Another day done today was good. There’s really good. I had someone coming, so I didn’t know how much time I had, so I was kind of clock watching. So that made it go a little bit slow, but I mean, that’s nothing to do. That’s not a big concern. But what I did notice is that, which was cool because I don’t know if you remember what, excuse me. A few days ago, I lowered the speed again or not. Again, I lowered the speed from trying to out do myself every day did at 20 minutes and I raised it to going 30 minutes in lower to speed to just to do a, a nice, consistent little jog. And what that’s done is one 30 minutes is easy. All right. My foot’s hurting a little bit, but I have to figure out how most, all that problem.

That’s more of a like are you hurt? Are you injured? It’s kind of in between where it’s hurting because of an injury. So I probably need to take my foot just to give it more support, but other than that doing good. The nice thing today is that at Mark 20, I was getting bored, right? Is I’m going, I was going too slow, which is again, another mind boggling thing. How your mind just consistently will play tricks on you. So what I did is I raised it up to six for the last 10 minutes. Now

The 10 minutes or the six minutes per mile was, or six minutes per hour was a completely different feel. I haven’t run, ran that fast in what may be a week, five days, so I could feel the difference, but it wasn’t cause let’s, let’s, let’s remember from the beginning that the very beginning, we’re starting off at 10 minutes at six, right. One mile for 10 minutes, month and a half into it run 20 miles or 20 minutes at five. And then the last 10 minutes at six. So just the growth in it of itself is phenomenal, but it’s just crazy how my mind is now going to find its equal equilibrium probably at around six miles per hour for a while, until that becomes really easy and then try to bump it up to seven. So in the end, I’m going to be destroying myself on speed.

Eventually not as fast as I would have liked it cause you know, faster, faster. But if I continuously, if I keep up with these girls, it’s impossible for me not to be better than myself, if that makes sense, because we’re almost doubling every couple of weeks, which I mean, that’s just fascinating how we’re able to do that. The, the sets getting really easy, right? Not, not really tired. We’re doing three sets, one in the beginning, two and a half or two at the end. So what we’ll probably end up doing not this week, well today is Monday. So it’s a star this week. So we’ll do one more week. How it is come Thursday, Friday, if it’s really easy, then you know, we’re at two sets in the beginning, two sets in the afternoon. And then if we’re able to do that, it will be the last week of February starting next Monday, which will be the 22nd.

And that would have been for the entire month or an entire week. We’ll be at four sets, which would be the overall goal if you remember from the beginning. So that’s what we’re kind of looking at now, a personal goal. I was watching the TV show yesterday and it was fascinating. I don’t know if I talked about it yesterday a little bit about a strictly juicing diet, not just eating vegetables. Cause that’s kind of boring. That gets monotonous. It’s like eating nothing. All right. So, but with juicing, what I really want to do, and I know it’s not going to be easy because I’ve been complaining about my sugar, right? Try and get my sugars out. Like, or at least the processed sugar is just the added sugar, trying to really clean my system, get all the goodness or the, the crap out and keep the goodness in.

So I’m debating in my head and I’m, I’m leaning towards, I’m gonna try it. Now, the guy on the TV program, he did 60 days. I don’t know if I’m gonna like starve myself for 60 days. It’s not going to starve myself cause you’re like pumping herself into nutrients, but I’m gonna try to do it for at least a month so that we have enough data because then within a month that’s four different body evils. So that will give us enough data to where we can really look and see if it’s working and see what’s happening and see if I have more energy, see if my bones are feeling better, feel and see if you know, if it’s worth it. Now I might do it two months because the first month will be just to see if we can do it. And we’ll probably the first two weeks because what I’m also trying to do while I’m doing that is optimize my vegetables and fruit mixture throughout the day. So before the workout, we, we mixed these vegetables after the workout, we mix these vegetables before you go to bed and mix these, you get the point, right? So it’s kind of a science experiment as well. So that’s why I’m leaning more to let’s try it, but I’ll keep you posted how I feel throughout the next, what two weeks.

