Day One Drink Two Of My New Body Transformation

All right. For our second little drink, it’s about two 30 in the afternoon. I’m not really hungry. I was really hungry earlier and kind of put me to sleep and everything, but now I’m waking back up, moving around. I’ve been up for a few hours now where I’m not really hungry, but I’m going to do my little afternoon run in second. So I know I’ll probably new little energy or something. I’m gonna try lettuce, cabbage and carrots. So let’s see what is in each of these cabbage it’s vitamin C and K full late magnesium, magnesium anti-inflammatory digestive health, heart health and cholesterol health. So this is this right here. The cabbage. No, that’s not. This is cauliflower. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. Cauliflower.

I apologize. The cauliflower is vitamin C K B6, full late potassium, weight loss, bone health, and cancer prevention. Then we have, here is our, what is this? Before I started naming stuff, figuring out what it looks like a regular head of lettuce rice. Let’s just go ahead and lenses. So what is called, what does cabbage look like? Oh, okay. I know cabbage looks like I have to think about it for a second. All right.

Yes.

This is the green leaf, I guess it vitamins a and K potassium, zinc, folate, and I inflammatory sleep aid. Anti-Anxiety reliefs are probably should eat the lettuce before I go to sleep. Like I said, we’re just kind of messing around. We’re going to get better at this as we go. And then carrots, just so we remember, what’s that? Vitamins, AAC, B6, potassium, eye health, skin, health, and cancer prevention. I have a feeling this is going to be gross. Make another video with me drinking it so you can kind of see what the concoction tastes like. But right now I’m gonna cut the video, cut my juices and all that kind of good stuff. And I’ll talk to you later.

I wasn’t really hungry before, but now that I have is beautiful. Greenish carrot is a concoction front of me. I hung my stomach’s rumbling rumble in my tummy. Right? Well, I am a little nervous, full disclosure. I’m pretty nervous. I don’t, I’m not a very convinced that this is going to be very flavorful. Remember this is our lettuce, our cauliflower, right? I was going to say cabbage again, but it’s not cabbage. It’s cauliflower. It’s the white broccoli, right? Our cauliflower. And what else I put in here? Carrots. So carrots, cauliflower and a lettuce. It gave us a decent amounts, brought in a lot less vegetables. I feel then this morning, maybe I made it smells just like vegetables, man. I’m not going to lie. It smells like dirt.

It’s not the greatest. I mean, I would put some sugar in there. Maybe the Apple would be the reason you put sugar in things. But remember until we can, I got to get when I was things to, to peel the fruit, then we can add like more starchy or like different types of fruit towards it. But I got to maintain because we’re not trying to just supplement. Cause if you like, if you’re not gonna, if you don’t eat a whole Apple, right, you’re not going to like, you can eat an Apple, but you’re not eat like five of them. So getting the sugar from one Apple is fine, but getting enough that the sugar from five apples, then that’s not, doesn’t make any sense. So then all we’re doing is just ramping up ourselves with sugar because the amount of vegetable or fruit that we’re we’re crunching up.

So we gotta be very careful on that. And now I understand this is butter, sugar. That’s why for the most part room be trying sugar in the morning times, I might kind of adjust more sugar towards the like right around now, because this is when I do my afternoon workout, but we’re going to try to maintain a very minimal sugar intake as much as possible. Now next week. See, it’s like, it almost automatically goes to my brain. It starts to kind of hurting a little bit. It’s like my brain is like, what are all these vitamins and stuff coming? Or, Hey, this is too much, one time. It’s more vegetables in, in, in the span of 30 seconds that you’ve had in four years. All right. But what was I saying for two reasons, I’m going to use a blender, but we’re going to wait until next week ruin what we’re going to do one whole week of just drinking flavored water.

That’s full of vegetables, I guess, or vitamins, I guess. But to me it’s just flavored water. I’ve had way worse with water. Read the book 12 years in hell. And you’ll see what I’m saying. This is just drop two drops of iodine. This is way better than that. He was used to drinking. So this isn’t really hard at all. Back to what I was saying starting next week, or maybe depending on how I feel when Michael two weeks, we’re going to implement a blender. So I’m going to take some of the guts of the juice that we’re blending up, the vegetables. It makes them with this juice mix them with other vegetables and fruits because, you know, they said that eggplant, even though there’s a lot of nutrients in eggplant, it’s, you can’t really juice it a avocado, which there’s lots of nutrients in avocados and lots of nutrients and, and lots of different. I have two little bananas, so bananas, avocados. I’m not allowed to use so and eggplant. So I want to incorporate the, the blender for that. I think I’m already said that, but you might not have heard that article. So I’m gonna say it again. And here we go.

I mean, I guess I’m getting vested. Like, I don’t know how I’m going to be full, like how I’m going to combat this. The, the, the feeling of hunger as there’s an arm in a way I might drink a liter of this during the setting. Are you kidding me? I would go straight to the bathroom and throw up

Yeah. I’m still not seeing how I’m going to fill myself up with water. Right? I mean, I know it’s full of vitamins and I don’t see it though. I’m not going to quit, but I am. I have a feeling that for this month, I’m going to be starving. I was saying my stomach is going to be this big wall. I probably won’t be starving because I won’t have a stomach. I got a little carrot in there,

Green Drinks, Afternoon & A little Lettuce For Anti-Anxiety

All right, good afternoon. Now for our afternoon drink, we like, you already know we’re going more green than our vegetable or our morning drink, which is more based off of sugar and, uh, trying to get more fruit into our diet. Right here. We have buck. This is, this is bok choy. Yup. I had to see, I had to get the, the receipt, the bok choy. This is a beat. Um, that’s a broccoli. I had no idea. Broccoli was that like, that looked like this. I had no idea. Um, this is some zucchini. We got our lettuce, we got some spinach and we have some ginger root. Now, depending on how much, I don’t know how much water or how much vegetable juice is going to come out of these. Um, hopefully you eat the whole beat. I don’t know. I’ve never ate it before. Hopefully you eat all the buck, Toohey, bok choy, whatever. Uh, hopefully you can eat the STEM of the broccoli. I’m not sure these are all kind of brand new for me. I had no idea of broccoli even got that big. You’ve never tried this before in my life. Unless it was something I ate that I didn’t know. Was there a beat? I think beets or sweet. I’d have no idea. Uh, the Ginger’s for flavor. All right, so let’s check it out. Okay.

All right. First let’s go with zucchini vitamins, a C and K men. Gunnies potassium, digestive health, blood, sugar control, heart health and eye health. Um, let’s see what else we got broccoli chop. Okay. Aggressive. It’s all over here. So we have lettuce, lettuce right here. Vitamins a and K potassium zinc full, late anti-inflammation sleep aid. Anti-anxiety relief. This is why we’re having that night. Cause it says sleep aid. Okay. Now we go to the other place. Um, beat. Here we go. Full, late mag. Remember this or beat right there? Not the top. Not that the red one. That’s our beat. A full eight. Mm, Magna knees, potassium, blood pressure regulation, heart health, digestive health and food. We’ve got some brain health with that. That’s nice. I like that. We need to pay attention at release. Remember that? Um, what else we got? We got some broccoli, which is the broccoli. Here we go. Vitamin C B N a potassium calcium cancer prevention, cholesterol, health and eye health. Okay. That’s nice. I didn’t know that that had, it was good for your eyes now. Bok choy. Here we go.

Bok toy vitamins, a C and B calcium brain health immunity, uh, boost and cancer prevention. All right. All right. So now we have our spinach. Where’s the Spanish. Oh, here we go. Vitamins, K a B two, and B six full, late manganese. I help brain health and muscle health. The rest is the ginger, the ginger root, which I don’t know if they have the ginger. Um, I do not see the ginger in here. So add that to the list of fruits that are not in here. Uh, the green juicing recipe book again. Um, yeah, so you know the drill. I will see you in just a minute after I grind some of this stuff up again. I’m not trying to use all of this stuff. Hopefully half of it and I’ll have a full cup because I think this is going to have a lot of, uh, vegetable water in them. All right. Talk to you later.

All right. That’s the beat. So I didn’t put any, uh, any surprises. The beat is overpowering of everything and it is very, very beady color. Um, makes me a little nervous. Um, when it’s green, at least I I’m used to green juice. Now I’m used to orange juice, not like orange juice as in orange juice, the orange, but orange juice from a carrot. Uh, this looks like it will make a mess. If it spills over anything, it looks like, um, Oh, there you go. I stirred it. Sorry. It wasn’t in the frame, but yeah. Uh, let’s check it out. Let’s see how, how this tastes and just a second again. I just want to reiterate at night time, we’re trying to go more greens because we’re trying to like slow ourselves down, relaxed as in the daytime, we’re trying to go more fruits, more sugar.

