March 23 Noon Energy Drink Juicing Process – Sweet Potato Lemon Orange Cucumber

Welcome back. All right. We’re start with our Vinci, uh, citrus grinder. So we’ll pit our fancy cup. Sorry about that. We’ll put our fancy cup right there and let’s start with some, some lime juice or some lemon juice. Use me. You can just push this nifty button over there.

And do so nice on that one. And the first one that pretty much got everything.

All right, so that’s two lemons. That’s how much lemon juice we got? Um, yeah, worry about seeds later on or worried about it. Let’s work. Let’s see how much orange juice we

Yeah, that was a nice one right there that got all the juice out.

That thing.

I will say this, this seems a little slower than the other one. It feels like we’ve been doing this forever.

Now. Remember, we’re doing this, this is our energy drink, so we’re trying to give us as much a boost, like a boost of energy before I go run it. Just to see if you know, cause I’m a little tired. Uh, usually I take a, I have an energy drink around this time. I just, I run around for it’s. It’s about two o’clock right now. So I usually go for a run in about two hours, uh, on a normal day. I’d go to the gym or not to the gym. Excuse me. I’d have, uh, some energy drink a monster, and then now keep me going. So I’m trying to come up with a concoction where I no longer go to the, the energy drink and I just go to the natural energy drink of fruit. All right. This is how much juice we got from our citrus, uh, our orange juice and our lemon juice. Now let’s go to the, the actual juice makers. All right. Cause that, that didn’t give us very much of anything. I mean, we’re good. That’s it’s about a couple of swallows. Alright. I gotta move this forward. There we go. All right. Let’s start with the sweet potato

Now let’s go with the cucumber. [inaudible] the watermelon [inaudible]

Oh, I forgot the Apple. I apologize. I got a little Apple juice in there.  all right.

All right. So you remember where we were with the citrus? We were like right here. And so the rest of this is the watermelon cantaloupe manna or honeydew sweet potato and cucumber. All right. I’m going to cut this video and I’ll see you why we experiment and see how it tastes.

March 23 Morning Ingredients – Melons Strawberries Broccoli

All right. Good morning. So this morning we have a lot of Mellon. We need to get rid of if you can kind of see the watermelons getting a minute, it’s normal, it’s getting old. Like you’re supposed to eat it basically. The day it’s been in there for a few days, same thing with the cantaloupe and honeydew was yesterday. I was like, I got an attitude is, might as well mush up as much as we can. And we’ve got little strawberries a day just to kind of give it some, some more flavor, our carrots to accomplish, give some vegetable and then some broccoli. I’m not exactly sure how much of this. I wouldn’t be able to fit because we know that our three melons are going to give us an insane amount of juice. So we’ll probably do a quarter, quarter, quarter or half, half, half, and then for our energy drink later on today, we’ll just try to kill or finish the rest of the melons and go with some oranges or something like that.

And I want to try something else for our energy drink to see if it works. So yeah, let me go ahead and bring out our trusty book and see what we are. We already know that the watermelon and cantaloupe is not in here. So we’ll go with the broccoli first, vitamin C B N a potassium calcium cancer prevention, cholesterol, health, and eye health. That’s that right there to broccoli. Let’s go with the carrot, vitamin a C and B6 potassium, I health skin health and cancer prevention. So then, you know, it’s good to put a carrot in your system every day. Let’s go to our fruits. We’ll go to the honeydews. Since we know the honeydews in there, vitamin C B N K potassium, full late bone health, blood sugar control, skin protection, immunity boost, digestive health and blood pressure regulation. So that’s our honeydew right there. And let’s end with our strawberries. Since we know we do not have the cantaloupe and we do not have a watermelon strawberries, vitamin C manganese, late heart health, blood sugar control, and cancer prevention. So, and we’ll see what kind of good concoction. This just brings this for the morning time. We know that it’s going to be pretty, pretty watery. Let me go ahead and prepare these, this fruit for us and, and a couple of vegetables, and I’ll see you in the next video.