I want you to understand that this is a struggle for me. Right? I don’t want to do this most of the time. I don’t do. I understand the after effects the benefits that’s going to come to my life. I have faith, right? I faith. I don’t believe all the Hocus Pocus. Well, sometimes you just have to have faith. Like today I was going to convince you guys it’s okay to fail. I mean, it’s kind of coming, becoming a theme at least once a week or something. I try to convince everybody and give everybody excuse why I couldn’t do something. So even though we’re this far into this,

Yes.

I still try to find a reason to quit. Do I like that about myself? No.

Do I like that? That I can give up that easy.

I can go. What, what are we at? 45, 46 days. And then just want to quit. I just don’t want to do it anymore. It’s not like I have anything else to do. Right. That’s the problem. It’s so easy not to do it. When I got onto the treadmill today, I started walking. Right. That’s how much I didn’t want to do it. I started off like the first minute, minute and a half. Maybe two minutes. Wow.

Okay.

Has how much lack of determination I had this morning or this afternoon? It’s like six o’clock. I was convinced

Going onto the treadmill. I’ll just walk as long as I stay on this treadmill for 30 minutes. I’m all right. You know, first I was like, all right, just do 10 minutes and commit just to be in a failure. But then once I got gone and what we’re trying to do, remember, we’re trying to manipulate that reptile part of our brain, which is the back part. Take the class six strategies to conquer your life. Go into that just a little bit more,

But

That’s the autonomous part of the brain. What happened when I got on that treadmill and I started to run was not the frontal part. The cortex, the, the, you know, the creativity, right? The creativity was working against getting on the treadmill. It was trying to become creative and figure out how not to do it. It wasn’t the fight or flight that got me to do it. It wasn’t. So, which is the midbrain, right? The amygdala. It was the reptile brain, the autonomous brain that got me to start running because I’ve done it so many days in a row. Now it’s become second nature to where my reptile brain knows when you’re on this treadmill, you run right. Not walk.

Now. I hope part of my goal for everybody through this is our autonomous brain takes over right to where this becomes such a habit that it’s impossible for us to say no to. Right? It was so easy for me to convince my cortex and my middle. My mid-brain like my emotions and everything to convince me I wasn’t going to do it. My cortex came up with some jazzy, jazzy excuses. My mid-brain confirmed each excuse with emotional rationalization for why I could not do something. But then the only thing that shut all that off is the most powerful part of the brain, which is the oldest part, the autonomous part, the reptile part right

Now.

If you think about it, that’s the same core reason why it’s so difficult to change, right? It’s so difficult to change because we only try to change the front part and the mid part, we try to change our ideas, right? That’s the change your mind and everything will be fine. All right. Change the way you feel. Right? So change the way you think change the way you feel. Those are two great things. Don’t get me wrong, but you’re missing the third part. The repetition to where it becomes anonymous, autonomous, excuse me. Right. You don’t think to sleep, your body’s just go to sleep. You don’t think to wake up, your body just wakes up, right? If you’re hot your, your, your reptile brain space is like, Oh, I’m overheating, overheating. And then it tells her as your brain wake up and you’re like, man, I’m hot.

All right. Or if I got to go to the bathroom, then it tells everything, wake up, wake up, wake up. So then you don’t pee on herself, right? So, but when you were younger, you peed on herself. So it was a habit you had to habitually learn to not pee on yourself and not pee. When you went to the, when you, when you’re asleep to wake herself up and get out of that bed and go to the toilet, or you peed on herself. That’s why, when you’re really pissy drunk and you pass it out, you’re more susceptible pee on herself, throw up on herself and all that because your body can’t wake you up. All right. To tell you like emergency, emergency, emergency, get up, get up, get up, right. The reptile brain can’t reach the front enemy. All right. So we’ll get you up.

So positive way of thinking emotions, great. Or, you know, keeping your emotions in check. Great positive thinking. Great. But the final icing on the cake, cherry on top is repetition to do something so many times that we convince our animal brain that it’s normal. And that this is what we’re going to do. This is why I tell people. And I mentor a couple of people right now. And the first thing, what I had them do is write something on the wall so that they’d have to see it every single day. Right? And by doing that, by looking at this every single day and saying it to yourself every time you see it, well, every time you read something, you are actually, you say it in your head out loud, but say it out loud to yourself, right? Every time you see your little goal and he sent something back to him, I said, no, no, no, I can’t.