It’s time to get up. Start our day with the burst of sugar, natural sugar, not the sugar that we go to the store, the natural kind, the ones that have fruits and things. Um, now I know, uh, the beat, I think has sugar. I think it, I think it’s a little bit sweeter. So I put it in there. I could be completely off. So don’t quote me. I could be wrong. But part of the main reason we’re doing this is trying to find the perfect concoction to handle each part of the day. Right? So we know that lettuce is good for a sleep aid. So we made sure we have let us in there. We know that spinach is good for your mind and for your, for your muscles. Right? So we have that in there. Cause we work out throughout the day. We have bok choy, cause it just sounded cool. And I wanted to put it in there. So listen, no further do, let me try it. I’m nervous. That’s what I’m talking. I’m really nervous. This is not look I’m, I’m really nervous. I don’t know. I want to try it again. I really don’t know what to tell you. It almost doesn’t taste like anything, which is weird. Cause that this is like by far, I wonder what it’s going to do to my pee. This is by far, looks like it’s going to happen. It would have the most flavor, but

It’s not, I can taste the ginger. I remember I put ginger in here. I’m glad I didn’t put a lot of ginger. That would have been terrible. I would have had to throw it away because I literally put like two little droplets like this big cause of yesterday. Remember the pepper, that one little small pepper. It had, the whole thing tastes like a pepper, five put two peppers. I wouldn’t be able to drink it. The onion has scared me. So that’s why with certain things, I’m not gonna not kinda just go gun-ho with it. But with this, this is very difficult for me to, to pinpoint a taste. Cause I, I really only taste the ginger, which is weird.

Cause I was making my teeth and everything or all right. That aftertaste right there. It wasn’t very good, but it wasn’t. Yeah. Honestly, I’m not going to lie. It has the earthy feel to it. Right. Which makes sense. Cause I it’s mostly just eating grass. Uh, I mean lettuce, but you know, grass.

I mean, I wish I knew what bok choy tasted like, so I could be like, you know what? The bok choy gives it the steep flavor, but uh, no, no, not at all. It’s I mean it’s, if you were to tell me if I were to close my eyes, excuse me. If I were to close my eyes And you drink this,I would no idea you wouldn’t. I wouldn’t believe you that if you told me what was in here, If that makes sense, I wouldn’t believe you who doesn’t. It just tastes like it kind of tastes, it tastes like thick water. Right? I’ve had, I’ve had way worse water.

There we go. Yeah. Uh, the further we go down, the more gingery it tastes, which is, which is, I mean, it’s good. I like the mornings better is your mornings has more sugar? Um, I guess that’s part of the reason why we like our sugary drinks. Cause you know, he’d give me, give me some sugar and only dump it in there. Spin it around real quick. And it’s going to be a little bit more flavorful, but

We’re against that.

Um, I I’m trying to think of something profound.

Um, but I can’t

It’s it’s really bland is, I mean, like I said, like I got that hint of ginger, but other than that, hint of ginger or just tastes like thick water kind of warm, right? It’s not cold, Got a leaf in that one. It’s just it’s you know, was what’s messing with me. It’s the beat and the color of this that’s that’s really what it is, is how like distinct of a color. This is, but then not really having any flavor that’s that’s it’s just mind boggling. Cause I would think, I mean, this, this, it looks, it really looks like I could paint with this. Like, look how

You see what I’m saying? Like that is, it looks like blood almost. You see what I’m saying? Like that is some powerful stuff. And for me to not to have a bit of flavor, it’s just mind boggling to me. I just don’t get it now. I would say, um, do not do this. It defeats the whole purpose, but some sugar in here. If this had some sugar, right? Just a little bit where it wasn’t so bland, it’d be pretty good. Right? It’s just missing sugar. It just doesn’t have any flavor. Right? The morning time we got at least got a little flavor. If I swear, I was thinking of getting some sugar cane to just grind up sugar cane, see what that would do. That’d probably be pretty interesting, but I’m getting to the points are getting close to time. So I got to shut up and drink.

At the end, it’s a more potent or it’s PO it’s more potent. So you see his facial expressions at the end. We already were almost expecting that. Cause all the, everything, all the sediment has sunk to the bottom. So it’s, it’s kinda like I’m getting that extra power shot. I have a feeling that this is going to stay in the glass. It’s so strong. I wonder what it’s going to do to my body.

I will let you guys know tomorrow morning. Uh, what does did to my P cause you know, you know how asparagus it makes your piece smell terrible. Um, I wonder what the beat does. Am I going to be peeing like slight weight red? Because if so, I’m going to be scared shitless when I pee what’s going on, man. But I got to remember, I drank a whole bunch of red, red, like die as basically what this is, is basically die. Look at this. This is drama and stuff it’s seeping through. All right, we’re over our 10 minutes. I apologize. This one went a little bit longer. Let me try to get this down. Um, I’m not going to down it too fast. I don’t want to re regurgitate it. Five Days Of Vegetable Juice And I Am Still Alive: Morning Sensation

Good morning had a little bit late start this morning, went to bed a little late last night. My apologies, as you can see it’s daytime now, I think it is probably seven 30, 30 in the morning. Um, and it’s starting to get springtime today. This morning. We are going with the rest of the bag of kale. If you remember yesterday, I was pretty disappointed with the amount of water that was in here. Um, but whatever, maybe I should get it where it’s not cut up, but we’ll worry about that later on where you are trying some payers and turn it around. There you go. These are sweetcorn may pairs. There you go. Yeah, that word does Johnno pairs. We were trying, uh, what is this squash little squash in there? We’ve got asparagus and we got our Kiwi and then I saw this. It looked cool.

I think it’s a star fruit. Not really sure what it is. I doubt it’s in the book, but I wanted to give it a shot. See what happens might be the, the missing factor that we’ve all been looking for. Right? So let’s go through each vegetable and discuss what benefits we are getting out of it. So, uh, squash remember in the morning times, okay. We’re, we’re trying to have more of a sugar, right? More, more sugar in the morning, less sugar at nighttime. So more greens at night, more fruits in the morning time. So that’s why we have three different fruits. We have three vegetables as well, but that’s more or less for the water and you know, a couple of the nutrients, but the pair, the Kiwi, and the funny looking fruit peanuts, a star fruit, I could be wrong. Those are for the morning time. All right, let’s go.

Uh, duh squash vitamins, a C E N B six. Nice. In diabetes management anti-inflammation and lung health. And we got kale and asparagus that’s over here. Kale, we got vitamins, a K and C magnesium cholesterol, health, cancer prevention, eye health, and weight loss. Then we have asparagus. Remember, this is what asparagus looks like. Vitamin C K, and eight, full late digestive health, blood pressure, pressure. Excuse me, pressure regulation and weight loss. Now, remember this is out of the green juicing recipes, recipe book. If you want a little tag along, uh, if you’re doing this with me, when I, uh, see what’s going on, uh, that’s the book that I’m using, all right out of our fruits. Don’t we’ve got pears key. We, and I think star fruit. So let’s go to pairs. Here we go. There you go. Vitamin C and K potassium, digestive health, weight loss, immunity, boost, kidney stone prevention and heart health.

Hmm. That’s good. That’s nice. Um, then let’s go to key wheat. Where did it go? There it is vitamin C K N E folay potassium. Anti-inflammation respiratory health, digestive health, immune immunity, boost, eye health, blood pressure regulation. And then starfruit. But I doubt that they have it. So we’ve got strawberry raspberry pineapple, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. No, no. So just kind of like our peppers. We’ll have to figure out what, what it does for us later on, but it was fun. It will be fun. And hopefully it’ll give us another, uh, a new flavor, right. Something, something unique. All right. All right. So part of what’s fun with this is we get to learn new things, all those vegetables. Now I didn’t do the whole bag of pears. I actually, I did two pairs and, you know, we’re trying to just keep the one. So I went above and beyond what I was supposed to, but it didn’t give me any water. Didn’t give me any juice. Right. As you can see out where we’re trying to fill it up. So I didn’t want to just keep on putting more and more pairs. Right. I use all the asparagus I use out like most, everything that was there besides the pairs. That was the only thing I could have kept putting them in, but that would defeat the purpose. And we’re just adding a lot of sugar. So mental note for the morning times, we need to put more of like a cucumber in there. Uh, maybe a couple of cucumbers because cucumbers are one they’re for hydration too. They’re there. Um, there’s a lot of water in them, so it would fill the cup up faster. Um, even maybe an orange, we might try an orange coming up. Uh, there’s a lot of different fruits that we can try. Um, I’m not the biggest grapefruit, Fran grape fruit, Fran fan, but you know, that’s always a, I mean, there’s a faster way of different things that we can try. Now, let’s get our, our knife stir up.

This is going to be an interesting one. What did we put it in? We put some the squash, which I don’t think that’s going to have any flavor. Uh, the kale is literally like this much in there. It wasn’t even enough to, to even talk about what other, the asparagus, asparagus, I think there’ll be a nice flavor of asparagus in here, but asparagus doesn’t taste like anything either. So we got really just our fruit, the funny looking fruit, which I think it was a star fruit, passion, fruit. I don’t know that one will be decent. Um, I gave it a decent amount of juice. Uh, Kiwi gave a decent amount of juice and then the pairs gave all right, Mondo juice. I think it was the, really, the squash gave the most amount of juice.