March 23 Morning Juicing Process

All right. So here we go. Everything’s cut up. We’ve got ourselves set up. We’re gonna go ahead and mush up the watermelon and we’re just all the melon stuff first, actually. No, don’t know that’s a, not a good idea. We’re going to do watermelon then broccoli, or just mix it up or have some fun. Well, there it goes. I was going to say, they’re not, it’s not going to fit, but there, there it goes. It amazing watermelon juice. I don’t know today. We’re going to really find out if juice water is, is good or not. Right. So what we have left, we have the cantaloupe, the honey strawberries. Let’s we’re going to have to cut the honeydew and this in half cause. Yeah. Right. Well just, I mean, it doesn’t really matter now. Here we are with the juice are my prediction is that these three things right here are going to fill the rest of the cup. So we’ll stuff that in there. Go ahead and drop him in there to put some, some funny do and I would say Mark, I’m getting pretty good guesstimating. How much juice needs to go into this thing? All right. Well, I’ll see you in just a second and we will give it a taste try or whatever. We’ll give it a try. See how either goodness is or how to Melanie. It is. I don’t know. I’m curious. All right. Talk to you later.

Organic Energy Drink March 22 Midday Juicing Process

All right. Not so exciting. Just have to really kind of cut the oranges. I just want to bring out the seltzer water. You can get it at any of your grocery store. I got black cherry just cause I had it in the fridge. Not any reason. So you can get whatever flavor you desire. Part of the reason we’re doing that is if you look there is wait a minute, nothing in here, nothing, nothing, nothing carbonated water, natural flavor. So that’s it. So we know the natural flavor is probably wrong. It’s probably terrible for you. However, it’s just carbonated water for the most part. So that’s why we’re using it. So it gives us our carbonation in our energy drink. All right. Let’s get started. I’m going to start with the zucchini.

Yeah,

Yeah. Let’s try guayaba at all. Highly disappointing. Maybe we’ll try those in another few days. Cause that, that didn’t do anything. And they’re kind of expensive for it. Not to do anything now let’s do the Kiwi. Now. This is it’s pretty hard. So the other ones were kind of hard to, but it might’ve been right. All right.

I’m pretty disappointed. Not going to lie. However, let’s move it over to our orange juice. Let me take this off real quick and try to pour the rest of the little juice in here. There you go. Ask that guy out. Guayaba right there. I want every last little drop of that. There we go. Well, not every drop. That’s good. Let’s move its cup over to our juicer machine over here. Move that down. And I’m guessing, well, the pictures say to just go like this, I probably could have used a bigger oranges, but where will you stop it like that and push the button.

Okay. Wow.

Did it work?

Yeah, there’s still quite a few little bit juice in here, so it’s not the most efficient thing. Okay, well let’s keep going. I guess we stick it here. Stick that right there. Going through the thing Maybe this is just supposed to put this up here. Okay. Yeah, that was a little better. All right. Let’s round number three. Okay. So I’m guessing that goes in this little hole. No, don’t do that. So you gotta play with this a little bit. Maybe that’s where we’re needed to be. Okay. You see what I’m saying? So I’m guessing this is supposed to pop up, but it’s not the best design. Let’s give another shot. Oh, there it goes.
Are you serious? This is all we’re going to get. Yeah, I, I mean, I did it well that time I got out what I was supposed to get, I guess, Highly disappointing. Put our water in there and I will talk to you guys in a second. Once I clean up and meet you in the other room.

Organic Energy Drink March 22 Test: Midday Ingredients – Zucchini Guayaba Kiwi Orange

All right. So this is our test run for making an energy drink. I don’t know how well this is going to work. But it’s going to, we’re going to try. So we’re going to use a little bit of, of seltzer water. I, sorry, I don’t have the picture. It’ll be all right. We just got this right here at the Vinci juice maker for like tomato or what are these things called? Oranges and limes and lemons and everything like that. We’re still going to use our Mueller Grindr for our tea. We are and our zucchini. Why is this zucchini here? I’m not really sure. I was wanting to put a vegetable here instead of just having all fruit. I thought for a second there, I had more to put into this machine right here, but I realized all I have is just some oranges. So not quite as exciting as I would’ve liked, but nonetheless, let’s get into it.

