but we will have, we have rain coming up. We’ll test it. If, if I’m feeling all the way better and ready, then we’re going to add a little bit, you know, add something else to the workout. Today’s the last Thursday of February tomorrow.

We’ll be the last Friday of February. Yeah, we’ll be going from there. There should be, it should be interesting. It should be fun. Remember next month we’re going to be working more on nutrition to see, cause now, you know, we got this ingrained in our, excuse me, in our body to where we’re working out consistently. You know, we feel good after we work out. It’s still a pain in the butt to get on the treadmill, but there I’m just almost accepting the fact that I don’t want to do it. So, I mean once you accept the fact, you don’t want to do something, you’re just going to do it anyways. Right? Bike ride in the mornings, easy it’s it’s literally sitting down. So I guess it requires less energy, but I burn more calories, whatever. So next, next week starts the starts at the beginning of March.

So we’re gonna really try to start working on nutrition, which means I’m going to try it. It’s probably not gonna be the 1st of March, but it’s going to be early March and we’ll get a juicer and we’re going to just start cleansing our body while we’re working out. And for that, we’re probably I’ll get on the scale and kinda see if my weight drops significantly. And if we can see it through the weeklies, cause we have four, you have four opportunities. We’re going to see the weight loss. If it happens, if it doesn’t happen. So I’m excited about that. That should be fun. Other than that, like

Okay.

Syncing myself more from other people, not in a negative way, but in a, a positive for me way. So after what this last weekend for my birthday and not, I think my birthday, hopefully rather, hopefully not. I think hopefully my birthday was a wake up call and it was just enough is enough. Right? If, cause I always say that if they’re not trying to benefit me, then they don’t need to be in my life. So it doesn’t matter how good of people they are. If they’re not, I have a goal I’m trying to get healthy. I’m trying to not smoke cigarettes. I’m trying to cut down my alcohol. I’m trying to work on my finances. I’m trying to better myself all around as a person. So if I associate with people that don’t want that, there’s no possible way I’m going to achieve what I want to achieve, because what, where does the average of the, of the people we hang out with?

So even though I might be a high achiever and everyone else is a medium to low achiever, if I associate with these people and I hang and I’m around them, then it’s going to lower my level of achievement just because I’m not around other high achievers. Right. So just my presence around them drops my achievement level, not to their level obviously, but it’s an average of the two of ours. Does that make sense? So that’s why you need to be around other people that try to push themselves every day to achieve more every day. Because I mean, yeah. Literally try to find people who achieve more than you, because if it’s the average of the people who were around, then if you’re already a high achiever and you’re around somebody that’s even a higher achiever than you then average the two of y’all and y’all gonna, and it’s gonna increase your achievement score. Right. So videos kind of get along. I’m gonna cut it right there, but yeah, man, just push yourself every day. If you’re doing this again, Pat yourself on the back way to go.

March 3 Fitness

I’m a little tired, but it was a good day. I I can’t lie. During running backwards, I had to slow down and basically walked backwards. Usually I would be complaining about that, but I understand, and the reason why my legs were really soft and Delaware today if you’ve been paying attention the last few days I’ve been increasing the speed. Well, today I increased, I increased the speed, but that’s not. I increased it to where I basically ran three miles in my 30 minutes, which is the fastest I’ve ran this morning or today since really getting into 30 minutes a day. So after it’s, it makes sense to me, cause I was running out of Heil, a higher speed that my legs running backwards, just they were, they were just yelling and screaming at me and yellowy and I kept kind of stumbling.

Even when I was walking backwards, I kept kind of stumbling a little bit. So I still did it, but I wasn’t a, I wasn’t a champion. Let’s say I doing it. I was more of a no Novus or a rookie. In the morning times, bike riding is getting easy. You hear it first right here. I’m trying to learn some Chinese. I see Chinese is, is almost a muscle language for the future. So what I’m going to try, I’m going to, this is something new. I’m gonna try it the morning time. Since I’m watching a program anyways, I’m going to take 10 minutes out of my day and have a Chinese lesson video. And then if I get so inclined and motivated and we’ll do the same thing when I’m running. So for a quick 10 minutes, that’s it. So it’ll be 20 minutes a day.