 I’m trying to see what it tastes like. I mean, it tastes like, like, like I’m drinking vegetables, Like trying to figure out what, what is the distinct flavor as MC Oh, you’re wrong? This is good. It’s a cool, there we go. I can taste a little bit of the kale,

The Fruit. I don’t taste any of the Kiwi. All right. The new flavor, flute, whatever, whatever funny fruit I put in there. No idea. It doesn’t taste like anything. However, I mean, I’m thinking, I mean, I know I’m getting the sugar, I’m getting the, I’m getting the stuff that I want. So there’s no complaints in this. Don’t get me wrong, but I, I can’t taste it, which is a good thing. This, this one has, let me taste it again. This one, this one’s not bad at all.

Excuse me. Yeah.

I guess I can taste the pear, but then it’s kind of second guessing me. What does a pair tastes like?

All right.

I, I mean, I, I, I specifically know what an orange tastes like. I know what Apple juice tastes like, but an Apple,

I mean, cause Apple juice, orange, like orange juice and, and like, uh, pineapples. They kind of taste like their juice, but Apple juice doesn’t really taste like an Apple all the way, all the time. Just like a watermelon flavor. Doesn’t taste like watermelons to me, like watermelon tastes like water. That’s something. There we go. There you go. We could do melons the morning time because the melon a day will keep the glass full each way. That was really stupid. I’m sorry. It didn’t even Ryan. Well, Oh well, but this is not bad at all. I don’t have any complaints. It’s, it’s kind of, I don’t want to say bland cause it’s not bland. It’s just not, it doesn’t have any robust flavors. Like the last few days it remember.

Like, uh, if you remember the last few days ago when we did the onion, that was wow. Last night with the pepper. That was a little, little Tingey. Um, I think we’re, I want to put some, I’m probably going to put some ginger, like not, not the whole bloody thing. Cause then I won’t be able to drink it, but maybe just a small little bit of ginger. I might add that with this. I mean, again, I’m, I’m working very diligently on a project that’s different than this taking a lot longer than I thought it was going to,

However, um, once I’m done with this program or this project, I’m going to really dive into the vegetables and all that kind of stuff. Cause I have a, quite a few books on, well, let me just show you, hold on. Here’s one right year, as you see, I already started a little bit. It’s the green pharmacy guide to healing foods.

So with this book, I mean, it’s, it’s kinda like the other one, but it, it kinda, it like, but it goes way more in depth per, per, um, per vegetable. Right? So right here and this, uh, like onions and garlic yesterday, we were looking at onions a couple of days ago, onions and garlic contained, curious to 10 another anti-histamine that acts like vitamin C to lower inflammation and give you relief from allergies. They’re major ingredients in my sinew soup, which also includes hot spices, such as Curry, horse riders, hot pepper mustard seed, and black pepper. So what this is gonna, this is gonna help us like more with the peppers and the herbs and, and just expand our horizon than just drinking straight vegetables. Like the book that we have now, they have the super foods. So that, that book is great. If you want to like get yourself beginning, but more of a at advanced, uh, status, then that’s where I’m going to try to take myself over the next couple of weeks.

Yeah. We’re still going with our, but yeah, I think tomorrow morning, uh, at, uh, I’m gonna go to soar and get the different, different, uh, fruit to play with. Right. But then I’m also gonna keep some cucumbers on the side, just as a, to boost in the hydration to one, to fill the cup. Right. Cause I didn’t fill the cup, so I need, I need a filler. Right. And cucumbers are great. Cause it’s mostly water

And you could be like, well, why don’t you just add lettuce? Do not forget lettuce in the book. It says lettuce sleep aid. So lettuce is a nighttime drink. Not a Maureen time drink

So you can tell this isn’t that bad. I got a little laugh and I’m still gonna drink it. Would that cut the camera?

Night Juice To Stimulate The Mind; Day 4 Of Juicing

So at nighttime, if you remember in the morning time, we were trying to stick more to fruit, a tonic, giving me the sugars to, to be, uh, highly stimulated for the day. I guess that’s a good way to say it. And then I was saying in the nighttime, we’re going to try to go more greens. We know that lettuce is a sleep aid, spinach. We’re going to go through this, the, what they are in just a second, but we have some lettuce and spinach, some artichoke, uh, some, some, uh, what does that squash, zucchini a tomato and then some type of pepper. Uh, the book, our little green juicing book. Doesn’t have what a, the green peppers are, but like what? Doesn’t have peppers in here at all, but I’m putting it in there hopefully to give me some flavor. Cause I don’t, I don’t particularly think this is going to be the best flavor right here. I don’t see anything. That would be really good. Um, so hopefully the, the paperwork we’ll give it a little Tang. All right, let’s go through our book.

We put in a lotta, uh, greens, lots of greens. Oh, you would go with our lettuce, right? Um, vitamins a and K potassium, zinc, folate anti-inflammation sleep aid. And anti-anxiety. So we were having a lot of info anti-inflammation so, I mean, if I that’s, I guess that’s good for when we sleep, let’s try it. Let’s check out. Artichoke vitamins, C K, and B folate, magnesium, potassium, cholesterol, health, blood pressure, regulation, liver, health and health. All right. So that’s, that’s really nice right there. I enjoy the liver health. Cause my, my days when I was a heavy drinker, when I was younger, this, hopefully this is a, can it help me out? The more we do this? Uh, like I said, the peppers aren’t there. So that kinda sucks, but whatever. All right. So what I’m going to be doing is like every other day, chopping all this stuff up and seeing a little bit,

All right. Mental note,

Artichoke. Don’t just cut it in half and stick it in a little machine. It’s going to clog it. They got a whole bunch of little mini hairs all over in the inside. So you got to take it and cut it out. And then half the leaves you’re going to have to rip off. So literally all you get out of it is just the art show card. It’s a waste of a dollar or $2, however much it was. I’d rather just eat the artichoke. I enjoy artichokes. So I’d rather just eat the artichoke instead of just Badger it and wasted because I don’t feel like I got anything out of it. So here we go.

This is our nightly green juice. Let’s see how, um, like I said, it’s nerve wracking, no idea how this is going to taste. It’s exciting kind of this morning. Wasn’t that bad yesterday morning was terrible.

So cross your fingers. I can smell the pepper. Yeah. That’s weird.

A little small pepper has a lot more flavor and a lot more taste than when I put the jalapeno in there. Remember I put the half a jalapeno a couple of days ago, got a little, that little pepper has way more of a kick. I hope that is not like the onion and it ruins the entire thing for me. So I gotta be really careful when we put peppers and onions and things, because I don’t know, it looks like this is a lot, but that half an onion destroyed the entire cup and gave me a stomach ache.

I can taste it. It’s it’s giving that, that

Hot flavor tingle. It’s not unbearable right now. Uh, I’m not sure how, how much of a tinkle it’s going to give me throughout this entire thing? Uh, more or less kind of nerve wracking nerve wreck on that. Um, let’s see what happens. The flavor of everything is not too horrible, right? It’s not bad at all. The flavors manageable. It kind of, it really tastes like nothing. It looks really green, but tastes like water kind of, kind of chunky water.

Yeah.

It pepper. It gives it again. It gives it. It’s kind of like I ate mild hot food. My lips are starting to get a little Tingley. So yeah,

Maybe that was too much pepper. We’re not quite sure trying to let it go through by this point in time, I think maybe one or two more gulps. And uh, we’ll see how if it’s affecting, cause we’re getting close to the point where we were with the onion and it was just, it was overbearing. And I, I was, I mean, you remember, I couldn’t barely get it down, so we’ll see what this, but like I said, it’s, if this, this is remember we got our lettuce in here and our spinach. So hopefully the lettuce and the spinach they’re main characteristics. What I’m trying. Cause it’s, it’s it’s in the afternoon, it’s nighttime in a couple of hours, I’m going to go into sleep. So we’re trying to do is the lettuce says that it’s a sleep aid. So excuse me, we’re going to try to use it as a sleep aid.

Then when I’m about to go to, when I’m done with this, I’m going to go to the store. And when I go to the store, I’m going to grab a couple more cucumbers because in the nighttime right around this time, I to like remit, if you remember, cucumbers is for hydration. So it might be a really terrible idea of drinking. A lot of something that’s going to make you hydrated before you go to bed. Cause I’m gonna need to pee. But all right. I kinda, Y hopefully this doesn’t last in my system for eight hours. Right? I don’t think it does. But what I’m trying to do is cause my workout, after I run, it ran all day and, or rode the bike for an hour in the morning and ran my 30 minutes in the afternoon, did a little workout. I’m trying to like shoot myself with the correct nutrients, right?

