All right. So we’re back now. Let’s remind everybody what we got. We’ve got our celery, got a little Bok, Choy, some lettuce, asparagus, couple apples and magic fruit of Kiwi, couple sweet potatoes and some melon. Let’s start with our greens. So we’ll stuffing in there, like, so, wow. We got to go on. Let’s go ahead and put our bok choy in there. Now let’s go with our celery, which is right here. I put this part down. I jumped all over play. Alright, let’s give it a right. Those are greens. As you see all we have left left, we have our sweet potato or apples or Kiwi and our melon. So let’s look at how much juice our greens gave us today. That’s a healthy amount right there. If I’d say so myself it looks like we might have a little bit of foam, but that’s all right. Now let’s get into the rest of the mixing or did you see, let’s go with our sweet potato.
All right. That was our sweet potato. Now let’s go ahead and juice. Our, our Mellon kind of give us a, a new, a different taste, different flavor will sweetness. There we go. Now melon gave us a nice decent amount. Did you see that? Alright, what’s left. We have our apples and our Kiwi. Let’s go ahead and throw our apples in here now, just to remind you, we’re using a Mueller from Austria mixer or juicer, excuse me. And last but not least, let’s go ahead and add our key wheat and watch our juice ride. Yes. All right. Let’s look at what we got. Let that calm down a little bit. Oh, okay. There’s our concoction. It looks like we might have just a little bit of foam that we’ll have to take care of, but that’s okay. Let’s move this back just a little bit tighter. Give as much as the, the Kiwi juice that we can get, just cause you know, like keep losing they’re expensive. Alright. Got it. All right. Talk to you. Completely transparent. The juicing is not going to work for me. I need to eat food right now. I can incorporate the juicing into my life. All right. I understand. I understand the benefits, right? I understand by shooting yourself with a whole bunch of vitamins and in a shorter period of time, it can be very healthy for you. But I also understand that starving yourself for no apparent reason, besides just trying to shoot yourself with vegetables is not a very smart or healthy I D idea or choice.
So for Me, I love that juicy an idea. And I understand more after awhile after I’ve been doing this for a little, like really three days, whatever my issue is coffee and sugar in the morning, right? So I I’m against sugar in most, all aspects of my life, but it’s the sugar that I dump into the cup every morning, which, which is concerning. So if I want sugar and I just got to figure out how to, how to obtain sugar in a, in a different way. So the new little strategy for the rest of this month is because the other part, like my muscles are like, they’re just, I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ve never been this tired. We’ve been, I’ve been working out for basically two and a half, maybe three months now and have not been tired yet. I’ve last three days, I’ve been worn all the way out, muscles hurting, barely able to do a workout.
So that’s not working. Haven’t been able to wake up in the morning and I have a lot of projects I need to do. So that’s not working. Maybe this juicing thing will work if I go through it, but I don’t have the time to not do not be productive for days upon days to get it going. I was telling my buddy, I went from a seven and a half out of 10 productivity to like a three. And as this is not going to work, it won’t work. Right. So that’s why we’re doing this cause all day, like most of the time, I’m always, I starved myself on a daily basis anyways. So, because I don’t like to eat before I do things before I get, you know what I’m saying before I’m done with my projects. So I can do that anyways, but drinking more fruit in the morning with a little bit of a coconut or maybe a little bit of a cabbage, that one, I get my nutrients for the day.
Right. And I also get my sugar intake for the day to get me going around in the morning. You know, my, my, my booster, my being, but then maybe throughout the night then, cause you know, lettuce, it’s asleep helper to study my vegetables a little bit more, eat my meal in the middle of the day to, to the supplement, you know, give me food. Then what I want to do also is cause it’s time, it’s time to get big it’s time. It’s time to work out. Right. cause my legs are like, I’m I feel like I’m plateauing a little bit in a sense. Not all the way. So I don’t want to discourage anyone, but I’m gonna do my own diet. I’m going to do Apple cider vinegar. Cause why I know it works. It works for me. It worked in the past.