I can’t put this up there. It’s not a goal. It’s not a vision that you can see. It was like on the road to riches. I said, if I see that, then the only thing I’m going to be seen as a road, right? I’m up in my, my, my autonomous brain and my reptile brain is gonna be thinking of a bloody road. It doesn’t do me any good. If I think of riches, what is richest? Richest doesn’t mean anything because that’s in the eyes of the holder. So I said, I gave him a particular date. I said, remember that date? And then I gave him another one, beat me. Right? That’s a goal. That’s something attainable. That’s, that’s something that you can hold. Right? I can’t think of the word, sorry. Or I was like, if you want to think of riches, don’t just think of the word riches.

Pinpoint. Exactly. Tell your autonomous brain exactly what you want. It’s just like, if you’ve ever done computer coding, you can’t leave room for error. When you’re programming something, you can’t leave it for thoughts. You have to program every thing. So if you want to do the whole thing, well thinking vision and all that kind of goodness, you need to envision exactly what it is that you want. Because if you don’t envision exactly what you want, you’re not going to get it. Does that make sense? And I’ve already talked in eight minutes. So I got to go and take a shower and move on with my life. Again, the only thing that got me was the autonomous part of my brain. That’s why I ran it. Wasn’t desire. Wasn’t determination. Now that, I didn’t want to do it. I wasn’t going to do it. I had my frontal part, my cortex, my middle brain, my emotions were already convinced I was not going to run.

It was the reptilian old part of the brain, the autonomous part of the brain that, because I’ve done this so many times and it knows what is expected of it in this situation. I ran. So make sure that you conquer, not just your front part, not just your second, but conquer your third part as well. Now, again, I say this numerous times in, throughout the book and through all the books almost, I don’t fear the man who can punch a bag a thousand times in a day, I punched the man. I fear the man who complains that same bag I thousand one time a day for a thousand days, repetition, repetition, repetition.

February 13 Fitness

All right. So today we’re all trying to do. I was trying to wait until like five o’clock in the afternoon to run. Just cause you know, you remember trying to test the different times of the day to make sure that I want, I still do it. And then to opening up another Avenue of maybe implementing something different, maybe get a row machine or something like that. Start working, start working on doing something in the nighttime. Cause what’s happening is again, it was happening when we were doing one of the days is past like five o’clock then I’m like done, right? I’ve done my morning exercise did my work. You know, my daily work then did the afternoon work exercise, took my shower, did a little bit more work. Then by six o’clock like my mind is done working. Cause I know it’s basically like 12 hours and, and I’ve noticed that past a certain amount of time, my productivity is just really, really bad.

So I just shut myself off at that point in time because something that takes me first thing in the morning, maybe an hour in the afternoon will take me three hours and the quality isn’t as good. So there’s no point in even trying to do it. It’s counter productive. So in the afternoon I usually do just do my thinking. Right? Cause I don’t, I’m not doing anything. I’m just kind of talking to myself out loud, brainstorming. Right. Well, during that time it’s making me susceptible to want to drink more because I’m done. And then I’m kinda like, okay, I’m done with everything that I need to do. Everything that I planned for the day is done. So it leaves too much time open to where I don’t want to revert back to negative traits. So trying to test later on in the day. So if I can keep myself active later on throughout the day, then that gives me less time to where I can revert back to negative habits.

Right. So that’s what we’re going to try to test later on an afternoon. Well, that’s very difficult because I get bored and the longer I sit, the more lethargic I get and the harder it is for me to get up and do something. Right. So we’re kinda, I mean, it’s just kind of day one. I, I don’t think I’ll be able to do it tomorrow. Cause I it’s just, the days are really long in between workouts. And if you’re waiting all day kind of staring at the clock to work out, it it’s great. Cause you, don’t not going to do anything, you know, to, to ruin your, but it’s also kind of like, yeah, I’m twiddling my thumbs for hours upon hours. So I mean, am I working? Yes. But then I’m also when I’m reading, when you need a break or something, which would be a perfect time to go work out.