So sleep aid, boom, got that with the lettuce and let us house a lot of water in it. I know. Let us gives a lot more, but this is my mentality. At this point, once I know more about this and I get more into it, then obviously I’ll be able to give you a much better description of, of what I’m trying to do. But right now, the key points that I’ve gotten out of it is let us sleep. So let us nighttime sleep. Spinach, muscle health, brain health, alright, muscle health, brain health, boom. That’s a nighttime has mental health, right? Like brain health. So we might need to do that a little spinach in the morning as well. Right? If we do a juicer in the middle of the day, uh, when I, cause I had an energy drink today, cause I was kind of getting tired, but now, because I might need to juice myself again.

But that would be more like energy, more, more fruit based. Right. Adding cucumber because it’s hydration and then probably spinach because it’s mental or is brain and muscle. Right. So soup me up. That’s what I’m trying to look at. So a little by little more vegetables, you want to try them and go grab some more crazy stuff today. Right? Don’t know what to say. It’s like just grab some stuff and then we’re going to experiment. We’re going to see, you know, read a little book and see what it says and we’re gonna go from there. All right. Let’s get some of this down. We got a couple of minutes left.

Wasn’t it. That’s not a bad. Ooh. As just like right here, you don’t win. I think I got a little bit more of the pepper in that one. That was a little bit woo. Right? Not a bad rule, not the onion, like, but more of a, I can taste that It really does that little mini pepper. It did some things to it.

It gives it, it really does. It gives it. It’s not overbearing. Now if you don’t like, if you don’t like the kind of tingly feeling back there, not for you, don’t do it. Terrible idea. But if you do enjoy like peppers, which I kinda like peppers, it gives that got Tingley in the back, but it’s not overbearing. Like I said, I don’t know if the whole one, those little peppers is good. I think maybe a half of one would be better. Right. Just maybe a half of one, but I’m going to try, uh, I want you to, I’m going to get a different pepper, maybe banana pepper or something like that. And then try that. Cause you know, each pepper has its own little distinct flavor. So trying to peppers, you know, like I said, we’re just trying everything we don’t know until we know,

But we’re getting close to time. So I got to drink a little bit faster and talk less

Like I said, talk last, drink more. We’re almost done. I see the green juice drank all of it. It’s kind of, I mean, just to think you’re drinking green, it kind of looks like green. Just like throw up. Right. It doesn’t look appealing, but it doesn’t look like it doesn’t taste like it, it looks like. So that’s a good thing.

Yeah. Got about one more sip left. What’s good is remember it, it, this, this all goes with 10 minutes a day, right? That’s why I say 10 minutes right now. I talked a little bit too much besides the first video explaining what’s in his drink and then mushing them down, which takes longer than 10 minutes. So it’s more or less like 30 minutes a day, but you can mush vegetables. That’s not a problem. All right. I hope you can find time to mush festivals and talk on the phone or watch a movie or do whatever you’re doing because you can literally do this and whatever you’re doing at the same time.

That war, that pepper is getting it’s it’s not again. It’s it’s still not overbearing, but towards the end it’s it’s stronger. It is stronger. Is it? It’s it’s more, let’s just put it as this. It’s more flavorful at the bottom. That’s a good, that’s a good way to put it.

Cabbage & Strawberries Day 4 Morning Potion

Good morning. It is light out time. I just have a little, my just finished riding the bike. Did my stretching did some pushups. Now it’s time to nourish my body with some great vegetables and fruit be great nourishment. So we got some strawberries, which is typical for the morning. As you remember, we got something new today. We got some tail, right? We got apples, which is typical for the morning. Our carrots to kind of help with our eyes. We’re going to end re-introduce the Kiwi for the morning. The Apple ID or the onion idea was absolutely horrendous. I will not be doing that again. Um, then we also have our cabinets, so let’s go into our book and see what type of nerd and nutrients we’re going to be giving ourselves today. So we’re starting with the vegetables. We got cabbage just in kit. We’re going to keep doing it. I know, right?

Ah, there you go. Vitamin C and K full late man. Nuggies anti-inflammation digestive health, heart health and cholesterol health. We got our carrot right here, which is skews me there. And there we go. Vitamins, a C and B six potassium, eye health, skin, health and cancer prevention. Now we got our kale, right? This is a super fit dreams, kale, um, whatever that is. There we go. These videos, I’m going to make a video where I explain what vitamins a and K and C and all these other things, what they are. Cause it doesn’t. That’s great that I’m reading this, but all know what that does for emotional. It’s good for all right. Let’s go into our fruits. So we got our keys.

And cabbage. There we go. Almost forgot. It wasn’t even that long ago. See, my memory is shot. Um, no. Yesterday full disclosure scared me. Uh, if you remember the video from yesterday morning, um, we got through almost all of it, but after I was out of commission, the onion was way too strong. At first, it was good going down. Then after my throat, my head started hurting. My stomach hurt everything. So I’m a little nervous. Cause I was, that was not a fun experience. I don’t want to go through that again. I don’t know what everyone’s talking about. You need to put kale, right? So if you read a lot of the little do this and this and this, they talk about kale. I don’t understand why you’re going to need like five bags of kale to get any juice out of it. Like one, I stuffed a little thing like three times, and I got more juice from one Apple that I did from stuffing.

The thing three times, I almost used the whole back of kale. What a woman’s supposed to do, like have kale wasn’t cheap either. It was like $4. So what, every time I’m thirsty. I’m supposed to just go spend $4 on kale now. Practical lettuce, cabbage your other stuff. Great. The kale. I mean, it didn’t do anything for me now. I’m going to try it again. All right. I’m going to go to the store and go buy a little different packet of kale and hopefully it will work that way, but again, I’m not kale not sold on it so far again. Wish me luck. Let’s hopefully this is not terrible.

Trying to, you know, trying to wait until I, I taste the whole spectrum because yesterday, you know, when we traced the taste of the spectrum, but then it was after it, it was like, Oh wow. It started getting to me.

I don’t know.

I don’t know if it’s, it’s not that it’s bad. I mean, I, it just, it tastes like vegetable water. I mean, it’s really difficult to go past or you like getting past the taste of vegetable water. Uh, I know that, I mean, just the simple fact that I’m drinking this much water. I’ve already drinking this much water for the day, you know, my smart water. Uh, so this is going to be what, it’s seven o’clock in the morning and I’ve already drank two liters of water basically. So when it comes to hydration, I feel this is amazing now later on in the day, uh, hopefully cause I was reading the lettuces. That’s why I didn’t put it in the morning to sleep eight. So if I’m trying to stay awake, putting a sleep aid in my drink probably is not smartest idea. So if I can remember, or from so inclined that juice later today, then I’m going to make sure it’s, it’s based off of a lot of hydration and then spinach works with your muscles.

So this afternoon probably gonna be more of the green drink, more of the hydration, cause it’s going to be after I work out right after my second workout, running everything, I’m gonna be needed to be more hydrated. Excuse me. So I will the cucumbers for hydration, uh, for muscle growth or whatever development, spinach. So I’m going to go, I got to go to the store and go find me some, find some spinach, um, sleep aid. So after I can kinda, my body can kind of slow down and relax a little bit. So with those, some lettuce in there, um, Then you know, I have to do a little bit more research, but I know cucumber, uh, spinach lettuce, we gotta find the rest of the asparagus was pretty cool. It makes my piecemeal, but I gotta figure out cause I gotta, like I said, I got to start forming the best juice for me, if that makes sense. So yeah. Okay. That’s the carrot.

I it’s difficult cause it’s I gotta kind of think of what, cause I don’t want to put up, like I said, I don’t want to put a lot of sugary things in there. Now this has strawberry Kiwi, Apple, all produce lots of water, but all are very high in sugar as well. So that’s why one pits the first thing in the morning. So I have all day to burn off this sugar, which most of the time, I mean I intend, I will hopefully, and hopefully there’s less sugar in this than I would in my would put in my coffee and I have no idea how much sugar is in here, but I have a feeling there’s quite a bit because there’s Apple, a Kiwi. And the other one, I said Jobert

Okay. But again, this one’s pretty good. Um, see how, what it does. Yeah, I guess, uh, trying to really get that if this can hold me over, um, like focus wise, cause I got a huge project. Um, I needed to do, um, last few days as drinking this morning juice hasn’t helped. Right? It’s gone and done the complete opposite. So whatever I was doing yesterday, the onion yesterday, I feel like that had a huge problem, huge issue. Why I was in like at optimal levels because after I had to run to the bathroom and it was not a fun experience at all, I, my brain and everything felt terrible for a couple of hours. So again, huge focus on mental optimization by through art, the nutrients we’re shooting through our system. I don’t know. Cause every everyone that I see on TV, I don’t believe anything that they say honestly, after doing this for a few days, I don’t believe any of it.