I’m going to start doing that for this entire month. And then I might have a motivation to partake in it in a different scene, but we’re going with the whole 10 minutes. Change your life. So you out there and wherever you are, I advise you to test the same thing, right? If you’ve been, if you’ve lasted this long with me and you’re still doing this and you’re still religiously trying to change your life and do something better for yourself, then take the same knowledge as we’ve learned through this and apply it to something different. Right? And see if it, if it has the same I mean, I know it will cause this isn’t the first thing I’ve tried it with, but just to kind of prove to yourself that takes something so small and then consistently do that every day, every day, every day until a little bit you’re trained in your head, you get into a nap and not the NOLA, the, the autonomous part of your brain, you know, the reptilian part.

And you’re basically just training in your subconscious to want to learn a new, it could be Russian. It could be Spanish, French, whatever it doesn’t matter. But today is body evil, Dave. So I don’t want to take up too much time, but yeah, starting next week. It’s Wednesday right now, starting next week, we will be going through and starting my beautiful juicy machine. So I’m really looking forward to that. Looking forward to see what, like, especially the first week I want to see like how, how does my body feel after the first week? I’m excited about that. So I’ll talk to you later. Talk to you tomorrow. Come on over to the body eval.

March 2 Fitness

Gotcha. My juicer today, I’m not going to make a video and show you just because it’s in the box. That’s next week, right? Got a tomato plant and three different little lettuce plants. They already are our plants. I bought them already done. So I don’t have to grow them with the theory that wants to start juicing. Then my $30 that I spend on these, basically three plants will pay for themselves. Eventually tomatoes are kind of expensive at the store, but I can get them for free. And I’m going to, once I got to get my tractor fixed, once I get my tractor fixed, I’ll probably plow up a little plot of land and start growing vegetables. Before I had not been lazy with it, I’d never really saw the point cause I wouldn’t be able to eat all the vegetables, but now I got my little juicing machine.

It gives a rebirth for having a garden because I don’t know if you’ve ever had a garden. If you’re one person you really only need like maybe two tomato plant, two of each plant, two of each plant. And you’re good. And now with this juicing thing, and they’re, they’re signer, they’re saying that, you know put aside $14 a day for the vegetables and everything. Well at our cucumber at 60 cents. And I mean, I had to throw half of them away. There’s I had too many give, trying to give them away. Most of them just went to mother nature cause I couldn’t keep them fast enough. It was, there were just too many coming out. So now I’m like now my my frugalness is coming to work in, in my favor. So me being frugal and like, you know what? I don’t need to spend any money buying vegetables.

I’ll just grow them. If I knew somebody that had food stamps, I would just buy the food stamps for 50% off and then I’d get my vegetable plants for 50% off. Cause you can get seeds with food stamps. But I’m not that cheap, right? Well, I am, but I just don’t really want to have food stamps. So I’m gonna go ahead and pay the whopping, maybe $5 for some tomato. See, I’m just going to go, you know, I’m gonna put them all there, see what happens. So the worst that can happen, nothing. Cause I’m just going to grind them up and drink them. So I am a little excited. I’m not going to lie. I’m actually, I’m really excited about it. This should be a new project. Something, some that eyes it’s kind of like a venture. We’re starting next week.

