March 24 Juicing Process done

All right. Welcome back. Let’s go with, let’s go with the broccoli first. There was no particular rhyme or reason. I just decided the property back space. Looking cleaner. There you go. Let’s turn it on. Go. That’s our little broccoli juice. Not anything to write home about. Let’s let’s do our Apple. Cause we also know that Apple is not going to give us much of anything, but Oh, well let’s try it all now on to the PV. Oh wow. That is . Now we knew a decent amount at that. Alright, now let’s go with Erik. No, let’s go with let’s go with the cantaloupe.

Stop it for just a second. Let it cool down. Well, I prepare the next I’m gonna put the grapes in there so that I so far it’s a decent little amount of juice. Let’s go with our grapes and I’m sewing it down because the it, let me show you my ceiling. See, so I gotta get up there and clean it, but it will pop out of here and make a mess and spit you in the face. If you’re not careful. All right, now we’ve got our therapies. Wow. Let’s go with our block. And you got a little bit of room left. I don’t know. We were close right there. That was really close. Let me try it. Just dump it in there so it don’t make Erik Good enough. March 26 Energy Boost Juicing Process – done

All right, welcome back. So here we go. We’ve got our spinach or asparagus, our cauliflower, our sweet potatoes, our apples, our lemons, and our oranges. So let’s first start with our, our little lemons. I don’t, I’m not expecting very much of anything with this. No,

That last one was disappointing. It wasn’t it. That was like the biggest one. It seemed like it had the least amount of juice. All right. Let’s open up our trap door And that’s how much lemonade we are getting. Hopefully the acid or whatever’s good and eliminate is that’s enough force. Now let’s get some, some Apple juice, A little bigger. All right. Well that opened the thing that did not go as planned. Okay. All right. Now let’s do it.

That’s better. I guess, with this one, you gotta, I mean, of course you, you got to cut it in the center. That’s what happens if you do not cut it in, this kind of makes me wonder how this will work with a grapefruit.

Let’s kind of close this, tilt this a little bit. Hope the juice go in. All right. Those are a little list. So don’t make a mess. So this is how much Apple and lemon juice that we may now it’s time for the vegetables. Well, we still have an Apple, but more or less the vegetables. What do you think? March 27 Night Relaxation Juice (Process) – Sweet Potato Apple Kiwi Lettuce – done

All right. So we’re back now. Let’s remind everybody what we got. We’ve got our celery, got a little Bok, Choy, some lettuce, asparagus, couple apples and magic fruit of Kiwi, couple sweet potatoes and some melon. Let’s start with our greens. So we’ll stuffing in there, like, so, wow. We got to go on. Let’s go ahead and put our bok choy in there. Now let’s go with our celery, which is right here. I put this part down. I jumped all over play. Alright, let’s give it a right. Those are greens. As you see all we have left left, we have our sweet potato or apples or Kiwi and our melon. So let’s look at how much juice our greens gave us today. That’s a healthy amount right there. If I’d say so myself it looks like we might have a little bit of foam, but that’s all right. Now let’s get into the rest of the mixing or did you see, let’s go with our sweet potato.

All right. That was our sweet potato. Now let’s go ahead and juice. Our, our Mellon kind of give us a, a new, a different taste, different flavor will sweetness. There we go. Now melon gave us a nice decent amount. Did you see that? Alright, what’s left. We have our apples and our Kiwi. Let’s go ahead and throw our apples in here now, just to remind you, we’re using a Mueller from Austria mixer or juicer, excuse me. And last but not least, let’s go ahead and add our key wheat and watch our juice ride. Yes. All right. Let’s look at what we got. Let that calm down a little bit. Oh, okay. There’s our concoction. It looks like we might have just a little bit of foam that we’ll have to take care of, but that’s okay. Let’s move this back just a little bit tighter. Give as much as the, the Kiwi juice that we can get, just cause you know, like keep losing they’re expensive. Alright. Got it. All right. Talk to you. March 8 Showing The Juicing Process

All right back at it. It helps when you have a plug that works We’re good to go. That’s kind of disappointing. That’s not very much true.

I mean, yeah, it kinda is a it’s a whole care. It wasn’t as exciting, you know, probably got to stuff, all that stuff in there. Just call It Chopped. That that’s pretty easy. And if that’s how many more juice than that. Sorry. If the camera’s jumping all over the place, you know, I’ll get a stand for us next time. Ran this. There it is.

All right. So far we’ve got this fair. Guess we got some carrots. If that’s nowhere near a full meal,

I mean, no work close to her. We’re going to cut this Apple up. I gotta be careful with the Apple, right? Because the Apple ended up self has a lot of sugar. So the last thing I want to do is just process and they’re expensive. So I don’t want to process a whole bunch of apples and then just drink a whole thing of sugar. Cause I’m trying to like deep, like decrease my sugar intake, not increase my sugar intake, if that makes sense. So while doing this, if I am adding too much sugar, it defeats the whole purpose.

Whatever, it’s not pretty good. Yeah. So at the end of it, this will just be this real quick. So you get the process, all I’m going to do the worst case scenario is I’m just going to grab more of the same. I got more asparagus, more carrots, more I got another cucumber, like I said, I’m not going to put another Apple my idea yesterday with the whole avocados and, a banana. That would be it awesome. But they’re like, yeah, don’t do that. It’s going to clog it. So we’re not going to do that a little frustrating, but it’s all good. And then with the fruit, cause I got some line like with the appeals, I gotta get a peeler, but we’re going to do, I’ll probably end up getting another little, do Hickey this time. It will be four or like lender.