I don’t think we’re going to make them quite as big either. There’s a lot, maybe like a half a liter. Cause I mean, yes, it’s just a lot to sit in one sitting and drink 10 minutes. I mean the water is easier or you just go the water, but this is difficult. This is more like I got to focus on drinking it

There you go. You want to see the kale? So some kale did get through, excuse me Again. The bottom part. Not quite the greatest. It’s got more was more grainy, got out, more stuff in it. Like all this stuff kind of flows to the bottom. At least with this one, the other one was all the good stuff was gone.

I mean, I got some more pale. Uh, yeah, one more swig. And then we’re done. Thanks again for joining me. And I’ll talk to you guys later on today. Uh, if you heard my disclosure, uh, for the first video for today, I am eating other foods because just the drinking vegetables use wasn’t enough. I didn’t feel like I was getting enough nutrients in my body. Uh, I was, it was affecting other things in my body, but keeping the juice coming every day so far, I can’t argue shooting vegetables into my body every day and drinking more water. So I can’t say it’s a bad thing, right? There’s no way I can say extra vegetables and extra water are a negative thing. So I’m going to continue to do this. I’m just going to supplement food because I’m starving after this. It’s not enough.

Good Morning Day 2 Juicing

Good morning today. Uh, we’re used to beat some celery, um, mostly because, um, they’ve been in the fridge for a few days and they’re kind of going bad as you can kind of see the elite. So I need to mush them up. So we got our beat, we got some celery, we got our key. We, and then we have two pairs. I need to go back to the store today and get some, some other fruit. Uh, some apples. Here we go. We got our ginger. No, this is that’s. That’s uh, that’s a very big piece of ginger. Probably cut that in half. All right. Let’s check in our book. Excuse me. It’s a little bit of a mess today. All right. So we’ll start with our vegetables first. We have our beat and then celery. Let’s see what comes first salary

I was mostly just drinking coffee, uh, from two o’clock in the morning until two o’clock in the afternoon. Cause, or maybe even three and then having an energy drink and then eating some food. And then that would be my day. So my kidneys were talking to me and there were screams there. Well, they weren’t talking, they were more or less screaming to me and telling me, change your diet. Um, so that’s what I did. Uh, hopefully the pear, since it has our kidney kinda protection, hopefully our pear where we’ll help the process of, of rebuilding my kidneys from the destruction that I cost. All right. Welcome back. As you know, we decided to use the beet juice. So we’re drinking some blood today. We’re not obviously drinking blood or we’re drinking a beat, right? However, as we do know for the next, what, maybe three days, my urine is going to be tinted red and my poop is going to be also tinted red beets are very powerful. Let’s see if they, if they’re so powerful with my bowel movements, let’s see if they’re just as powerful with my mental ability. Right. Cause it’s true. I wipe the counters with bleach. So my hand, my hands smell like bleach. All right. So is this mostly just, um, what does it not let us, what’s the other one.

I keep forgetting what they’re called celery. There we go. Celery, celery, celery, celery, celery, celery, celery. I have to say it about a hundred times. Cause I even was like, I, when, when I was making the video earlier, I stood and I S I was staring at it and I couldn’t think of what it was called. All right. I don’t know. I hope there’s not like beginning stage of dementia or something like that. As it’s making me a little nervous. I can’t remember celery. I kept on remembering like, okay, you, you got ants on a log. You can put it in peanut butter, put little raisins on there. It has ants on a log. Um, that’s good. And remember what it’s called anyways. This is mostly just celery. Uh, the beet accounted for maybe about like literally nothing and my fruit that I put in. Not very much of anything. It’s just mostly just celery water, right? Flavored or beet colored celery water. Now I’ve done enough talking. Let me try some [inaudible]. Yeah. It’s celery water. That is that’s. All it tastes like is, is, is, is, is like eating. I just ate a stick of celery now don’t get it wrong. Yeah. I can taste the pear a little bit, a little hint of pear sugar. Uh, I don’t really know what a beat tastes like. So I would not be able to tell you it tastes like a little beat in there. No, not a clue, not a clue. Um, let’s see.

It’s not bad. It’s not bad at all. I mean, it has that. It really, truly just tastes like celery. Like when you’re coming down and you’re like, your nose smells it and it tastes, and then you are automatically, you start tasting cellar a second. It goes into your mouth. And then the after flavor taste, I told her that was a little piece of celery right there too. Um, well, and I’m glad that it’s cellar because celery, you wouldn’t really, it doesn’t really think that it has a flavor, but it does. It’s a very distinct flavor, especially when you, when you munch up as much as I did. It’s great. Um, part of the reason I did it is, uh, for the water content in the celery, which is great because that’s part of the thing that I’m trying to do. Um, if you remember from last night, I was a little knee braided.

I apologize. Um, if you remember a little bit from last night, um, like our fruits don’t really give us any juice. So a pair gave us juice, but a lemon gave us nothing doesn’t make any sense. However, that’s what happened. So I got a find fruits that one give juice, and then two, I got to find fillers, right? Because what if I’m trying to like amp myself with straight berries and fruit, I’m going to have an, excuse me, I’m going to have an issue filling this glass up. Cause I don’t want to just waste money. Right? So yesterday it was, I got more juice out of just squeezing the juice in here than opposed to grinding it up. If that makes sense. So, and with the blueberries too, I was really quite frustrated because I literally could have just mushed a brew, mushed the blueberries up myself, dumped them in there and then drank the blueberries.

Right? Cause I, I literally got maybe or four drops of juice out of the blueberries. Now $3 is not going to destroy my budget. However, if I don’t have, I don’t want to just spend $3 and get through droplets of juice. If I’m going to spend $3, I want to enjoy my $3. Right. I would’ve rather ate the, the blueberries. So with that being said, you gotta be very careful. And that’s, that’s what I’m working on right now. We’ll work on, this is week number two, excuse me. So for week number two, that’s what we’re gonna, we’re going to focus on finding like ideal drinks. Well, again, we’re not there yet. We can’t find ideal drinks, finding ideal fruits and vegetables that, that work the best with the machine that I have. Now I might need to go buy, uh, like an actual fruit juicer.

You know, maybe the ones that you go like this and it gets all the, you know, you, you put the fruit on top. It has a little, I don’t even know how to explain it. And then you grind it around and it gets the fruit or the juice out of it. If I buy one of those, then maybe I’ll be able to incorporate both together. Um, but this is all at the beginning stages of this grand experiment. So we’re not there yet. So bear with me. Let me get back to my, see, I forgot it again, man. Celery water.

It’s weird. It has like kind of a meaty flavor to it. I know it sounds crazy because how could it have a meaty flavor when it’s just vegetables and I’m not meaty, like is in a, in a steak, but it’s, it’s weird. It’s a different, I guess it’s the consistency. That’s different.

It’s pretty good. No, it’s weird. I, it was there again. It’s like it’s salt, but there’s no salt in here. So is it really, truly, it has a distinct flavor. It has a different flavor. I’m not sure what it is. I can’t pinpoint it at all.

I’ve tried to smell it. Smelling is probably not going to do any good. Um, we’re running out of juice. So these next couple of sips, I’m going to really to pinpoint what it is I’m talking about. Nope, I can’t do it. I know it’s really, it’s the consistency like, alright, I got some celery, little finite, whatever, but the consistently is more like water, but when it’s going down, it’s not. And that’s, that’s very difficult to explain. So, you know, when you’re drinking some smart water, whatever, or some just regular purify water, doesn’t matter. Um, it just goes down like a waterfall. This goes down, but it feels like it goes down slower. Like it’s kind of syrupy. Obviously. It’s not syrupy cause there’s no syrup in here, but it’s, it just kind of goes down a little bit different than water. It’s really difficult to explain. I’ll run at a time. So,

There was something in there. There is something in here. God, I felt it go in my mouth. Well, I, I guess that is what it is. Cause look at the side. If there was nothing in there, it wouldn’t be everything on the side. So as much as I want to say, it’s like water and that’s probably what it is, is cause this part, this looks like beet and, and celery. I was about to say strawberry man,

Towards the end. You see what I mean? It’s really, it was thick. So I probably that, that could be what it was. It’s just the way that the consistency of it. It tastes really different though. Again, kind of meaty, which I’m guessing. That’s what it is, is it’s the celery celery makes with the beat was creating kind of like a meaty flavor because I don’t know what it is. It’s weird. March 21 Morning Taste Test

Welcome back. All right. We got our nice little concoction. That’s weird.This one turned really Brown. I’ll show you If we remember, we have watermelon, an Apple, some lettuce, some asparagus and squash the watermelon, really like this is mostly just watermelon, June. Yeah.