Right? I felt good after doing it. I’m also going to do my protein egg because every time I do my protein before I, my recovery time was much faster. Right. They don’t want to eat like a healthy meal. Then I can juice later on. I don’t need to eat a big meal at all time. I need to eat big meals at nighttime. I need to eat a big meal, you know, when I’m ready to eat a big meal, but just make sure my big meal is mostly vegetables, right? So I want to be creative on how I can use reuse or utilize the vegetables that I chop all the way up and then maybe put them in my eggs or put them in something else like with my, my, my, my food. I hope that makes sense. But that’s, that’s what we’re looking at right now. That’s where we at right now. We’re going to pause on just drinking straight juice. Cause it’s not working for me. I don’t like it. It’s not accomplishing what I want to. And then we’re going to just be all around, more healthier and try to drink or try to drink my juices juice, continuously juice, but then also add other healthy foods with it. If that makes sense. I mean, yeah, it kinda is a it’s a whole care. It wasn’t as exciting, you know, probably got to stuff, all that stuff in there. Just call It Chopped. That that’s pretty easy. All right. So far we’ve got this fair. Guess we got some carrots. If that’s nowhere near a full meal,
I mean, no work close to her. We’re going to cut this Apple up. I gotta be careful with the Apple, right? Because the Apple ended up self has a lot of sugar. So the last thing I want to do is just process and they’re expensive. So I don’t want to process a whole bunch of apples and then just drink a whole thing of sugar. Cause I’m trying to like deep, like decrease my sugar intake, not increase my sugar intake, if that makes sense. So while doing this, if I am adding too much sugar, it defeats the whole purpose.
Whatever, it’s not pretty good. Yeah. So at the end of it, this will just be this real quick. So you get the process, all I’m going to do the worst case scenario is I’m just going to grab more of the same. I got more asparagus, more carrots, more I got another cucumber, like I said, I’m not going to put another Apple my idea yesterday with the whole avocados and, a banana. That would be it awesome. But they’re like, yeah, don’t do that. It’s going to clog it. So we’re not going to do that a little frustrating, but it’s all good. And then with the fruit, cause I got some line like with the appeals, I gotta get a peeler, but we’re going to do, I’ll probably end up getting another little, do Hickey this time. It will be four or like lender.
So then we can blend together some bananas and avocados, like just dump this juice into a blender and then mix it with avocados and bananas. Just kinda make it thicker work on my potassium and then also add nuts. But this morning I’m going to eat a little bit more juice than that. Cause that’s breakfast. I was hoping that maybe I’d get up to like maybe here. But yeah, we’re gonna kill the Apple. I need two hands kill the cucumber if need be, I’ll get some more fruit. Cause like I said, I want to kind of feel half a class. That’s not going to do anything. That’s like a shot of water. But yeah, when I’m, before I drink it, I will go to the other room and I will get the tests, all that kind of good stuff. So again, only thing I’ll add more is cucumbers, asparagus carrots. And that’s it. No more apples.
I don’t know if this is a good idea. Mind you, we’re only a few hours into this one. I’m starving. That little concoction. I made one, it gave me a huge headache. I couldn’t focus for the life of me as I lay, just basically laid down and was a zombie for a few hours. Literally couldn’t do any work. My head started feeling weird. I just went to the bathroom and my piece smelled like vegetables. It smelled terrible. Well, it didn’t smell terrible. It smelled like literally vegetables.
I’m about to figure out something about this hunger, cause I’m, I’m starving, starving. Which is weird. Cause usually I’m not hungry at this time. Usually all I eat was by this time, it’s really early. Is it been Nana? All right. Maybe a half a sandwich. So for me to be this hungry, I don’t know what’s going on. Like my stomach is talking to me. My body levels are off. I don’t know. I can’t test my blood, but I can feel it that something’s not right with me. Like I said, usually I got energy. I’m like, I’m doing this so that I have energy, not so it just like, it exhausts me. And
I don’t know. I mean, we got what the rest of the today and then 29 more days. So this should be a fun experiment. I’m happy to just think of it. I got going to be starving for 30 days cause I, I just don’t see how I’m going to be filling my stomach up with juice or literally just water and nutrients. But we’ll see, I’m saying a lot, cause I’m trying to try to best describe my feeling I have right now. I’m very disappointed. And my productivity like masterly disappointed, I got to drink my coffee and sugar and I would have been like ready to go and eat my banana and I would’ve got a lot more accomplished. So I’m very curious to see how, how this goes for a month. If this time next week, if I still can’t get anything done, then I might have to just stop because you know, we’re doing this so we were more productive, not so that it just turns to and I get nothing done for a month because then that’s a wasted month.