I’m not. Cause I was staring at my clock and being like, well, you know, trying to work out a little later on, so I’m going to adjust the schedule. Just same for you guys if you know that that’s, what’s so great. Especially with coronavirus is a lot of us are kind of working from home so we can decide like which part of the day is the best time to work out. I mean, I know if you have kids, it’s a little difficult, however, there’s nothing wrong with teaching your kids to start or, you know, instilling good health habits when they’re young, because I know they need exercise too. They need recess. All right. So if they’re cooped up in the house all day and all you’re doing is giving them video games to do to play. Then that’s, you’re setting up for a world of hell later on.

Cause they won’t know how to deal with the built-up energy and the all they’re just sit down and not in this waste, all that energy and then obesity and other things come into play. But it’s for a different topic, but yeah continuously experiment. I tried the so far, you know, with the health part, I tried the lemon water for a day. That didn’t really work for me. I still have some lemons, so I probably need to try it some more. The Apple cider little shot thing. Let me show you these things.

What is it? The white house detox, organic Apple cider vinegar with mother. Those are girls. All right. It’s better just to drink the Apple cider vinegar by itself. All right. Which I need to do. All right. I’m really lazy on part two. All right. So I’m getting down with the exercising every day, which Ooh, good job. However, without working on the health, the food, cause this is only one of the battles. It’s kind of like a, it’s more like a three, three edged sword. You got your, your body health, your mind health and like nutrition, right? Like exercise more or less. I got to exercise your body, your mind. And then you have to worry about like what you put in your body. Right? Cause that’s the most important because your, your body needs the correct nutrition or nutrients to perform at optimal levels. And so does your brain, so you have the two at two edge sword right there. And the triple factor that trifecta is right here, which is nutrition. Right. So we’ve got to focus on that third part, the nutritional part. So you guys liked this video a little longer and I kind of rambled a little bit, but whatever. Keep on going, stay strong and never give up.

March 9 Fitness

Today. It was really difficult. The run, not so, not quite so much. Well, about 27 minutes, I was, I was really tired. I mean, to get to three miles, it was 32 minutes today, but it’s, I’m just, I’m exhausted then the second, I mean, halfway through the first set I was, I was struggling, really struggling bad. Second set. I give it to me and I had to really kind of gathered myself and second set. It was not any easier. It was still really difficult. Even right now, like I’m, I’m exhausted, man. I’m exhausted. Not from the workout or as you see, I’m not huffing and puffing. Like I used to be, I am a little bit, but not really. It’s just, I’m exhausted from no food. I get this morning. I took, I had a big old thing of juice, a drink, the whole thing. I’ll leave it as more of a vegetable water put me to sleep. It did. I mean, I’m struggling, I’m struggling hard. I really am struggling really hard with this. I’m hungry and then I’m just sleepy all day long. I don’t really want to get out of the bed. I never realized how much I like food. Like not just food. It’s just like the simple fact of being able to go and just grab a banana and eat it or grab a snack if I want one, but it’s challenging. We’re going to do it. What I’ve read is everyone has challenged first few days. So again, let’s see if we can make it through these first few days, come Monday, then we’ll start complaining for real. Right. Then we were really complaining if, if I’m still really tired and can’t do any of my daily things, like it’s really, even, it’s hard to focus as well. Right? So I don’t know if you’ve been following me this entire time, kind of my mentality. I’m all very goal orientated. I like to work hard. I like to wake up early. I like to get things done Yesterday and today it’s really difficult to focus. And on the whole reason I’m doing this is to focused. So it’s counterproductive at the moment. It’s difficult for me to do anything, but we’re going to push on through. We’re going to do it. And sorry, I didn’t mention too much about the fitness, but hopefully you’re following along with me and you’re, and you’re with me. And you’re like, okay. So it’s not just me that thinks this is an absolutely horrendous idea and it’s terrible. It’s it’s Erik as well. He thinks it’s terrible too. So hopefully through that, we can motivate each other to keep going, keep, keep, like, you know, there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. So let’s just go through the tunnel. Let’s keep pushing and make it through. And hopefully we, we get what we want out of this. All right. I’m going to take a shower.