It tastes like watermelon and squash, I guess like those are basically the two largest, uh, water juicing components that are in here. But this is the first time I tasted this squash with anything like the watermelons, not an overbearing flavor, not at all. Actually the watermelons quite disappointed, honestly. Uh, it produced a lot of water. There’s a faint watermelon flavor to it, but not enough for, not enough for me to be like, man, this is amazing. This is the best thing since sliced bread. It does have a cooling, refreshing flavor, like taste to it, opposed to like what I was talking about earlier with different concoctions. I’ve put together. It’s good though. It is, uh, Like I said, it’s, this is, this is really a, like a refreshing drink. Right? I can feel it re it goes down. Cool. I, uh, I don’t know how to, it’s weird how to put it. All right. Here’s a good way. Like, okay. A Gatorade it’s hot, sunny. And you’re like, man, I’m thirsty and I’m hot. I’m wanting to just be quenched with thirst or quenched. Right. And I want to feel it cool. Going down my throat. That’s kind of how this feels. Right.

You know what I, I, Hmm. I know that didn’t make any sense. Excuse me. Sorry about that. Um, I think What would be good with this? Honestly, Like Before my run, because my mouth gets kind of dry and I end up, I spit a lot, cause I’m spitting everything up and whatever, uh, the mouth gets dry and it’s sometimes when I’m running, it’s kind of hard to have a water bottle and try to drink at same time. This would be great, I think like right before, but it makes the watermelon because okay. Like the energy drink, right. You know how I’m trying to create the energy drink and we’re going to start doing that come Monday and it’d be a new little new little section. Right. So we have our morning drink, which we’re drinking right now. We have our afternoon drink if I remember, but then we’re also going to have the third one, which is our energy drink because I tend to drink monster energies throughout the day. And I want to eradicate that from my life. So I got to figure out how to boost myself with natural sugars and energy. So I think with the hydration part, right? Cause even Gatorade has a lot of Deezer. Gatorade has a lot of sugar, so I’m saying energy drink, but it could also be like a Gatorade drink. Right. Kind of boost us with fluids before. So with that, I needed like a look at electrolytes, but we’ll worry about that in a second. So this right here, the, the watermelon, because it’s, it gives it that cool. Refreshing, refreshing, like,

Or about itself, I guess, mixed with,

Uh, cucumber, because you know, the cucumber, hopefully it’s it’s for hydration. Right. So if we boost ourselves with hydration and then we boost ourselves with this watermelon, which I got to figure out what’s, what’s in watermelon since our book doesn’t tell us. So that’s another reason I’m going to create my own book. So for my own ideas. All right. All right. So, but yeah, that would be, I’m pretty sure that would be an, in an amazing concoction. Sean, that time. Um, I’m really trying to like pinpoint the flavors, um, the cantaloupe, right? If you’ve been paying attention, perhaps with cantaloupe, It Kind of has the same, but do you have also, I haven’t been using quite as much to cantaloupe, so that could be, I think as well. Um, They both have, uh, a slightly similar after taste, right? The cantaloupe and watermelon, at least the two drinks. Right. It could be other variables that’s causing it. Um, it’s good though. It’s good With Some strawberries. I bet you, this would be better with strawberries just cause I’m a strawberry guy. I like strawberries, but we need to, we need to try cherries. There’s a lot more, we need to try. Well, I might make this video a little bit shorter just, just because, Um, this is good. Yeah. Like this is, this would be the water

And gives us great, consistent, like great flavor or it’s, it’s not that the flavors, the greatest, cause I could, I could, the strawberries would make the flavor better. However, the watermelon gives it that

Did you, if you notice something, I didn’t have to fish off the phone. Right? If you’ve noticed with other ones, I have to take the foam off the top and then it’s really kind of grainy this there’s it’s not grainy at all. It more has a watery consistency. I think that’s what it is, which is making it extra refreshing. Is the water consistency. There’s, it’s less thick. There’s like no thickness at all in this.

As we all know, or if you’ve been paying attention, the last little part is whew. Full of flavor, right? Not always the greatest and most of the time it’s full of foam too, but let’s check this. See how much of it I’m able to drink at the end because of the, I’m usually not able to drink. The last little part is gross because when it’s too much foam and there’s too much little floaties floating around and it’s just, it’s too flavorful for me. Um, I see we are right here. Right? Maybe not on your guys’ end. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but there’s is, there’s still juice. Like it’s new. There’s barely any phone. There it is. So there’s a little bit left, right? Less than normal. Uh, so yeah, there’s a little bit of foam, but for the most great little drink, I have to make a note like put like two stars beside that one, you know, two thumbs up, you know, two stars didn’t sound very good. Afternoon Delight 7 Days Of Juicing

No, honestly, I’m way past my bedtime, but daylight savings got me all messed up. It’s 10 o’clock, but my mind feels like it’s nine o’clock. So I’m still awake. But I was like, well, I don’t want to stay away. Let’s let’s work on let’s. Excuse me. Let’s experiment. Right. So we know that lettuce is supposed to give us some kind of sleeping aid. So I can’t just have a glass full of lettuce. So I was like, all right. And if you notice, you know, our vegetables are kind of getting, getting old. So we got to mush them up. Now what I’m also doing, we’ve got our ginger, right? Excuse me.

Then

I have raw. I still have raspberries and a couple other berries in there. We use the strawberries this morning. However, I like the raspberries. The blueberries were the cheapest. So I was like, all right, let’s mix the blueberries because I’m a little I’m craving sugar, right? So with craving sugar, I would do this, put this stuff in there, but then I’d want to put some sugar in there because I have a fear that it’s going to be dry and bitter. And that’s not what I want to taste right now. I’m not in the mood for drying bitter. So I’m mixing it with some blueberries because blueberries are supposed to be good. So we went through three of our vegetables again. I’m sorry. I don’t know what the ginger does for us, but it gives us w I know what it does for the, the flavor. It gives a little spicy flavor, right? A little bit better than just eating or drinking. Yeah, yeah. Right. That doesn’t look very flavorful. So we put that in there and it gives a little bit of flavor. All right. So let’s go on to blueberries.

The blue bag, vitamin C and K magnet and knees. And those signs, queers, atten heart health, brain health, blood sugar control. Right? It’s a little bit of everything in this bad boy and a little fruit right there. All right. See you in a minute. I’m going to crush this up and, uh, we’ll drink our little juice before we go to bed. All right. So we got our juice, um, mental note, and a very important thing for everyone to learn is the juicer is not efficient when it comes to berries or, uh, yeah. Basically berries cause of blueberry is a Berry. I was going to say berries and blueberries, but blueberries or berries. Um, I put, uh, like a good handful. Like I have, you know, the little crate you get at the store. I put probably 75% of the blueberries because I only use about 25% when I made my little energy drink. So I had about 75% left out of the packet. I put them in there and all I got was a couple of drops. So there is no point in putting it in there. The other thing that I learned is this, when you have basically any fruit that, cause I put a lemon in there because I in, in this drink right here.

Cause I was like, well, I don’t even have any blueberries at all. So I need some kind of sweetener. Cause I, I, like I was saying, I need, I’ll always like kind of craving a little bit of sugar. So I put that I cut a lemon in half and I put it in there. And the only thing that I got was maybe about a couple of droplets of sludge, right? So the second half of the lemon, I just squeezed into the, and in here. So there’s a couple of lemon seeds in here. So I have to be careful, but my machine, my Mueller machine, I need to be careful because it’s, I guess it’s truly only for vegetables because the fruit’s not, I’m not producing anything fruit and they’re just wasting the money could have ate. I’m frustrated. Cause like I just ate my blueberries. If that makes sense. it’s not bad.

I can taste the lemon that I put in there, which I’m glad again, I’m still frustrated about my blueberries because I only had like a handful because I was excited to drink the juice and I didn’t get any of the juice because the machine didn’t spit me any blueberry juice. So I am really frustrated. I I’m sorry, I shouldn’t even made this video. I’m still, I’m so frustrated about that. They were really good blueberries too. I’m just letting you know

So if you remember a couple of days ago when I had my, my two oranges and I was saying, man, this really tastes like the orange peel. Like I couldn’t taste anything but an orange peel. Well, it makes a lot of sense. Now when I, when I cut the lemon in half and I, and I, cause I wanted to, to guess them or analyze how much juice came out of it and nothing came out of it. It was almost just like the blueberries. So I’m, I’m disappointed in both because I was all excited about my, my juicing machine. And now I realized that it has, uh, quite a few hurdles in the way, because I’m not going to spend $3 on, on like a little small packet of berries just to mush up. If I don’t get any juice out of it, I could literally just mush it myself and then put it in there and I’ll have some juice. Right. It’s I guess it’s blender worthy. Right? Cause when you blend it, then it stays in the pot.

Cause uh, when I, opposed from just mushing up the lemon, like I told you with half of it, I’m wishing it up the other half. I squeezed it in here and there I, some of the seeds fell in there. So I apologize. That was pretty disgusting. But I, again, I am really disappointed.