What I’m also gonna do. I’m gonna raise five pounds on my curls and everything. Starting probably next week. I might do one more week at what it’s at, but starting next week I’m doing I’m gonna do four sets of pushups in the morning. I’m doing two right now, but I can amp that up. I’m not really tired at all. So that means I’m going to amp up my, my sit-ups as well. Eventually we’re going to try to get up to, you know, hundreds of sit-ups, but you know, we’re, we’re probably trying to get up to a hundred right now and what we’ll try and get up to three to four sets of pushups in the morning, you know, just 10, we’re doing 20 sit-ups 10 pushups. That seems fair. Well, not that it seems fair. It seems like something I can commit to doing because in everything that you do, there’s no point if you make all these goals, dreams, aspirations, if you’re not going to commit to doing it right.

So quick story, and then I’m going, I’m going to take a shower. This could be literally anyone. Any person I, I talked to it’s, it’s different story, but it’s the same song and dance spend hours upon hours communicating with this person by come up with a full plan. Now, back in the old times, I would go full fledge on the plan and invest everything. And then to realize later that they would never get anything done when their part, right? So it’s the same thing in this situation that we have hours upon hours upon hours of communications, how had a plan set in stone sounded great. I was all excited about it. And lo and behold, the other person doesn’t hold up their end of the bargain, right? So I say that to say this every dream aspiration goal, whatever it is that you have, you have to show up, you have to hold your end of the bargain because all right, with somebody else, I’m negotiating with somebody else.

I can’t control that, right? I can’t control whether they do something or if they don’t do it. But when you make a negotiation with yourself and you make a commitment with yourself, it’s almost imperative that you keep your word, right? You have to keep your own word. So if something’s a goal, a dream aspiration, it shouldn’t matter how hard it gets. Now. There’s going to be hard days for me. Some days you’re extra lazy. And there’s some days that you shouldn’t be extra motivated. I mean our emotions, right? We’re in motion. So we’re going to feel different things, but the end of the day always accomplish more than you did yesterday. Right? You have to, if you have a goal, a dream aspiration, whatever it is and you commit to it, you have to commit to it and you have to do it right. Commitment and doing are two different things.

And that’s what most people get the problem. And I want to, I really want to point this out. I can, depending on, on the song and I’m not talking about long song, it takes about four or five minutes, right? For me to do a set of pushups, set push-ups curls, a little bit of shoulders and then above the head, right? Drink a little mini water bottle and then do another set. And just like right now, I turn the song off. The song was still playing and I was already done. So if you cannot commit that much time to yourself, I want to hear it. One just don’t don’t bother me. Cause I mean, that’s just pitiful. You can’t commit a song. Excuse my French. Then I don’t want you anywhere around me. Cause you sure as hell are not going to commit to anything I’m trying to do. All right. Can I take a shower now?

March 1 Fitness

Good day

What I ended up doing today. I remember yesterday I raised the time up for, I think it was an extra, like 10 minutes raised the speed. Well, today I think I only ran like eight minutes before I raised the speed. I didn’t raise it quite as much as yesterday. I was at 5.7, but it was faster. And I read, I ran the whole time. No problem. I actually ran a little over. I ran, I ran three miles a day.

So That was that was nice running. I got a message. I’m sorry. Distractions. I hate distractions, but I, yeah, like I said, I ran three miles before I ran backwards. What I’ve noticed is, you know, everything’s an experiment you got to test every single day. You got to figure out what works best for you. What works best in this situation? What works best in that situation? What works best in every situation. Right? So with that being said, I’m consistently testing different videos and different perspectives to watch while I’m running on the bicycle. It’s easier. Cause it’s well, no, it’s not because this morning I was going to watch a Google talk, but within three minutes I wasn’t feeling it. Right. It wasn’t, it wasn’t captivating my imagination. Right. So when you’re doing this, because what it, when you’re enjoying yourself time flies, when you’re not enjoying yourself, time goes by slow, right?