March 14 Fitness

Today was good day. We’re getting warmer and warmer outside, which is nice. And it’s getting darker. It’s getting dark later. We just had daylight savings. So he’s from four this morning. It’s March 14th excuse me, bike rides, no challenge at all. Doing pushups are getting easier and easier, especially in the morning times or in the morning. I still haven’t raised the reps or the sets, but we’ll do that. I’m not really, I’m not concerned about it as much as, as much as maybe I should be. I just it’s the morning time. I’ll slowly but surely get into it. I’ve got two more weeks of this month. Come April. I’m going to start working on kind of like more muscle development. We’ve been doing a lot of, I kind of cardio and just kind of muscle introduction, right?

Well, no, no, no. April. We need to do start introducing our legs. So April, we’re going to start introducing our legs to maybe do a song. I set a squat starting off with, till we can work ourselves up to three kind of the same work on the other leg machine work on, you know, our quads and our hammies. Just maybe do a set of those to kind of same thing work our way up to doing three sets. Just kind of build strength in our legs. Tone ourselves up a little bit. And then depending if April goes, well, then may we’ll start trying to do muscle development. So then our entire body will be claimed or reacclimated whatever with working out. So then we can kind of move up to less beginner and more intermediate to advanced housecleaning, nothing much. Next week we started another week or we starting I start fresh next or tomorrow’s Monday.

I’d have to say we just kind of maintain where we’re at still experiment with the different juices to kind of try to find the optimal level for me. So if you haven’t been checking out on that, go over there, look at, check out those videos. I would say raise the time on the bike and the car and the treadmill, but I have a feeling if we keep raising the time, then we won’t raise it difficult. The, the level of difficult I don’t. Well, however you want to say it. So I think this upcoming week we where we are, but then the last week of March, cause right now the resistance on the bike is at two, right? So raising it by three or raising it to three, it doesn’t seem like it’s a big jump, but it is a big jump. So if we were to raise the resistance on the bike for the last week of March and maybe set a set, a set rule that I can’t go below 5.5 on the treadmill or something like that, so that we’re forcing ourselves to take a step to the more difficult level.

I don’t know how we’ll put it. That sounds terrible. Let me rephrase that. So what we’ll do is we will be making lives a little bit more difficult and challenging ourselves to expand our growth. Boom. That sounded way better than it, or much better. All right. Time for a shower and see you tomorrow.

March 13 Fitness

Man. That’s how it goes. Sometimes, really, truly yesterday I was ranting and raving how great I was feeling, how I made some great turn. And I was amazing. Pat myself on the back. Well, today was miserable. I did not make three miles, not even with running backwards. So it was beyond miserable. It was, it was pathetic. I’m huffing and puffing more than normal right now. But I am going to give you one small excuse. All right. Just, just so I don’t feel too bad. My stomach is burning right now. Like I got to go to the bathroom, but it just hasn’t gotten down to the point where I got to go to the bathroom. If that makes any sense. Um, besides that nothing I don’t really have much for today. Just keep going.

It was a miserable day. It really wasn’t like I didn’t even running was hard. I wasn’t feeling it. My, my throat was really dry, so it hurt to swallow. So for running for 30 minutes and not being able to swallow them, my mouth getting really dry pose, the terrible running situation. However I did get through it. So didn’t run as fast as I wanted. I wanted to walk on this league, but I didn’t allow myself to give up that easily. But that goes to show man, it’s in this journey, right? Because this journey could be our workout journey that we’re doing right now. It could be learning a new foreign language. It could be working on a relationship with your significant other. It could be whatever your journey is.

There’s always going to be good days. And there’s always gonna be days that are horrible, miserable days that you just, you don’t even understand why you’re trying, but it’s those days you have to remind or like remind yourself that tomorrow is a brand new day, right? So just the same amount of energy, how it changed from yesterday to today, that same amount of energy is waiting for me tomorrow. Right? Let me explain that a little bit better. I was motivated, excited, everything else, working on all cylinders yesterday. Well, today I’m not, but instead of thinking of today, tomorrow, I’ll just think of Friday. Today won’t even exist in my mental and my men and in my world, I’m not going to get myself a failure. All right. Whatever. I succeeded because I did it. I fulfilled on my little goal, but whatever, scratch it.

Don’t worry about it. Just get better tomorrow. Yeah. And even if you don’t get that, even if I don’t get to three miles in 30 minutes, who cares do a little bit better than a day, right. Start back over. So when I get to that 30 or that three months again, yeah. Maybe I’ll be able to maintain a little bit better than I was this time. So every day it’s just, it’s sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose, but as long as overall you’re steady progressing, then that’s all you can ask for. So again, it’s okay to fail. Just don’t stop progressing.