Now it comes to the actual juice, like getting over my disappointment, the juice isn’t bad at all is actually pretty good. It doesn’t have the sugar that I wanted. Right. I went into this really trying to make a sugary drink before I went to bed, makes with a lemon or not, excuse me, not lemon with lettuce. Right? Cause we know that that led us, brings us our sleep aid. So I came into drinking or making this drink with trying to find something that’s high sugar and using lettuce as a sleep aid. However, um, I noticed that the thing, the, my juicer really only juices vegetables. Right? So I mean, it’s disappointing. It is, but it just gives, it just opens it, opened up the door to, to try a different product. Right? Cause if, if this one product did everything that I wanted it to do, then I wouldn’t explore.

Right. Cause I like this one, this machine spits off a lot of excess. So this excess that I could probably be making into an omelet in the morning time, if I know exactly which vegetables work the best. Right. So I, what I have been noticing is, is it spits out the kale. So the kale doesn’t give any juice, but it gives a very fine like shredded up, um, discharge. Well, that discharge would probably be great in some eggs or even, um, um, cooking some, uh, some salmon right now. It’d probably be good with that. Right. So why we’re doing this? Having failures is a good thing, right? Losing my vegetables tonight, as much as I am or my fruits, excuse me, as well as frustrated as I am about that. It’s a good thing because I’m not frustrated about the price. I’m frustrated because I would have ate it. Right. They were good. I had a couple of them and I was excited. So when I mushed them all up, I literally just mushed my, like, it was like gold. It was gold. Excuse me. Like I was, I was eating them one by one and just dumping them into the bucket and eating them at the same time. And then at the end I was watching it like, yeah, I’m excited. And I mushed them and I add zero juice.

That’s why I’m frustrated. I know it’s petty, but whatever. Um, yeah, again, I can taste the ginger. Uh, it’s really not that bad

But I do need to figure out how to, how to cause if, if the juicer doesn’t doesn’t juice, the fruit, how I want it to like more so I’m noticing a cucumber works, but the consistency of a cucumber is it’s like 90% water, but the structure, like the consistency of it is hard. An orange might have more substance to it than a cucumber. I know it doesn’t does it when you think of it, like no way, but our cucumbers Mesa keep water, um, or even lettuce, but a machine can grind that up and create water out of it. But with, with like fine green fruit, it doesn’t work. We’re running out of time and I’m running out of things to say at the very moment, cause I’m sleepy and I’m going to eat my fish and then I’m going to go to bed. So I will talk to you guys tomorrow. Seven Days of Homemade Juice Morning Inspiration

Good morning. Um, let’s see. Sorry. I didn’t didn’t make a video last night. I was tired and well, really. I need to schedule the times that I drank these the juice way better. Cause trying to drink three big glasses of juice a little bit, see three liters of water every day is, is quite filling. Um, but not like feeling as in, I just finished a big meal feeling as in, I do not want to drink anything for the rest of the day. That type of feeling, because it’s just like a whole bunch of water, um, is kind of sitting on my stomach. And if you’ve ever done that before, it’s kind of like when every time you walk you’re sloshing around. So it was difficult for me to try to make a third video yesterday. Um, daylight savings kind of screwed me up. Didn’t uh, we’re an hour ahead now because it’s spring.

So we spring forward. Um, yeah, I kind of screwed me up. That’s why it’s light outside. Um, I think it’s almost nine o’clock in the morning, but it’s really like eight o’clock in the morning. If that makes sense. So kind of screwed me up. So we got broccoli, we got pear, little Apple, little great, uh, squash and some strawberries. And of course we got a little bit of the ginger, right? Give a little flavor. Um, I still haven’t figured out what ginger does for you. You can so sorry, bear with me. All right. So we got the, let’s go into our trustee book. I’m going to make a book of this. Give me a little bit, and I’m going to have more, the more fruits and vegetables. So before the end of the month, you will be able to purchase my book and follow along. All right. So let’s go with the fruit. Let’s go with the grape vitamin C and K potassium, cancer prevention, blood pressure regulation, chronic chronic disease prevention. So that’s what the little those do right there. So now we got Apple.

Our Apple is vitamin C potassium, Sutent, heart health, weight loss, and cancer prevention. Now let’s go to our payer cause it’s cause I see it right here faster. We have vitamin K C E N a potassium Nyson digestive health, heart health, skin protection, cancer prevention, and allergy relief. So this would be probably really need to, um, drink a lot of pear juice. Cause we’re about to be spraying and have pollen and everything in the air. Let’s get to the strawberry vitamin C and magnesium full late heart health, blood sugar, and cancer prevention. It’s worse. Squash. I want to say the squash was, was really healthy for us. I don’t remember though. It might’ve been the zucchini. Oh no. Diabetes management and lug Hmong health. Yeah. Squash vitamins, a C N E R E N B six. Nyson diabetes management anti-inflammation and lung health. All right. So I guess if you do a lot of smoking and he did loss smoking in the past, eating some, some squash is good for you. Uh, what is the pear pear? We that for allergy relief. So let’s get that in. Um, as you know, I will talk to you guys in just a second. I need both hands to blend this up with our Mueller, uh, juicer that you can buy on Amazon. So I will talk to you in just a minute.

All right. So we got our, a little juice is not as, as much as normal. Uh, if you remember me saying just a second ago, drinking, excuse me, drinking, like two of these and basically trying to drink three of these a day is, is excessive. It’s a lot, it’s a lot of juice and it’s, it’s kinda messing up my bowels as long as I’m not, I don’t have any things solid. So nothing’s really coming out. So, um, and then drinking three of these in one day, it’s very difficult to add anything else to my stomach. Cause I’m, I’m pretty full, right? Not as in like I’m full, as in I’m satisfied, I’m full as in I’m sloshing around everywhere. And I can’t put anything else on my stomach. Right? There’s too much water in there. So we’re solving that problem by not making such large vegetable waters. Well, this is more fruit based. So less fruit based water. Now I will say what gave the most like bang for its buck out of this, this, um, this batch right here was the squash squash gave me a decent amount of vegetable juice. The everything else was, was almost disappointing. Um, the squash gave us like about that much of the juice, right? So it will be about right there. That’s a little, that’s a decent amount. Broccoli was all right, but let’s give it a shot. Right? Cheers. How to smell it first.

This is good. I don’t mind that. That’s good. It got, it has that hint of ginger. It’s crazy. There we go. It has a hint of gender. Cause you saw, I put the ginger in there.

Oh, that’s what it is. I was smelling my hands and it smelled like fish. I’m like, what, what did I touch? But the spoon that I used, the stir, I used it yesterday. I just raw rinsed it all. But the top half of it or this part right here, you can still see right there. So that was, I burnt some fish yesterday. Well I forgot I was cooking and I was outside talking to somebody. And when I came back, like it was a mess. It sucked. So I was scraping the plate or the thing with that, that’s when my hand smells like fish, sorry, tangent not important at all. But anyways, this is good. I was thinking, I need, I need to, I need the peeler. Right? How to peel fruit fast. I am lazy. I am, there is no way I’m going to do it. And if you remember a few days ago, um, or no, that was yesterday. It ruined an amazing drink that I made for myself being tasting too much. Like the, the orange peel having been that really, really tart sour, just disgusting taste. So if I can figure out how to de peel or like just peel the fruit fast, cause I’m lazy, then putting some citrus in this would be amazing, right? It would be because I think that’s the only thing that it’s missing.

Put a little cucumber in here. A little cute. Cause what cucumber does. Like I said, that’s what I got to go to the store. Cause if remember, cucumber helps with hydration. So what the cucumber would do is one, it would, it would almost give us a little bit higher, but glass, but the consistency is really thin. It’s, it’s a thin, it’s not thick consistency. It’s, it’s pretty thin or liquidy. I don’t know what would, how you would present it in this, but it’s a different type, a different consistency where it’s mostly like more watery. So it’s, it’s a lot easier to go down. Then let’s say our, our papaya yesterday, which was really thick. So it had chunks and chunks of stuff in here, if that makes sense. But I think, yeah, having a citrus fruit, which would also give us a lot of liquid and a cucumber in here would be beautiful.

And since I’m almost done with the drink, we can talk because what tomorrow will be one week of me drinking juice or vegetable water, uh, vegetable and fruit, water clean, even call it really juice is more, tastes like water. Um, it’s been about a week tomorrow health benefits.

Uh, the jury is still out, honestly. I mean, I could you and tell you all, I feel this much better and this and that. And nah, I mean, I’m enjoying it. I’m in, I’m having fun. So that’s, that’s a positive thing. Uh, it’s giving myself more of like a purpose. So if you need a purpose, it’s, it’s, it’s perfect for that. Which just by having a purpose helps you in the long run. Um, well let me explain that a little bit more. When you say you have a purpose and you have a goal that you’re going to do something like making these videos. If I have my purpose is to make these videos every single day. So come Wednesday, Wednesday of last week when I just, I had to eat, I need food because everything was just deteriorating and my body was not doing anything good.