But I got a weekend. Me, I got one week to to see if I’m productive or not. If I, you know, lo and behold, my body gets used to this terrible feeling and then it’s like, you know, this is great. And the more vitamins then. Okay. Okay, well we’ll, we’ll keep going. But at this point, right now, I’m super frustrated and I’m really hungry. So I’m not, and not like I’m hungry for a burger or anything. I’m hungry just for something food. I’m hungry too. I don’t know if that makes any sense, any sense? I just need some food or give me some cereal, a piece of bread, something, any kind of food. And you know, I don’t, I, I I’m, I’m not motivated to go in there and crush up some vegetables again and then drink the nasty juice and then be like, hopefully this fills me up. I’m not, I’m not sold on it yet, I guess. Right? It didn’t do for me this morning besides put me to sleep and make me feel weird. So, Oh, my pee was, was clear. That’s one good thing. So I guess the D the hydration part’s working, but other than that, I don’t know the, with figure this out. I’m not excited as you can see it.
Alright. So for the afternoon, this is basically our, our afternoon night drink. We have something kind of special. This lettuce right here. We’ve got three different types, not the honeydew, not the watermelon and not this romaine heart, but this lettuce right here, this right here, and this right here came out of my mini garden. So it’s not a lot. That’s why we’re going to use all, all of it because that by itself, isn’t going to do anything or that by itself. So we’re going to mush all three of them together. And then I also have a romaine heart. I paid for this, but what I want to kind of point out is first off, if you have food stamps, which a lot of Americans do, I’m not saying that’s not a negative thing at all, but you can buy seeds with food stamps, right?
So if you’re like, Erik, I really want to juice. It’s just, I don’t have any money. Well, you can buy seeds with food stamps and you can grow your own vegetables, you know, fruits a little bit harder cause it comes from trees, but you can grow your own vegetables. So today we have our three different types of blood is plus the romaine head. We have some strawberries just because I like strawberries. And I, I feel that the lettuce might be a little bland. So, you know, give us some strawberry flavor. We have our watermelon over there, which is going to give us more, more water and hopefully a little refreshing, fresh taste. Then we also have our honeydew with a mixture, which is also going to give us more of like a water. So I’m not expecting this to be very thick. But we’re jam packed with nutrients and let’s look at, we know that they don’t have the watermelon in our book, which I still need to, to, to write my own nutritional book on the more and go more in depth on all the different vegetables and fruits that we use on this program.
But we’re not there yet. We’ll get there. So let’s start and let’s go. Let’s see what we,

All right. So we’re over with our lettuce, since this is all, this is lettuce and lettuce and lettuce. We only have one thing cause we have green leaf, red leaf romaine, right? So vitamins a and K potassium zinc full, late anti-inflammation sleep aid and anti-anxiety anxiety relief. So part of the reason where we’re using the lettuce I think it’s about six o’clock at night now is one the anxiety relief, you know, after a stressful day, you know, that’s when you’re angry, you’re, that’s when people tend to be the most anxious is, you know, at the night after, you know, when they start looking over their problems or their bills or whatever it is. And so having some lettuce, I want to see if it gives me a calming state and then also the sleep pain. I have different goals. So I try to wake up really, really early on for different, if you’re paying attention to the fitness portion of, of, of this program, then you’ll know what I’m talking about. My next goal is basically be on the bike at two o’clock in the morning. So any kind of aid that I can have to enhance my efficiency when I’m sleeping, I’m all for it. So if lettuce is going to help me be sleep more efficiently, let’s give it a shot. All right, now let’s go to our fruit.
Now we have our honeydew, which is vitamin C, B and K potassium, full late bone health, blood, sugar control, skin protection, immunity boost, digestive health, blood pressure regulation. That’s our honeydew right here. Again, we don’t have our watermelon, but we do have strawberries. So our strawberries give us vitamin Z magnesium, magnesium, full late heart health, blood, sugar control, and cancer prevention. All right, well, give me just a minute. Let me prepare for the grinding session. So I will see you in just a minute and we will grind and see how much juice my home grown lettuce produced. Okay.
So this day, it was the first morning. I guess so day two of the juicing thing. This is ridiculous. It’s four o’clock in the morning. I can’t get out of bed. I might, if you know anything about me, I love waking up early and now my dad and, and it’s four o’clock my first Lauren went off at one 30 and I’ve been laying in bed. I’ve driven, driven about pizza up and dreaming about food. I’m so hungry. I have no motivation for doing anything. None is one lay in the bed. This is really, I, I, something has to change. I’m going to get this like two or three more days.
But if, if my motivation doesn’t kick back in and then screw this cause it’s just costing me more money through wasted time than anything else. I’m not, this is stupid. I have no motivation to do anything. I’m hungry as all hell. You have no zero motivation to go and drink water right now of flavored water. That’s all it is. I mean, I might as well just boost my uptake of water and eat my banana and do what I was doing. We might eat my banana and my avocado and I just don’t. I don’t know. I think this is a bad idea. We’re going to try it. We’re going to, because I already want to quit. This is stupid to me. I don’t see the point. So, but I’m going to spend a lot of money on a little machine and borrow his vegetables and all that kind of stuff.