All right.

First off, if you’re still doing this with me. All right. And you haven’t missed a day. Congratulations. Cause I, I can almost guarantee you want, or you’re one of the one percentile that if they start something and they’ll continue it this long, especially when it comes to exercising and doing something that’s difficult at times. Now some people might once a week, a few times a week, but if you followed along and you’ve done this every single day, since we first started kudos to you, man. Good job. Excellent job. Amazing. If you have, I would love to work with you cause I, I don’t know a single person.

Nope. I don’t know one person that would have the drive or the discipline to continuously do this on a day in day out basis, run or ride the bike for an hour. So 20 miles on the bike and three mile run every day. I’m not sure very many people would do that. Now, if you’re joining me on trying to find the perfect concoction, when it comes to vitamin or vegetable water, even more kudos, that just means that you’re you’re that much more in tune with yourself than everybody else. And you understand you get it. You understand that. The only way we can progress is if we try new things, change equals change. If we keep doing the same thing over and over and over and over again, we’re never going to change. We’re never going to achieve what we’re trying to achieve. We’re never gonna reach the pinnacle, right?

We can’t have any little sexy catchphrase we want to, but at the end of it’s all the same. If you do not put in the work, you will not get the results that you want. Sometimes like you have to be a machine you really do like now. I mean, I’m feeling better. I liked my stomach. It’s it’s trimming down. I don’t, I’m not quite as Jubilee or juggling or whatever you want to call it. Pillsbury Doughboy as I feel better. All right. I feel better. I’m starting to, if you remember, it’s taken, I walked about three, four weeks since we hit that 30 miles or 30 minutes, it’s been about three weeks where I was like, we’re just trying to get to 30 minutes. We’re just trying to get to 30 minutes. It doesn’t matter. Now my focus is I want to be three miles before 30 minutes right now, once that becomes second nature, then we’re going to do more.

We’re going to try it more. We’re going, we’re going to push ourselves to that next level because that’s what we do every day. You got to push yourself to that next step, that next level of success. Now don’t be a fool and just have one goal and that’s it. And have it be so massive goal because you’re never going to reach it again. If you, if you’ve done, if you read the strategies, six strategies to conquer life, then your understanding or no, come up with that big goal, but then come up with 18 million little goals you need to accomplish to accomplish that big goal. Right? So right now, while you’re doing this before you take shower, what is your overall goal? And then think of 10 things that you can do every single day that will help you get to that goal. 10 things that are so small, you won’t even notice and start off just like we did right here. All you need is 10 minutes and you can change your life. It will transform your life. Rather go take a shower, got a little bit extra work. I gotta do that to have my afternoon or my basically nighttime vegetable water more nutrients and everything to calm me down. Just by learning some vegetables. I’ve learned some new things. So that’s cool. Got a whole bunch of new vegetables to try. Other than that. Yeah. Stay powerful. Stay up, stay motivated and forever young making money. Let’s go.

March 11 Fitness

Today, Like I was telling you all yesterday, I felt like just going on the straight vegetable water diet was counterproductive. So I ate food yesterday. And this end today, excuse me, I was still juicing. I still do this morning as you can watch that video if you want to. But today, like all my energy, I was more productive today than it seems like in awhile. I woke up this morning on time. I was able to focus during work. I got more done today than normal. I still drank my juice, like I said, but the whole starving myself, I just, I, it just wasn’t productive. All I could think about was how hungry I was right after I put the food in my system, a world of change. Now, now that I know that now I’m looking at it. Okay, well, the vegetables juice, or this morning kind of w the fruit vegetable juice was better than coffee.

