Juicing Day Six Morning Concoction

Good morning, we’ll beat the sun up this morning, drinking our juice. All right. So today we got a pair. We got, I’m pretty sure this is papaya zucchini, spinach, a little bit of ginger and carrots. Now, I don’t know it was last night, watched the video last night. Uh, I’m not exactly sure what ingredient I put in last night, but the focus I had, I mean, it was actually counterproductive. I was supposed to be trying to go to sleep, but whatever drink I made last night had me kind of O awake. So not sure what it was. We’re going to take the ginger. And we had some spinners last night. So since we mixed a whole bunch of things last night, we kind of have to take one at a time and mix one of them. You know, we’ll, we’re mixing two of them at all, three of them that we had last night to see what it is now.

The new ingredients that we had last night was to chop, what is it? What was it called? Bok choy, where the bok choy last night and the beat. And then we also have some ginger and some spinach in last night. So we’re taking the spin, the spinners and the ginger right now tomorrow morning or mid day, because what I’ve noticed is mid day, I got another energy drink yesterday and I looked at how many, how much sugar. It is like 53 grams of added sugar, which is just ridiculous. So that, but knowing that, that gives us a leeway that gives us a lot of sugary fruits that we can combine together. And that will still probably give us less amount of sugar than that one energy drink. I don’t know if you followed me, hopefully you did. What that also tells us is this is something last night gave me a boost in energy.

So we’re gonna, we’re just going to experiment. All right, let’s get down. We’re gonna experiment with the foods from last night and we will get to the bottom of what gave me focus and energy. All right, let’s go to our trustee green juicing recipe book for the sole purpose of, um, looking at the vegetables. All right, well, those are our two fruits. So we got zucchini. Zucchini gives us the vitamins, a C and K men, Janice potassium, digestive health, blood, sugar control, heart health and eye health. So that’s what this little fruit vegetable does right here. That’s the zucchini. We got spinach. Remember we didn’t. So the ginger yesterday, which is frustrating. So I, and I forgot to tell us what meant. So we got the spinach and we also have carrots. So let’s go spinach vitamins, a B two, and B6, full late magnesium eye health, brain health, and muscle health.

Now we got carrot vitamins, a C N B six, potassium, eye health, skin, health, and cancer prevention. That’s always good. Now we’ve got our fruit. I don’t know if they have papaya in here. Nope. Papaya is not in here. So this book is it’s great. It’s helpful, but not really. And then we also have, what is that? A pair? So we got vitamin C and K potassium, digestive health, weight loss, immunity, boost, kidney stone prevention and heart health. All right. So there we go. As we know the drill, I’m a most of these up right here. I have just, I have the provider. I’m hoping in theory, that’s going to give us a lot of juice. Hopefully I’m not discouraged or, uh, not discouraged. Hopefully I’m not disappointed as I was with the kale, as kale was just pointless. There was nothing that came out of Pope of kale. So see you guys in a second.

All right, got our shovel or let’s mixer on up. So, uh, to go with yesterday or last night, the, the beat, how I was wondering how it was gonna affect my bowel movements. Yeah, it did this morning. It looked like I was pooping blood, but I knew it was the beat. And then this morning also, when I was pinging, it had a reddish tint to it, which is crazy that, cause I, again, we didn’t taste the beat at least I don’t think I’d tasted the beat. I might’ve, but for something that had no flavor, it sure didn’t have a lot of staining, proper bare proper properties. All right. Now, cheers. See how the pot, the papaya, that idea doesn’t work. It’s all. Um, my juicer works great Intel with things, but then it’s also horrible with others. So like mushy fruit doesn’t work. Don’t even try.

It’s a waste of time. Like I swear that, uh, a carrot had more juice in it than the main. Then the papaya, the boat fires this big in this round, right in the carriage, this big. And it had more juice than it. So what’s is an inconclusive or which in conclusion, it doesn’t work that juicers terrible with like Missy juicy fruit. I was just makes a mess in your little, your catcher little side thing over here. You can see that it’s not cashing the juice cause there’s juice in there. So it’s defeating the purpose. So tomorrow I got to find a different fruit. That’s that’s harder. Right? I don’t think of grapefruit would work either because, well, we’re trying it all right. We’ll try it. We’re going to try a grapefruit. I don’t like grapefruit. So on that one, you’re probably going to see me like tell you I can’t drink it. I smelled the ginger. I smell ginger.