All right. Let’s start with our zucchini. This is vitamin a C and K magnesium potassium, digestive health, blood, sugar control, heart health, and I health. I guess that’d be a good reason. We’re about to pump ourselves with a whole bunch of sugar. So, or in theory, so maybe the zucchini will help us deal with that sugar. Right? All right. Let’s get to our orange vitamin C and B folate, potassium, heart health, kidney, stone prevention and anemia. Anemia prevention. All right. Now, now we’ll go to our Kiwi vitamin C K and E full late potassium. Anti-Inflammation respiratory health, digestive health immunity, boost, eye health, blood, and blood regulation, blood pressure regulation. Excuse me. Those are all  I? Yeah, they’re not here. I wouldn’t think they would be. So what we’re going to do is Mark prepared a fruit cut the, the oranges in half basically, and get my setup set up and then we’ll go from there. All right.

March 22 Morning Juicing Process

All right, here we go. Let’s start with the plum to kind of see how much that gives us. Not horrible, not horrible, but not, not as much as I like to see now let’s check out the honeydew. All right. So the honeydew gave a decent amount. Yeah, because you see I’m slowing it down just so you can hear me. So that’s our, basically our two new ingredients are plum and our honeydew. That’s how much they gave us. It looks kinda like maybe a little bit more than a third, almost a half. Now we still have our cucumber and our carrots and our squash. Let’s go ahead and mix up our squash. As you see, there’s a lot of juice in there, so it’s not the most efficient. Now we got our carrot and last but not least our cucumber now, one of the cucumber, a lot of, and where I probably could have picked another plum or, uh, another couple of carrots, but we’re pretty close. That’s about, that’s good. Not for the day where y’all think, but that’s you see what I’m saying with the cucumber? Cucumber gives a lot of water. That’s where the hydration comes in. I’m guessing. All right, well, I’ll see you in just a minute and we’ll do our taste testing.

Hopefully I got the right thing and then we’ve got some carrots, some squash, a cucumber, and then we’ve got something else too. We got a plum. All right. Our carrots are going to give us a another decent amount. I’m guessing the honeydews going to be like the, the watermelon and the cantaloupe, hopefully. And the plum. I’m not sure we’ll find out.

And look, we have a plum right here. Vitamin C K, and a potassium blood sugar control, bone health, and heart health. Look at that. You can get your bones butter with a little bit of plums every day. Kale Squash Asparagus Starfruit Pear Kiwi Morning – Ingredients

Good morning

Had a little bit late start this morning, went to bed a little late last night. My apologies, as you can see it’s daytime now, I think it is probably seven 30 in the morning. And it’s starting to get springtime today. This morning. We are going with the rest of the bag of kale. If you remember yesterday, I was pretty disappointed with the amount of water that was in here. But whatever, maybe I should get it where it’s not cut up, but we’ll worry about that later on where you are trying some pears and turn it around. There you go. These are sweet or may pairs. There you go. Yeah, that word does Johnno pairs. We’re trying what is this squash little squash in there? We’ve got asparagus. We got our Kiwi and then I saw this. It looked cool. I think it’s a star fruit.

Not really sure what it is. I doubt it’s in the book, but I wanted to give it a shot. See what happens might be the missing factor that we’ve all been looking for. Right? So let’s go through each vegetable and discuss what benefits we are getting out of it. So squash, remember in the morning times, we’re trying to have more of a sugar, right? More, more sugar in the morning, less sugar at nighttime. So more greens at night, more fruits in the morning time. So that’s why we have three different fruits. We have three vegetables as well, but that’s more or less for the water and you know, a couple of the nutrients, but the pair, the Kiwi, and the funny looking fruit thinking, it’s a star fruit. I could be wrong. Those are for the morning time. All right, let’s go.