So while you were doing this, always have don’t don’t ever have like useless stuff and less it’s for a time-based reason. Right? So when I run backwards, I listened to basically the same song. Then when I’m doing my sets, I’m listening to some music, but when I’m, and during the bulk of everything, the running and the cycling I’m listening to something inspirational, something, motivational, something where I can learn something. So, cause just imagine the amount, if you do this even for one week and you ride the bike for seven hours for an hour every day, that’s seven hours. And especially if you do something that has to do with education-based, that’s almost like seven hours worth of school. Right. So if you’re like, I don’t have time for college or any of this kind of stuff. Well, if you just ride the bike for hours, basically, you’re going to be going to school more than you would actually be going to school.

Right. You’re still learning same thing with running. So 30 minutes, every day, three and a half hours of learning. Right. There’s nothing, there’s nothing wrong with that. I got my first couple of juicing books. So next week we’ll be looking to further in journey, I think. Cause you know I like to start everything new on Monday and today’s Monday. I don’t have the juice of yet. So we’re going to wait all the way till next Monday. And then we’re going to start juicing. We’re going to cut all food out and everything. We’re just going to juice for a month to test and experiment with different vegetables and see what happens. This year I’ll probably have a garden, so we’ll, that’ll be a whole different series, whatever. Cause if I enjoy the juicing I’m stingy, so I’ll just grow a garden and, and instead of paying a dollar per cucumber, I can have like 30 of them in a day by planting a 10 cent seed. Right. So maybe I’m not saying just economical.

Yeah.

I’m trying to think of any house, house cleaning issues. None really everything’s feeling good. Today was a pretty easy day. Arms Are a little tired after the workout, but that’s, that’s, that’s given, I’m thinking probably in another, another week or two for raise the weight. Maybe like I said, at the end of this month, I want to add like implement something else to the workout. But before I do all that, I want to kind of see, tastes like tests the juicing first. So we’ll see how that goes. And then we proceed. Keep this mess, this video short and I’ll talk to you later on.

February 18 Fitness

Not very sweaty today there. I don’t know where my verse, where did it honestly. Oh, ain’t going to get easier every day. Doesn’t there’s always going to be days that you just sort of like, man, this. I don’t want to do this. And those are the days, right. That separates winners and losers really. Right. Because growth comes from doing something that you don’t want to do, but you do it anyways. Right? So we use a story right now. My uncle used to say he was bored and that’s why he started picking up the bottle. Well, the beer can, right. And hi, what happens is nine out of 10 because I talked to my biological mom and she told me when he was younger, he didn’t, he was an athlete. So he didn’t drink and smoke. Right. So it’s just like, when, when your first sip of beer, your first cigarette, your first, whatever. It’s not something that you like is gross. All right. You’re the cigarette make a cough. We give you well, and my dad was like, what’s going on drunk? You don’t know what you’re going through. Like, what is this? You might throw up. So it’s something that your body rejects, but you keep doing it anyways. Right? Nobody likes feeling like the next morning. Right? That’s literally one of the worst feelings in the world is a hangover.

So we know a bad result is going to happen, but we still do it anyways. So with here, you have to take the same concept, just the complete inverse of it. Right? So just like drinking in the beginning, it’s gross, but you continue doing it because you think you’re having a good time. And the next day you feel like crap, right? Well, here sucks. It’s not fun, but I keep doing it because just like you get drunk to have a social fun, because I want to feel that high. I want to be able to breathe better. I want to be able to run longer. I want to be able to be on this planet a little bit longer. Right? So the after effects of doing this, something that I don’t like is in theory, what I just said as longer lasting life, a healthier life in the future, if stay healthy then.

And I, and I started sitting there like being around people that also have the same desires and likes that I have opposed to the desires and likes I had in the past, which was negative, negative things, negative, negative circumstances, negative, negative hobbies. There you go. So it’s all with the people you’re around. So a lot of people might not understand like, Oh Eric, you’re by yourself. You’re isolating yourself. Yes, because this, I don’t know what his name is. Some mystic guy. I was watching him. I said, what’s difference between change and transformation. Right? So if I change myself, right, that’s what I’m doing right now. I’m changing something about me, but everything else is staying constant. That’s changed. I’m not looking for change. I’m looking for a bloody transformation to where I want to transform myself from the person I was into the person I want to be.