That’s not bad at all.

It’s really gingery. I mean, I put some ginger and I know I put that more. I’m glad I didn’t put what I was. You know how you break something in half and you’re gonna dump this one in or that one. Well, I dumped the smaller one and I’m glad I didn’t dump the bigger one. And cause that would have been really overbearing. Like this whole thing. I only put like a little droplet like that. And this is like ginger.

I’m guessing it’s more the flavor of the papaya. I, I’m not gonna tell you, I enjoy this, this flavor. It’s not bad. Don’t get me wrong. It’s sweet. It’s exactly what I wanted for the morning time. It’s just, I don’t like the flavor isn’t I don’t like papaya by itself. Right. I can eat it, but I don’t like melons either. I don’t like watermelon. I don’t like the green melon. I don’t like the Mellon Mellon on like cantaloupe. I don’t like any of that. So that’s going to be interesting drinking those kinds of juices because I don’t like the juice. I don’t like the fruit as it is so drinking the juice or really just extracting the nutrients out of it. But the ginger we’re going to have to really look what ginger does because if the ginger root cause of roots are starting, our Groots got nice properties. They grind up pretty nice in the grinder. So we could probably look for some gin Singh. Um, some other, I don’t know, I’m not, I can’t try to as back smart. That’s all I really know. Didn’t sing and ginger. So w we’ll try to find them venting if it works and if it’s not too expensive,

It’s not bad at all. Really truly it’s if you take away the papaya flavor and it’s amazing, you’re like, well, Eric, the whole thing has provided exactly. That’s what I’m saying. You take away that one papaya flavor and this is great. It’s like ginger water, but I like, I like the, the pie is giving it the sweetness that I was looking for. Yep. I can turn, I feel the sweetness on my tongue, on my, on my lips, the gin sink or not the Ginger’s giving it that kind of spicy newness flavor. You know what ginger does, but, um, yeah, it’s, it’s really good. Uh, just a mental note, whatever we were drinking last night as well, it had the complete opposite effect that I wanted. Um, it was supposed to be making me sleepy.

It did not, it, it was weird. It fills my stomach up. It made me want to work. And then it, it wouldn’t really let me go to sleep. Right? Yeah, of course I fell asleep. Don’t don’t think like that, but I was the, you know, the lettuce was supposed to be a sleep aid, but I think I might’ve created an energy drink. All right. So we’re going to, I said this in the other video, but some people aren’t wordy, so people aren’t watching everything. So we’re gonna experiment with those fruit or those that concoction a little bit more. Right? So that’s why the spinach, where we put spinners in this morning, we put Jin Singh or ginger in this morning, right? I’m trying to find what property it was. That gave me energy when I was supposed to be trying to go to sleep, because that could be the missing ingredient that I need to make my own energy drink.

Cause I, I have to get off of the, the monsters or the red bulls, because those are jam packed with added sugar. So you might as well take this bottle of water, put 54 grams of sugar in here. Shake it up. Well, if it was the carbonated kind, alright, just put 54 grams of sugar, shake it up and drink it. And there you go. You have your energy drink. I had guaranteed. Cause I don’t know if you notice before I was like, I got to find something that’s instantaneous because when you take that energy drink, by the time that you’re done with that energy drink, you have energy immediately. So I got it in order for me to combat that I have to concoct a combination of vegetables and fruits. That gives me that same exact effect where it is instantaneous. I chop these vegetables up, I drink this juice and it’s bow instantaneous. I’m awake and I’m focused. So that’s the big journey when it comes to that. Oh, we have other journeys. But I just want to tell that story, but this isn’t bad at all.

Yeah. Ginger and papaya. I don’t taste what spinach is, is weird. You don’t taste any spinach anywhere you go in the carrots. I might be tasting the carrots, but I wouldn’t really know. It’s not bad though.