So I’m at least give it a week, but I don’t, I don’t see this as worth anything. Everyone was like, Oh, you’re going to have to go to the bathroom a lot, whatever. I don’t have to go to the bathroom. Yeah, I pee. But everyone’s like, Oh, it’s going to clean her system. And when, when, because so far, all I’ve seen, and this is this base of worthless time is it’s an excuse to starve yourself. You have fat people lose a lot of weight because they have a lot of excess weight. So their body’s just eating their fat, but I don’t have that much fat and I don’t eat very much garbage anyway. So, so for me, this seems like this is just stupid. All I’m doing is just drinking water, right? Flavored water, and then wasting a whole bunch of the vegetable, which doesn’t make any sense to me either.
So what is the point of all this? If I’m just going to throw the vegetable away so I can shoot nutrients to my body and to my mind real quick I’m not, I’m not sold on this and wouldn’t give it a couple more days because I spent all money and was so excited to start to. But I’m hungry. I don’t want a hamburger. I just need, I want to eat my banana or something. I didn’t eat very much in the beginning, but you’re taking away my banana in the morning and you’re taking away my avocado. You’re taking away my fish. Like what the, dude? I mean, I’m supposed to just drink juice all day and it’s not even juice. Just water.
Good morning. I’ve already it’s like six today. I actually got up first thing in the morning. Before this full disclosure, I didn’t make my second choose video yesterday. I had to sit down and have a real sit down with myself. Right. I talked to a couple other people, put it by in the end. It’s always my decision because it’s my life. And I decided that just drinking vegetable water was not productive for me. I was losing on multiple avenues. So I had to get, I bought some food and it’s crazy. Put some food in my system. And the next morning I’m up. Ready to go? Have motivated, slept well. Did everything have my little brainstorming session last night? Everything. So am I discouraging everyone else? No, that’s not my intention. My intention, however, is to again, reiterate the fact that each person’s body is different. So for starving myself, maybe that would work for other people, but I already almost do that on my own anyways. So by taking out the little bit of food that was giving me my nutrients, wasn’t as helpful as one may think. Am I going to stop juicing? My, my you know, taking my vegetable water? No, I’m about to go make my vegetable water right now. But I, I also am going to incorporate food as well. So over the course of, I might, I don’t know.
Yeah, maybe next week I’ll start because I’m going to continuously show you, show you the vegetables I’m putting together and then, you know, discuss how it tastes, why it’s going down. I think next week we’re gonna, we’re we’re gonna cook and we’re gonna cook healthy, right? Nothing fried nothing. Just try to cook healthy and I’ll make some videos on healthy cooking. Cause I like the vegetables. I don’t mind eating the vegetables are pretty good. I don’t mind eating food. That’s good for you. I don’t mind eating healthy. So I think part of it was is that I was wanting to become super human, healthy, however, I’m I already eat healthy. Like for the most, most part I might slip up here and there, but it’s I already eat in moderation. I don’t stuff myself with I already, I burn like a thousand calories a day through working out.
So dropping my calorie and take to lose weight. I already knew that if that your body will run off of its fat. So I like a lot of this stuff that maybe be new to other people was not new to me. Like I’ve already studied that. I’ve studied how, what works with my brain or with my body. So with the juicing, it wasn’t optimal. Optimal for me. I needed to it a little bit of food and protein cause my muscles were hurting, right? And the weights were getting extra heavy this morning. I woke up, had some food in my system from yesterday. My muscles aren’t quite as sore. So whatever I did yesterday, maybe it was the protein came in and helped relax my muscles out. So we’ll see today when it comes to working out, if my muscles are not as sore, then it was the best decision to put some protein and put some solid food in my system. Now, with that being said, it’s time to go juice.
Now, honestly, I’m way past my bedtime, but daylight savings got me all messed up. It’s 10 o’clock, but my mind feels like it’s nine o’clock. So I’m still awake. But I was like, well, I don’t want to stay away. Let’s let’s work on let’s. Excuse me. Let’s experiment. Right. So we know that lettuce is supposed to give us some kind of sleep aid. So I can’t just have a glass full of lettuce. So I was like, all right. And if you notice, you know, our vegetables are kind of getting, getting old. So we got to mush them up. Now what I’m also doing, we got our ginger, right?