So we’re going to continue to try that kind of perfect, that, that concoction, I had an energy drink mid day. So we’re probably going to try to think of some other kind of more natural, immediate energy drink. Because what I noticed when I tied the energy drink, it was immediate. I had energy. So if I’m trying to supplement that, I needed to find something that I make that immediately, I have energy, right? Not an hour or two hours tomorrow, next year, or whatever it needs to be instantaneous. So that’s a new strategy on that at nighttime, we’re going to try to, you know, drink more greens lettuces, as it says, it’s a sleep aid. So I’m going to try to do more greens and maybe some spinach or something. Well tonight probably not spinach, but because I don’t have any, but it’s just more greens to try to help me get to sleep better, sleep, sleep, more soundly. The sleep aid, obviously let’s get back to working out, felt great. I beat the time today. All right. If you remember, we’re trying to three miles 30 minutes. So I ended up starting probably like 10 to 12 minutes in the five, five minute, five mile per hour. So, you know, if you’re under six miles, then you’re not going to hit three miles in 30 minutes. Cause at six miles per hour, you’re as 10 miles or 10 miles per hour, right?

Yeah. So, or six miles per hour. And so it’s 10 in one hour, you’re going to run, you know what I mean? I’m tired, you know what I mean? So it takes you 10 minutes to run one mile, right? So in one hour you have run six miles, boom. There was sorry about that brain fart. All right. So if you’re six, you’re not going to run three miles. So I started off like under six, basically at five, but I was able to climb my way back and beat the clock. So it was kind of fun at the end. I even, I ended up speeding myself all the way up to eight, just because, I mean, it was a race. It was, I beat the car clock by 15 seconds. So like I said, it was, it was pretty close. I had to like really speed myself up.

Cause they didn’t know if I was going to make it right. So I went from like seven to eight in the last minute. But yeah, it felt great. The work, the after workout, the you know, the weights and pushups and things super easy, not a problem even it’s, it’s crazy like the soreness. I don’t know if you remember yesterday, I was kind of complaining that my muscles were sore. It’s just, I wasn’t feeling like it’s just something’s wrong with my body. Well, today all that gone muscles are fine. The workout was pretty easy. It wasn’t as hard as it was yesterday, which, and I still have energy and I ran harder today than I did last few days. So we’re going to take a mental note of that. Pay attention to that. Like figure out again, I’m gonna reiterate, we’re gonna, we’re gonna keep experimenting until we find the perfect concoction for everything because the whole straight vegetable water is not working, but adding vegetable water seems like it did a little bit good for me just by shooting the nutrients.

So we’re going to try to implement some food, some, some more meat products. We’re probably next week, we’re gonna start the Erik Johnson old workout routine, like after workout routine, which consists of eating some food and Apple cider vinegar and some, some way milk. Cause I want some more protein on, I’m going to start bulking up a little bit, get a little bigger, starting to warm up into summertime. We’ve been doing cardio for awhile, feeling kind of good. It’s kind, kinda start adding more workouts because I still have, you know, it was just kind of start adding the legs and where to start adding the legs. I need some more protein, so I don’t get sore. So with that being said, I’m gonna take a shower and I’ll talk to you guys later on.

Ladies and gentlemen, how are you guys doing? Hope you guys are doing all right. Oh no. I just don’t feel like I’m having any strength. Like, all right. Before last week, every other day, I’ve been saying, you know, it’s getting easier. These last few days, way harder, a lot harder. I’m barely able to finish a workout. I’m running is much difficult. It feels like I’m running uphill whole way. I’ve given this nothing but vegetable water. I try. I’m not seeing any kind of effect, like benefit effect at all. I’m seeing nothing but negative effects. I understand. They’re like, well, give it time. How much time am I supposed to do? Just sit here and do nothing with myself. So I was like pretty high on my optimal level. Like if we said 10 out of 10 is perfect optimal. I was probably about like a seven and a half eight.

Now I’m like a three. So that’s a huge drop, a catastrophic drop to where I’m not quite sure if this is a good idea. Even for me to continue, I get eaten vegetables and all that kind of stuff. That, that was great. I’ll still grind, vegetables up and grinds and water. But I think I need food too. Cause I mean, what earlier this morning I drank whatever I drank and I was out of commission for two hours. Couldn’t like, it was just terrible. Right? If I had just drank my coffee and my sugar, I wouldn’t have been out of commission and I would have ate breakfast and I would have done everything. And I would have like, had more desire to work. Since I’ve been doing this, I’ve had zero desire to work and I know they’re like, we’ll fight through it, fight through it.