And the only way that happens, I think I’ve said this before. I don’t know where else I’ve said it, but I’ve said it before, in order to be, to come become the person you want it to be, you have to destroy the person that you are, right. You cannot transform and keep parts of your old self with you. You have to transform everything, right? Because if you keep that negative trait or a negative habit or anything of your past life, right then that gives you an excuse to go back to your past life. For me, I never want to go back. Never want to go back. So I’m transforming my life. I’m changing everything about me because I don’t. Yeah. There were things that I liked in the past, but not enough that I want to say like that. Because when I transformed myself, I’ll warp myself into different things.

I like about myself. Right? The same core of means still going to be there, but I’m going to destroy every way I was thinking. Cause obviously it wasn’t getting me where I wanted to go, where I needed to be. So I needed to shut that way out. Just cut it off. And if that means I got to lose friends, I got to lose family members. I got to lose things. That’s fine. That’s fine. Cause rolling here at one time. Right? So our responsibility to ourselves is to maximize ourselves. And if that means that you have to do it by yourself, well, it’s not like I’m going to be alone forever. And at times it feels like it like earlier today I was sad, depressed, whatever you want to call it. My birthday’s on Sunday. So it’s typical, whatever. But it was all my own personal issues. But the, to just drag myself out of the bed and my pity party, get myself on that treadmill, knowing that it’s 30 minutes and just get myself on there. I didn’t want to run. I started walking for a minute, but then I was like, you know what? Just do it.

But then in the end, another thing happened, it switched. It didn’t happen. It happened literally on the last set, all right. The energy came in, my mentality switched from being a pity party and to let’s do it, man. Now it took me the entire bloody workout to get to that point. Right. But just like, you might have to drink 30 beers to get where you want to be. Sometimes you have to do something that doesn’t taste well or that you don’t like to get. Where you, where are you going to be? I hope that made sense. A little bit of wisdom where we’re still going. I’m not quitting. Hope somebody out there enjoys what I’m saying. Yeah, I’ll talk to y’all later.

February 12 Fitness

So today I got a surge of energy at the end. It was crazy. I was watching TV and I didn’t realize it was a two hour program. I thought it was only like 45 minutes an hour. So about 45 minutes an hour in to the program. I just got way too restless because I mean, I just finished another book today, so that will be it’s getting approved by Amazon as we speak. So hopefully I’ll be available to the market soon. So, you know, I was, excuse me, I was just all morning having to sit on a computer and knock, knock the finishing touches of that out. So that was, that was exhausting. I’m not gonna lie. But midway through that, I also took a break and rode the bike for an hour. And did my, you know, my floor exercises now, which is, is basically stretching and doing some sit-ups or attempting to do sit ups.

Right. Cause my stomach is not very strong at the moment. So it’s not the easiest process. It burns quite heavily hellaciously if that’s a word. But besides that did the one set before working out before get on a treadmill, which that’s, that was ingenious for me to think of that. Cause now I’m knocking out three sets and by the end, right. So after the second set, after the run, I just finished that and I’m like, I could probably do another one, which is like, what exactly. I’m like, I could probably do another one, which is, is mind blowing. Because if you think about it, I think it was like this time, that this time, last week I was debating on whether even adding a third one or not, we put it before the run and now I’m still debating. If, if you like mentally, I’m not going to do it.