Duh, the squash vitamins, a C E N B six. Nice in diabetes management anti-inflammation and lung health. And we got kale and asparagus that’s over here. Kale, we got vitamins, a K and C magnesium cholesterol, health, cancer prevention, eye health, and weight loss. Then we have asparagus. Remember, this is what asparagus looks like. Vitamin C K, and eight full late digestive health, blood pressure, pressure. Excuse me, pressure regulation and weight loss. Now, remember this is out of the green juicing recipes, recipe book. If you want a little tag along if you’re doing this with me, when I see what’s going on that’s the book that I’m using, all right out of our fruits. Don’t forget. We’ve got pears, Kiwi, and I think starfruit, so let’s go to pairs. Here we go. There you go. Vitamin C and K potassium, digestive health, weight loss, immunity, boost, kidney stone prevention, heart health.

Hmm. That’s good. That’s nice. Then let’s go to key week. Where did it go? There it is. Okay. Vitamin C K N E late potassium. Anti-Inflammation respiratory health, digestive health, immune immunity boost, eye health, blood pressure regulation. And then starfruit, I doubt that they have it. So we’ve got strawberry raspberry pineapple, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. No, no. So just kind of like our peppers. We’ll have to figure out what, what it does for us later on, but it was fun. It will be fun. And hopefully it’ll give us another a new flavor, right. Something, something unique. All right. See you in a minute.

Grape Strawberries Squash Apple Pear Broccoli – March 14 Ingredients

Good morning. Let’s see. Sorry. I didn’t didn’t make a video last night. I was tired and well, really, I need to schedule the times that I drank these does juice way better. Cause trying to drink three big glasses of, of juice. Basically three liters of water every day is, is quite filling. But not like feeling as in, I just finished a big meal feeling as in, I do not want to drink anything for the rest of the day. That type of feeling, because it’s just like a whole bunch of water is kind of sitting on my stomach. And if you’ve ever done that before, it’s kind of like every time you walk you’re sloshing around. So it was difficult for me to try to make a third video yesterday. Daylight savings kind of screwed me up. Didn’t we’re an hour ahead now because it’s spring.

So we spring forward. Yeah, I kind of screwed me up. That’s why it’s light outside. I think it’s almost nine o’clock in the morning, but it’s really like eight o’clock in the morning. If that makes sense. So kind of screwed me up. So we got broccoli, we got pear little Apple, little grapes, a squash and some strawberries. And of course we got a little bit of the ginger, right? Give a little flavor. I still haven’t figured out what ginger does for you. So sorry. Bear with me. All right. So we got the, let’s go to our trusty book. I’m going to make a book of this. Give me a little bit, and I’m going to have more, the more fruits and vegetables. So before the end of the month, you will be able to purchase my book and follow along. All right. So let’s go with the fruit. Let’s go with the grapes, vitamin C and K potassium, cancer prevention, blood pressure regulation, chronic chronic disease prevention. So that’s what this little do right there. So now we got Apple.

Our Apple is vitamin C potassium, Sutent, heart health, weight loss, and cancer prevention. Now let’s go to our pair cause it’s cause I see it right here faster. We have vitamin K, C E N a potassium, niacin, digestive health, heart health, skin protection, cancer prevention, and allergy relief. So this would be probably we need to drink a lot of pear juice cause we’re about to be spring and have and everything in the air. Let’s get to the strawberry vitamin C and magnesium full late heart health, blood, sugar control and cancer prevention. It’s worth squash. I want to say the squash was really healthy for us. I don’t remember though. It might’ve been the zucchini. Oh no. Diabetes management and lug Hmong health. Yeah. Squash vitamins, a C and E or E N B6. Nyson diabetes management anti-inflammation and lung health. All right. So I guess if you do a lot of smoking and he did loss smoking in the past, eating some, some squash is good for you. What is the pear pear? We that for allergy relief. So let’s get that in. As you know, I will talk to you guys in just a second. I need both hands do blend this up with our Mueller juicer that you can buy on Amazon. So I will talk to you in just a minute.