What’s the point of fighting through something when I was already more productive, like I figured I was productive as 10 people right now. I’m not even as productive as one. So that’s a huge, drastic change. And the reason I’m going into it a lot is this is not working for my body. It is taking away from progression. I want to try it one more night and one more day. But then the other half of me was like, man, get back to normal. You got work to do. This is fun to do. Maybe when, when you, you already have all your goals accomplished, but when you’re in a goal mode trying to change everything and to do this, I don’t think it’s working. Cause I’m, I’m now I’m hungry all the time, but it’s a structured, hungry. This hunger is like dire. I need food.

I can’t focus on anything else, but food, right? That’s not the hunger that I want. If that makes sense. Now, riding a bike. And the other part that this is the other thing that’s concerning. That’s why I keep mentioning it right now is I’m really tight. All right. I stretch all time. But last couple of days, it doesn’t feel like I’m getting the protein maybe. And so my muscles and everything are tightening up. They’re really sore and not good. So I’m going to think while I’m in the shower, I might cut the juicing exercise short. I did three days, whatever. I’m still going to create juice for myself, but I’m going to want to take it as serious as I was. I need, I think food is just as good. I mean, I’ll give me, I love fruit. So I think I’m still gonna eat, like drink my juice, but I think I need to put food with it.

It was kind of, it’s one of those gloomy gray days. So it wasn’t, it wasn’t one of these E hot days. It was kinda kind of depressing all day. It was cold. And so I was kind of, I was lazy all day. I mean, I still did what I was supposed to this morning, did my pushups, they’re getting easier and easier. The sit ups my next little challenge on sit-ups is to keep my legs elevated, like straight out and elevated while I’m doing my sit-ups to try to work on my lower abdomen muscles bike ride, easy. It kind of changes. I sometimes I’m at 20 miles an hour. Sometimes that takes me 18 minutes. Sometimes it takes me about 22 minutes. So it’s right around there. Again eventually if I keep talking about it, then I will raise the, the speed or the resistance.

It’s just not at this very moment. So whatever next order of business yeah, the, the running I like, I don’t remember if it was yesterday. I think I mentioned that I’d be doing 5.5 as a minimum to just so I can’t go below that just to kind of try to make it a little bit more difficult or make it to that six miles or six minutes, a mile or 10 minutes a mile or whatever, Mark. If I can get there relatively fast, I’ll be happy, still ran three miles a day, which is good. I can’t really complain walking backwards, which I need to change that. I’ve just been lazy. I’m not gonna lie. I’m just lazy. Here again, we still have two more weeks worth of March. So in the two weeks that we have, I’m going to continuously work on just vegetable juice or vegetable water, keep using my little, my juicer keep flushing my system, hopefully, you know, maybe at the end of the month, we’ll look at or after four weeks of, of doing the juicing where we’re analyzed a little bit better.

We’ll we’ll, we’ll see which works right. We, or whether, if there was a, a big difference from week one to week four on the body evils. So if there is, then, then we’ll know something, but remember the only reason I’m really trying to do it is I’m trying to find the optimal vegetables for me and the best tasting, concoction, whatever. So that’s this, I mean, it’s just kinda been fun, but a challenging or been a challenge beginning next month, we’re going to start working on a different type of, of, you know, nutrients. We’ll be working more with food. So instead of just the drink, I’ll make like a breakfast and maybe a dinner. I don’t really like eating a lot. Well, I eat well, I, this is how I am when after about two o’clock, if I eat, I need a nap, I’m going to sleep.

Doesn’t matter how much food I eat. Well, I mean, if I, to like an Apple I’m old, but if I eat a meal, I’m ready to go to sleep. So I’m not trying to do that, but we will figure out what we need to do to kind of bring more health, healthy food, to healthy everything into our systems. That’d be the goal for, for the future. Yeah, still feeling good. Ready for the weather to break it warm or ready for the weather to be right warmer. Other than that, I’m gonna call it kind of short. Probably have more to talk about tomorrow, to talk about, you know, what we’re implement, kind of have a game plan, see what we’re going to be doing, but today I want to take shower and I’m a little hungry. And then I got to do a couple of other things. I don’t run to the grocery store and buy some groceries. So I will talk to you guys later on, have a great day.