Cause we discussed, I think it was yesterday that we’re going to put, we’ll probably just do another set in the beginning, opposed of doing it at the end. Right. But we’re not there yet. Let’s do another couple of weeks, whatever. Yeah. cardio today was, it was boring. I might have to change up my whole theory of, Oh, all I gotta do is just wash these programs. There’s 50 something of them. So it’s going to take me a while. Well, I don’t know if that’s gonna, if that theory is really gonna work. Cause if I have to continue to watch shows like today, I there’s no way in hell I’m going to be able to make it. I’m just letting you know. Cause it was quite boring. Like not motivating, not stimulating, just kind of, right. So hopefully this was just a and anomaly of the other 56 to 58, whatever how many there are, because that’d be very disappointed if I have to go re, re or go back to finding something that’s 30 minutes since now we’ve amped our game up to 30 minutes.

Now it’s just this, this recap where we started. So if you’ve been paying attention and if you followed along and hopefully you’re better than me or close to me or the same as me, it’d be better if you’re better than me. Like that’s, I would love that. Right? If you’re close to me, not quite there, I still love it. If you’re as long as you’re continuously doing this, if you’re consistent and you’re up to this day with me, Pat yourself on the back, cause 99% of the people won’t be able to last this long, right? That’s just stats. People don’t last very long on goals or on doing things that take up time and consistency. Right? So what we’re in almost 45 straight days of doing this. So again, congratulate yourself, but let’s look back 45 days ago, we were starting, you know, I don’t know if it’s 45 days, so don’t quote me. We were having a hard time convincing ourselves to run 20 minute or 10 minutes. No pushups, no curls, no bike ride. No, sit-ups now in less than two months, we’re running 30 minutes riding the bike for an hour, doing whatever 60 sit-ups and contemplating adding a four set.

So if anyone wants to argue about, Oh, well, you know, 45 days, that’s, it’s think about it. This has gone really fast. And if you think of the growth that we’ve been able to accomplish in this amount of time, it’s exponential growth, right? So the book that I just finished today, here’s the class that goes along with it as well as part reason, it took so long. I made the class last year, actually. It’s like my way of doing things. The steps that I do, things that the, the, how I’m able to accomplish all that I’m able to accomplish. And it’s by breaking things down into my new steps. And so if you’re here at this point, listening to this video, then hopefully you’ve done the same thing and started breaking down other problems that you might have in this by doing the same process that we’ve been doing with working out is do the smallest thing possible. Something that you can not convince yourself not to do, and then start from there. So I’m about to take a shower, but have a good one.

It’s a bit today. It was surprisingly Enjoyable. Future note for myself make sure the YouTube videos are nice and loud. I would love to listen to some, some of the YouTube. All right. It’s really interesting topics but I, Can’t hear a single thing, you know? Cause the treadmill is making a noise. So over the treadmill, I can like, Hey, like maybe kind of here, but it’s I ended up missing half of it. Cause I tune out. Right. Cause the treadmill is too loud. So I got to figure that out. I mean, it’s a margin. I mean, it could be the TV. I got to get a bigger TV, whatever, but I don’t want to have to buy a new TV just to make the sound go a little louder. You know what I mean? We’re getting closer to warm weather, which is I can’t wait. I’m also convinced my right leg is longer than my left leg.

It’s given me like more problems. Even though I’m running backwards, I’m kind of like when I’m running backwards, I’m not running straight. I’m veering to the left, which means that my left, my right leg is longer. Right. So that’s, that’s frustrating. So it’s causing me a little bit of pain. I’m trying to work around it and try to figure out the best way to run. Or just strengthen it. Maybe just strengthen is, is the best way to go. I’m not going to stop. I’m going to give it, let that be an excuse. Today. I ran at a 5.6 for majority of time, then bumped that up just to 5.7. So I ended up running three miles and I think it was 32 minutes, which isn’t that bad. Today I’ll surprise at the 30 minute Mark, if you’ve been paying attention last few days, I’ve been a little tired when it gets to that point.