I still see here we go out in my mind, I was failing. However I thought about it. And I was like, well, it doesn’t really matter, right? You guys don’t matter or you guys don’t really care if I eat food in the day or not what doesn’t bother you. You’re you’re, you’re here to, to pay attention to the Jews and define and see if I, if I accomplished one of my goals or found something out that we didn’t know before, whether or not I drink or I eat food in a day, that’s great, but there’s no need to starve myself. Now, the way that I eat is different than most. I try to eat a lot healthier. Uh, last night I did not, I had met her Mediterranean food. Wasn’t the healthiest, but I needed a lot on my system because I wanted to have a more regular bowel movement.

That, that makes sense. Last few days, I haven’t, it’s been kind of, uh, disappointing, uh, I guess that’d be a good way to explain it. So I, I was like, I need something to take on my stomach. So I went, um, I got a gyro, so maybe it wasn’t the most healthiest of foods, but it, this morning it accomplished what I wanted it to do. So now I understand that it went through my entire system, right? So nutrients and I got it back out. We’re good to go. If just a mental note, the beat was at two days ago, it is still in my system. Like I told you, it was going to bleed. It was going to like, uh, stain some things and literally has, it has stained the insides of my body and my intestines. Now I still got two more beats, so I’m going to eat them.

But, uh, yeah, it’s just kind of getting to like goal setting and having integrity with yourself. The more that you do something, if you tell yourself, and that’s, that’s why you got to do a little by little, by little, by little by little, don’t try to do huge jumps and leaps trying to stop the whole EDI and everything for the entire month that that’s Eric being Eric and thinking he can take over the world in three days, right? You got to do it faster than God. You know, God took six days for God to create the world. I think I can take it over in three, right? Obviously that’s not possible. However, be consistent. So what I didn’t get to eat the food, but it’s still 30 days or however long I do these videos, it’s transforming my life. Whether I know it or not, because the consistency of doing these videos to consistency of, of, of interacting with you guys, the consistency of discipline is what’s going to help in the long run. I don’t know if that made sense to kind of one on a ball, not only have about 40 seconds to drink this juice. So I talked a little bit too much, but in the end, come up with some goals and do it every single day. I just remember this one saying, I don’t fear the man who can punch a bag a thousand times in a day. I fear the man who compend punch that same bag once a day for a thousand days. Does that make sense? Hopefully it does. Cheers.

Day 6 Afternoon Energy Juicing Delight

All right. Energy drink, experiment. Number one, we got there. We got over here. Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, little key. We, uh, this is a blood orange. I don’t know why I got a blood orange just because it sounded cool. And this is, uh, excuse me. Sorry. This is a min a note. Men of NOLA. Why? I don’t know. No, I got is kind of stupid. I should have just got regular oranges. Cause I know that those aren’t going to be in the book, but nonetheless, let me change that up just one last time. Yeah, that was just stupid of me. I got grapes and then I have a seltzer water, black cherry, right? The reason why I got the seltzer waters, because energy drinks are carbonated. None of this stuff is carbonated. The seltzer water will give us the carbonation. All right. So let’s go into our trustee green juicing recipe book under fruit.

Since Erik was really smart and wanted to be difficult and get two different types of oranges and they only have one in here. So we have vitamin C and B full eight, potassium, heart health, kidney, stone prevention, and Ameet Amenia prevention prevention. Excuse me. And we go back to our key. We remember this is vitamin C K N E Foley, potassium anti-inflammation respiratory health, digestive health immunity boost, eye health, blood pressure regulation. We got our raspberry, which is vitamin C K and B magnesium, magnesium blood sugar control, weight loss, reduced joint inflammation and skin health. We have our Maura Blackberry, vitamin C and K manganese, brain health, weight loss, healthy gut and bowel regulation. Okay. And we got blueberries, vitamin C and K manganese. And those sinus quercitin heart health, brain health, blood sugar control. Oh wow. Those things got a whole bunch of good stuff in them.

Now we’ve got grapes. We got vitamin C and K potassium, cancer prevention, blood pressure, regularly regulation, chronic disease prevention. All right. Now the goal with this is not to drink a whole leader. It’s we’re gonna, you know, shoot ourselves with the little seltzer water. Now, a regular, the regular energy, the monster energy. I looked yesterday at like 40 something grams of sugar in that can, so it was literally, it was just sugar and water. So with that in mind, I tried to get sugary fruits, like some of the most sugary fruits I could find and then little carbonation, and we’re going to create our own energy drink. Now, how do we know if this really works? You’re going to see me drink it, but I’m not going to wait around and be like, Oh yep. It worked 15 minutes later. Right? I know you don’t want to watch and just look at me for 15 minutes. That’s a stupid. So tomorrow we’re well, tonight when I drank the afternoon, my calm down drinks, I will let you know if it worked or, or if anything changed now, obviously this is day one and we were probably, we’re going to be fiddling with, excuse me, we will be fiddling fiddling with this for quite some time. So don’t worry. We’re going to try every vegetable or fruit they got going. We might even throw some vegetables together. All right. Talk to you later. We’ll see in a minute.

All right. So this is what we look like now. It was on purpose. I probably have too much, um, juice, but we didn’t want to fill it all the way up for poor, for purpose. We’re not trying to fill ourselves up. We’re not trying to do it. We’re trying to give us a shot of energy, right? Like Bing. Right? So let’s pour in our carbon nation or how much is this? So see what I mean? We, we, we, it up too much, way too much. Well, let’s give it a stir with this one. I’m not as, um, like the, with the vegetables. Um, I’m nervous a little bit, but with the fruit, not quite so much or more kind of anxious, I’m excited. Cause each one of the vegetables in here are all the fruit that’s in here is stuff I would drink anyways. If that makes sense or eat anyways, we have what? Oranges. I like orange juice. I like oranges. That’s great. Blackberries. I liked them. I could eat them by themselves. Blueberries. Same thing, raspberries, same thing. And then what else I put in here, Kiwi, try and tell you. I’m excited for this drink. Wash is going to be terrible.

Cause I’m excited now again, let me see if this gives us energy.

What they say is the peel, the orange first. I see why it’s not bad at all, but it tastes kind of like an orange peel, right? So I don’t really get to taste the flavor of anything but orange peel. So mental note, depending on how lazy I am now, it’s good enough. Oh, you’re wrong. It’s good enough to where I’m like screw the orange fields. Fine. But if I, if I wanted a better flavor yeah. Just, you know, peel the oranges.

Whether it gives me energy or not. It’s a pretty good drink. You guys should try it. I advise you peel the oranges. If not, it’s fine. It’s fine. It’s just going to have that little orange peel team to it and then yeah. Get the seltzer water. They got, they come with different flavors. I like the seltzer water. Let me read you the ingredients. Calories zero total fact, zero sodium, zero total carbohydrates, zero total sugars, zero included, zero added sugars, protein, zero ingredients, carbonated water and natural flavor, which is the natural flavor, which is black cherry. So the natural flavorings, probably not very good for me, but there’s not too much of anything in here. You see what I’m saying? It’s also zero. So that’s why I like it gives me the carbonation that I’m looking for. Cause I’m used to energy drinks and then they’re carbonated. Most, everything is carbonated. So it makes you burp and all that kind of stuff. Just like other combinations, but there’s nothing in it. There’s no 20 grams of sugar or anything like that. And so this is our sugar. This is, this is our sugar. I guess all the fruits that we put in here.

The only complaint I have. And I’m the reason I was quiet. Cause I’m I’m in my mind, I’m thinking, all right, where can I buy an orange peeler for the only reason? Like this is really good. I enjoy it. I could drink this every day. If the orange pills weren’t there. It’s I it’s it’s I can, everything else in there is good. You can taste it. It’s good. But that orange peel feeling it’s there

To seltzer water is a perfect addition to it. It really was. It gives it well, thins it up a little bit. So it’s not as crying grindy, right. Or rather pulpy going down. Um, it gives you the, the carbonation and it kind of gives it more of like a soda feel if that makes sense. So like when I’m drinking in the morning times or in the night, it’s, it’s not as it’s very distinct and is nowhere near a soda feel right? Either it tastes like, or it it’s a consistency, very watery. Right. Or it’s kinda like this morning, it was kinda, um, pulpy. Right? Well, this it’s watery, but it’s a different kind of water. It’s it’s the, the carbonated, uh, I mean it could be sugar. There’s a lot of sugar in here from the fruit. So we’re creating our own carbonated sugary water. Right. And it’s not bad, not bad at all.

But, uh, the non-organic ones were cheaper. So because I’m trying to think, okay, if I were to do this, am I going to, am I spending more money or less money creating my own energy drink, then just going to buy one out of store. Now of course, over the long run, it’s much better, much healthier for me to make my own, but let’s look at the bottom line too. Like the financial aspect of it all. So I think I spent like $14 at this point I’m over. Right. But

So the, the cost will eventually go down because there’ll be days I won’t have to buy any fruit. Cause I already have some, so is it expensive? Yeah.