So what would this one? I will notice with this, uh, mixture. I will say it’s it has more, has more like graininess in it. I think that’s what the papaya, like I was saying how the papaya half of was going to the, to the reject, but what I’m thinking, the parts that they’ve come through, it came through. Oh, mental note too. If you do have a really juicy, like soft fruit, mix it with, uh, with a carrot. For some reason when you’re mixing the two of them, it’s it just works better. I don’t know. I didn’t design the machine. I’ve just noticed it works better to get more juice out of it. Or at least it appears you get more juice, but yeah, like there’s, there’s a different consistency with, with, uh, this one I’m thinking it has to do with the via like larger chunks of Avaya came in. Cause if you remember yesterday or the day before I get pick out a leaf, all right, well with the, the papaya it’s, it’s just mushy. Like you’re not picking out of banana leaf. Right? So, or provide a leaf you’re you would just be picking out like a little mushy part of the banana. But since it’s so small, it’s uh, it’s creates a thickness in this drink. That’s that’s very unique. I like it. It’s not bad. I’m thinking it’s going to be more filling on my stomach.

I didn’t get a leaf, but I got one, a little stringy things that are on like in, uh, you know, when you’re peeling the banana, the little part that’s right there. Yup. Got one of those little things that I buy it. I’ve already gone over the 10 minutes. I apologize. Let me drink this fast and cut the camera.

It is a lot though. I’m not going to lie drinking like a whole one of these twice a day. That’s a lot of water, But we’re going to say water because well, a lot of vegetable

Excuse me. Oh, and today, no coffee. So I want to see how that affects me as well. If I can continuously go no coffee. The reason not, I’m not against coffee. I’m against that. Sh the sugar we put into the coffee and the cream and, and you know, you can’t go from three in the morning until two and a afternoon and do nothing but drink cups of coffee Avar over and over and over and over and over and over again. That’s not healthy. So that’s, I had to get out of that. Let me kill this real quick and cheers.

March 21 Morning Juicing Process


All right, here we go. We got our watermelon, our Apple, our asparagus or lettuce, and our squash. Let’s start with the asparagus. Very much, but you know, it was all right. Let’s do our lettuce. Now. You could probably be more great, more graceful than I am and just stuffing it in there, but whatever [inaudible], let’s go down for a little bit. Got a little bit of crumbs over here. We’re just throw the little looseness. I wonder how this is there. A, why not? All right now, we’re going to kind of just toss the rest of this in there. Some watch her Mellon and hopefully in theory, that’s going to give us a lot more juice in theory, first time I’ve done watermelon so I could be completely wrong and it could be disappointing. Like some other fruits that was a decent amount. What do you guys think?


Remember, we’re doing a half a watermelon, so, and part of the reason we’re doing half a watermelon, I bought three big wa I bought two watermelons. I thought one was different. But it wasn’t, they were both mini watermelons once it’s smaller than the other one. And then I still have the cantaloupe. So if I don’t mush this stuff, then it’s going to rot in the fridge, but I don’t eat it by herself. So it’s better to make the juice out of it then the wished it. Yeah, man. Watermelon, watermelon. All right. Well, Oh, I would say I’m pretty good at guesstimating. How much vegetables are going to, how much juice is going to be coming out of my vegetables? Cause we would use everything that I picked out and we were basically basically there. All right. See you in a minute while we drink our new concoction.

March 20 Night Time Taste Test

No, don’t do that. Don’t do that. Yes.

All right. Hopefully the whole drink doesn’t taste like that. That was Sorry. There you go. Now you can watch me stir, just kind of, you know, back and forth in circular motions, you know, kind of starting our, just like you would stir anything else. All right. Let’s give it a shot. Let’s give it away.