No problem today, which is it is surprising. No problem at all. I was, it was a breeze. So that was, that was really nice. Tomorrow is the grand beginning of a one month of no food. Let’s see how we do gotta buy me some, buy some vegetables later tonight trying to think what I want in the morning. I think the, the biggest issue is going to be the coffee first thing in the morning. I’m just really accustomed to my coffee. So that’s going to be interesting waking up to vegetables. So I’m trying to think probably needs sugar intake, first thing in the morning. So probably something, some sort of orange banana

Thrown away. Yeah, there, I guess. I don’t know. We’ll figure it out. I got my little book. I have I’ve I’m way behind on my big project. That’s just not gonna happen, but they extended a week an entire week. Cause it probably take me the entire week. It’s a massive project, but it’s not the main topic this week. So it’s the main topic is to learn more about juicing and to fully indulgence in that part of the world. So I will be doing that and I will be, I’m going to start a whole new sequence of videos to kind of document that whole process. See what I like, what I don’t like, what makes me gag? What, what am I, man? I gotta sell this as a perfect concoction. And then kind of talk about it again. Our main goals are to maintain, maintain higher focus throughout the day and cleanse my system.

I’m not, I mean, I’m already losing weight, so that’s, that’s not like the main thing, but I want to, I want to feel better, like feel, I feel pretty good. So I’m not really sure. I just want to maintain like see if I can optimize my, my mental abilities. Right. And then like my kidneys kind of aches sometimes. So I’m trying to flush that, but I’ve been doing that with water as well. So, and watching what I’m eating and really truly cut down on processed foods for one and then sugars, which is gonna be difficult. Cause I mean, I don’t know how much vegetable juice only to be able to drink for a month, but it’s gonna be fun. Exciting. I’m interested. I’m curious, cleaned the kitchen up. I’ll show you guys later on today or first thing in the morning when I wake up to make my first concoction. Alright, Joliet.

So today it was one of those days. I did my bike ride. Yeah, yeah. Did my morning exercise I company over today. So it distracted me from my daily routine and they were over for like six hours. So it’s when people enter my little bubble, it takes away from me because I’m very structured right now and I enjoy what’s going on. And, and I’m very focused on became a becoming the best me that I possibly can. So when other people come in, I have to sacrifice me time to allow other people into my life. That makes sense. Like it could be meetings or phone calls today was just extended. Usually you don’t hour, two hours. So today was majority all day. So it slowed me down. I wasn’t quite as motivated to get on a treadmill, but I still did it. I did it with the knowledge that I was not going to try to outrun myself today and go and work on speed. So with that knowledge, I was like, you know what? Let’s just work on distance. Because if you’ve noticed, I told you, some reason the 30 minute mark, I start getting really tired. So I was like, all right, let’s combat that feeling. All right. So let’s blow past the 30 minutes. All right. And what was bringing it back down to five, five miles per hour and we’ll run past 30 minutes and we’ll S we’ll. I mean, we’ll just run past 30 minutes.

What I did was this, I picked a a program which was 35 minutes. It took me maybe three minutes to find it. So I ended up running like closer to 37 minutes, 38 minutes. But the program no, I’m sorry. What I did is I ran about 15 minutes at five miles per hour to kind of build my stand on my then for about 10 minutes, maybe 12 minutes. I ran at 5.8 or 5.7, just to speed up a little bit work on my, you know, building my speed up. And then about 28 minutes, I, I slowed myself back down to five minute, five miles per hour. And at the 30 minute Mark, I did, I got tired for really no reason besides it was just 30 minutes and mentally 30 minutes, I’m tired. But today, since I changed, the thing changed it around.

And I was like, I’m going to run further. I ran further and I still ended up running my, my three miles, which is a success. I, what I have noticed this, that extra little bit of time it, or for the last three day or two days, my legs are jello. So I haven’t been running backwards. I’ve been backwards. So that is a downfall. But my, my right leg hip is hurting a little bit when I’m running. It kind of seems like for some, it just, it feels like that leg is longer than my left leg, which is just weird. So could just be my, my mind playing tricks on me, whatever, but the importance is when I’m walking backwards, I’m not walking backwards. Like just Sunday stroll, walking backwards. I’m trying to take as long as stretch, long steps as possible to stretch my legs out and build my, my range of motion.