So then we can blend together some bananas and avocados, like just dump this juice into a blender and then mix it with avocados and bananas. Just kinda make it thicker work on my potassium and then also add nuts. But this morning I’m going to eat a little bit more juice than that. Cause that’s breakfast. I was hoping that maybe I’d get up to like maybe here. But yeah, we’re gonna kill the Apple. I need two hands kill the cucumber if need be, I’ll get some more fruit. Cause like I said, I want to kind of feel half a class. That’s not going to do anything. That’s like a shot of water. But yeah, when I’m, before I drink it, I will go to the other room and I will get the tests, all that kind of good stuff. So again, only thing I’ll add more is cucumbers, asparagus carrots. And that’s it. No more apples.

I will say this, this seems a little slower than the other one. It feels like we’ve been doing this forever.

Now. Remember, we’re doing this,this is our energy drink, so we’re trying to give us as much a boost, like a boost of energy before I go run it. Just to see if you know, cause I’m a little tired. Uh, usually I take a, I have an energy drink around this time. I just, I run around for it’s. It’s about two o’clock right now. So I usually go for a run in about two hours, uh, on a normal day. I’d go to the gym or not to the gym. Excuse me. I’d have, uh, some energy drink a monster, and then now keep me going. So I’m trying to come up with a concoction where I no longer go to the, the energy drink and I just go to the natural energy drink of fruit. All right. This is how much juice we got from our citrus, uh, our orange juice and our lemon juice. Now let’s go to the, the actual juice makers. All right. Cause that, that didn’t give us very much of anything. I mean, we’re good. That’s it’s about a couple of swallows. Alright. I gotta move this forward. There we go. All right. Let’s start with the sweet potato

Let’s we’re going to have to cut the honeydew and this in half cause. Yeah. Right. Well just, I mean, it doesn’t really matter now. Here we are with the juice are my prediction is that these three things right here are going to fill the rest of the cup. So we’ll stuff that in there. Go ahead and drop him in there to put some, some funny do and I would say Mark, I’m getting pretty good guesstimating. How much juice needs to go into this thing? All right. Organic Energy Drink March 22 Midday Juicing Process

All right. Not so exciting. Just have to really kind of cut the oranges. I just want to bring out the seltzer water. You can get it at any of your grocery store. I got black cherry just cause I had it in the fridge. Not any reason. So you can get whatever flavor you desire. Part of the reason we’re doing that is if you look there is wait a minute, nothing in here, nothing, nothing, nothing carbonated water, natural flavor. So that’s it. So we know the natural flavor is probably wrong. It’s probably terrible for you. However, it’s just carbonated water for the most part. So that’s why we’re using it. So it gives us our carbonation in our energy drink. All right. Let’s get started. I’m going to start with the zucchini.

Yeah. Let’s try guayaba at all. Highly disappointing. Maybe we’ll try those in another few days. Cause that, that didn’t do anything. And they’re kind of expensive for it. Not to do anything now let’s do the Kiwi. Now. This is it’s pretty hard. So the other ones were kind of hard to, but it might’ve been right. All right.

I’m pretty disappointed. Not going to lie. However, let’s move it over to our orange juice. Let me take this off real quick and try to pour the rest of the little juice in here. There you go. Ask that guy out. Guayaba right there. I want every last little drop of that. There we go. Well, not every drop. That’s good. Let’s move its cup over to our juicer machine over here. Move that down. And I’m guessing, well, the pictures say to just go like this, I probably could have used a bigger oranges, but where will you stop it like that and push the button.

Okay. Wow.

Yeah, there’s still quite a few little bit juice in here, so it’s not the most efficient thing. Okay, well let’s keep going. I guess we stick it here. Stick that right there. Going through the thing Maybe this is just supposed to put this up here. Okay. Yeah, that was a little better. All right. Let’s round number three. Okay. So I’m guessing that goes in this little hole. No, don’t do that. So you gotta play with this a little bit. Maybe that’s where we’re needed to be. Okay. You see what I’m saying? So I’m guessing this is supposed to pop up, but it’s not the best design. Let’s give another shot. Oh, there it goes.
Are you serious? This is all we’re going to get. Yeah, I, I mean, I did it well that time I got out what I was supposed to get, I guess, Highly disappointing. Put our water in there and I will talk to you guys in a second. Once I clean up and meet you in the other room.

March 22 Morning Juicing Process


All right, here we go. Let’s start with the plum to kind of see how much that gives us. Not horrible, not horrible, but not, not as much as I like to see now let’s check out the honeydew. All right. So the honeydew gave a decent amount. Yeah, because you see I’m slowing it down just so you can hear me. So that’s our, basically our two new ingredients are plum and our honeydew. That’s how much they gave us. It looks kinda like maybe a little bit more than a third, almost a half. Now we still have our cucumber and our carrots and our squash. Let’s go ahead and mix up our squash. As you see, there’s a lot of juice in there, so it’s not the most efficient. Now we got our carrot and last but not least our cucumber now, one of the cucumber, a lot of, and where I probably could have picked another plum or, uh, another couple of carrots, but we’re pretty close. That’s about, that’s good. Not for the day where y’all think, but that’s you see what I’m saying with the cucumber? Cucumber gives a lot of water. That’s where the hydration comes in. I’m guessing. All right, well, I’ll see you in just a minute and we’ll do our taste testing.