Excuse me. Then I have raw. I still have raspberries and a couple other berries in there. We use the strawberries this morning. However, I liked the raspberries. The blueberries were the cheapest. So I was like, alright, let’s mix the blueberries because I’m a little I’m craving sugar, right? So with craving sugar, I would do this, but this stuff in there, but then I’d want to put some sugar in there because I have a fear that it’s going to be dry and bitter. And that’s not what I want to taste right now. I’m not in the mood for drying bitter. So I’m mixing it with some blueberries because blueberries are supposed to be good. So let’s go and check out. You know, as soon I’m going to have my own book, I’ll have a link to it. Give me a minute. I don’t know what the ginger does for us, but it gives us w I know what it does for the, the flavor. It gives a little spicy flavor, right? A little bit better than just eating or drinking. Yeah, yeah. Right. That doesn’t look very flavorful. So we put that in there and it gives a little bit of flavor. All right. So let’s go on to blueberry.
That’s this way, The blue bag, vitamin C and K magnet and knees in those signs. Queers, atten heart health, brain health, blood sugar control, right? So at nighttime, if you remember the morning time we are trying to stick to fruit, giving me the sugar, to be highly stimulated for the day. I guess that’s a good way to say it. And then I was saying in the nighttime, we’re going to try to go more greens. We know that lettuce is a sleep aid, spinach. We’re going to go through this, the, what they are in just a second, but we have some lettuce, some spinach, some artichoke, some squash, zucchini tomato and then some type of pepper. The book, our little green juicing book. Doesn’t have what the green peppers are, but like what? Doesn’t have peppers in here at all, but I’m putting it in there hopefully to give me some flavor. Cause I don’t, I don’t particularly think this is going to be the best flavor right here. I don’t see anything. That would be really good. So hopefully the, the paperwork we’ll give it a little Tang. All right, let’s go through our book. All right. We have zucchini. Let’s see if you can see that our vitamins, a C and K magic, magnesium potassium, digestive health, blood, sugar control, heart health and eye health. We got our tomato. There you go. Vitamin C in K one, full late potassium, heart health, cancer prevention and skin health. We got some new, our spinach. Wait, we got squashed. So our squash vitamins, a C E N B six. Nyson diabetes management. Okay. Anti-inflammation and lung health. That is perfect. That’s not bad at all. All right, look, spinaches right above it. Vitamins. K a B two and B six full late man. Gunnys eye health, brain health and muscle health. So we’re going to try to be putting in a lotta greens, lots of greens. Oh, you would go with our lettuce, right? Vitamins a and K potassium, zinc, folate anti-inflammation sleep aid. And anti-anxiety so we were having a lot of info anti-inflammation so, I mean, if I that’s, I guess that’s good for when we sleep, let’s try it. Let’s check out artichoke, C K and B late magnesium, potassium, cholesterol, health, blood pressure regulation, liver, health and health. All right. So that’s, that’s really nice right there. I enjoy the deliver health. Cause my, my days when I was a heavy drinker, when I was younger, this, hopefully this is a, can it help me out? The more we do this? Like I said, at the peppercorn,

And call a flower, vitamin C and K, and then see if you can see it. There you go. And B6 full eight potassium and weight loss, bone health, and cancer prevention. We got asparagus over here, some big ones. We got, what is this? Weight loss, blood pressure regulation, digestive health, and vitamin C K N a full late. We also got tomatoes today. See if we can find that tomato, tomato, we got a C and K vitamins, folate, potassium, heart health, cancer prevention, and skin health. All right, what else? We got some cucumber and some celery. So let’s go cucumber.
There we go. Vitamin C K, N C, magnesium, potassium, hydration, weight loss, blood sugar control and bow regulation. What was the last one? Oh, that’s was it celery? There we go. Celery. Wait a minute. Is that the one I just did? No, I did cucumber celery, vitamin C K a folate potassium, digestive health, anti Flint, inflammation, cholesterol, health, blood pressure regulation, and skin health. Now what I have over here as well. Cause you know, in the afternoon we try not to do as many fruits because it has a lot of sugar in it. I have jalapeno. Now I’m not going to put that whole jalapeno in there for the fear that I’m going to create something I can’t drink because it’s too hot. So I’m going to put a part of that jalapeno in there to kind of give it a more robust flavor. Right?
Cause I would feeling that this there’s, there’s not going to be very, very good flavor in this concoction that I made right here. Right. So I will see you in a minute. I mean, mush all this stuff up, we’re going to make a whole cup, a one liter. So, cause I’m, I’m kind of thirsty right now while I’m hungry, I’m starving. So we’re going to make a whole whole juice cup full of it. And then we might make one later on a day if I’m still hungry. And so here we go. Talk to you later on.