So with that being said, we have one more day of laziness before we go to the juicing, the whole one month of juicing. So get ready for paying attention to a new little series coming out, whatever the juicing, how I feel every day, I’m nervous. I’m not gonna lie. I don’t see how the juice is going to fill me up. Cause I get hungry and then I’m not seeing how a whole bunch of water is gonna fill me up, but we’re gonna try it. We’re going to do it. I have a feeling, I just think I’m going to be starving, but we’re going to try it anyways. I’m almost done with my major project. I have to get that done so I can kind of pay attention to juicing. I want to be prepared, right? I don’t want to just go into it Willy nilly and not know what I’m talking about. At least not know what I’m talking about. So we’ve got one more day tomorrow, Sunday adding the weight hasn’t really changed the difference. It feels better actually. So it feels like I’m growing. So with that being said, I’m gonna take a shower. All right.

Today was good. A bike ride this morning. Yeah. Was uneventful did three sets of pushups this morning. He said just to, I did eat set with doing some sit-ups. I got a raise a set on that, which I keep talking about that we haven’t gotten that to, we haven’t gotten there yet, but steady moving forward and progressing. That’s all that matters. Right? If it’s on the forefront of her brain, if we keep talking about it, eventually we’ll do it. It’s when we stop talking about something, we forget, but we’ll keep talking about it over and over and over again. We’re eventually going to do it treadmill. It’s I’m not I’m way past the convincing myself. If I want to get on the treadmill. Remember a few weeks ago, I was, I was having problems, trying to convince myself to get on it. Well, I’m past that. I have no problem running every day and it’s now more wanting to lower. Cause if you remember yesterday or the last couple of days, I’ve been changing in my, my goal on the treadmill and running a minimum of three miles, which are basically running through my house in 30 minutes, give or take, you know, it might take me a little bit longer, but as long as I get to the third, the three miles and then little by little I’ll speed, the time up. Right.

So with doing that, everything’s going well. Yeah, but I S I, this today I sped up a little bit too fast. Like I was like, I’m just gonna go ahead and do it. No problem. And then I loaded it back down. Cause it was just a little difficult. So now I’ve noticed the first five minutes are difficult after the first five minutes. I don’t really notice. And then for something, well, I don’t know what it is somewhere in the middle. Probably like from eight minutes to 15 minutes, I don’t pay attention to right. I always end up seeing it like five minutes and then it’s like 12 minutes, 13 minutes. And then from there it jumps up to 22 minutes, really fast, right? Like I’ll, I’ll pick something. It’s be pretty interesting. And then as long as I, if, if I pick an uninteresting topics to listen to time goes by slow.

But as long as I listen to something that’s, you know, worth my time listening to then time flies by, I don’t notice the time. So the quest now is to always find something that’s new because I can’t keep listening to the same thing over and over again, it gets boring and then has to be something new and has to be intriguing. And then the run is easier and easier. And then I’ve also noticing, like, if I want to run faster towards the end, if I need something a little bit upbeat, something that, you know, how they changed the music to faster, they get your heartbeat and faster. Well, I need something like that. And then it will automatically get my heartbeat and fashion and I’ll be able to run a little faster. So I got to kind of just experiment, play around, see what works the best.

Today with the weights, I was too lazy to grab the other weights. So I just did all three or all three sets at with the extra five pounds. I did. It wasn’t any, it was, it was more, it was more difficult off of your sleep, but it wasn’t to the point where it was undoable. So my conclusion is, is I’m just gonna do that and raise the weight and, you know, steady would surely just continuously build on our original 10 minutes. So I just want to bring it back. So when you just, whenever you’re starting something new in life, just remember this experiment. We started this with 10 minutes. All you need is 10 minutes and then let your body go from there. Okay.