Thank God for the grapes and strawberries. I can taste the, like literally I tasted the strawberry and I think it’s the grape. The only reason I say, I think it’s the grape is because it’s, it’s, it’s a feel, it’s a taste that I was tasting this morning and there’s only two things in here that was from the morning and it was the strawberry and the grape. So it has to be one of those. And, and this morning we didn’t have as much room for strawberries and strawberry has a distinct flavor. So earlier I kind of thought it was the celery. Excuse me. It was

On my mind. But

Now that, cause if you remember this morning, I was kind of saying, you know, it has less than a meaty flavor and it has more of like a kind of cool and refreshing flavor. And in this, I, it has that same kind of cool, refreshing flavor that this morning add,

All right. This has it’s, that’s weird. Less foam, more, more grain. Right? So I, that has to be the lettuce. Let’s not forget what we have in here. We have lettuce and we have zucchini and squash, which is a really weird mixture that you like, maybe most people wouldn’t put them together, but we’re having fun, right? It’s a different mix is it’s not bad. It’s not bad at all. I mean, we, we still have our, our grape and our strawberry. And what else do we have in here? Some carrots, which carrots are like surprisingly sweet carrots are always kind of good. If you’re nervous about whether something’s going to be just absolutely horrendous or not try dealing with a little bit of character, you know what I’m saying? Carrots, carrots bring they’re like fillers and kind of like what I used with the great, but I also use the carrot because it’s a vegetable and it’s a, it’s a decent filler. Right? It’s, it’s kind of sweet. So

I don’t, Hmm. What I don’t taste is the tomato. I mean, as you’ve seen, when we deal with the tomato, we didn’t get very much juice. Right. So I might, I want to try a different type of tomato, right? Maybe not as organic, maybe like a beef steak, something, one big juicy, or maybe even the smaller ones. Right. Cause we’re only, we’ve only used one type of tomato. So that’s kind of why I might literally just write a whole entire book on each and every different fruit, which benefits it brings because when you just have the word tomato, I do not believe that the, I believe, well, each tomato has its own like DNA, whatever. I don’t know if it’s same for plants as humans, DNA genetic makeup. So each, each vegetable has to be producing like, you know, producing different minerals or vitamins for you to eat.

Excuse me, to intake. Wow. I was talking, I noticed something now, part of the reason I was I’ve been doing this right. Is because my kidneys were kind of like, I was feeling stiff back there and it’s like every day they were just, they were hurting. All right. Since I just noticed this, cause I haven’t complained about my kidneys in my mind. Right. For a while, like now that I’m talking about it, obviously I’ll probably be like, I drink it. Right. But that’s just because all my mental or everything on my, my mind right now is it’s focusing on my kidney. So of course I can feel them cause I’m focusing on them. However, but throughout the days I haven’t been having to like relax my back quite as much. I haven’t been trying to stretch or, or I’ve been stretching every day. So don’t, don’t think that.

So when I say I don’t have to stretch, it’s just stretching for the uncomfort for being uncomfortable with my kidneys. So has the mission been slightly successful even though I’ve cheated and I eat food, it has because it’s, I’m not pooping as much. Right. So that’s disappointing. Everyone’s like, all right, I’ll Pope Shaw, right? Yeah. Well, no, that’s like the inverse for me. None of it’s working. However, my kidneys are, I don’t think they’re straining quite as much. So that’s, that’s a great thing. Yeah. sugar. Yeah. I just got to, you know, housework, housing, my sugar intake. I’m still having really hard problems with my coffee in the morning and my energy drink. I’ve noticed like, if I can, I can go maybe every other day without a coffee, but then it’s, it’s really habit. It’s habitual. Right. And then the energy drink, I’m almost now I’m convincing myself that I need it, which is the dumbest thing in the world.

Because before I wasn’t even really a focus as much as an energy drink, I’d drink it maybe now and again, but over the last week or something, it’s kinda like I can remember yesterday. I think it was when we were drinking a juice, I was mentioning how my body has been craving sugar. Right. And as we know, the energy drink has 50 grams of sugar in it like a monster. So what I’m, what I’m going to do is really what I’m thinking is starting next week, I’m going to create my own energy drinks. So we’re going to have a mid, mid day series on trying to solve my sugar issue, right. Where I’m craving sugar, but then also weed myself off of pain for energy drinks. I don’t want to do it anymore, but I need, I am addicted to the sugar increase or, or the sugar spike whenever I them. So I’m trying to naturally create that same sugar spike. I think I’ve already discussed it a little bit, but I haven’t been very successful at it. Now I’ve talked for too much more drinking. Right.

Not bad at all. I mean, I literally, I’m getting to the points where it’s starting to get thick and the bottom part. Right. But other than that, it’s not bad at all. Like this is pretty good. All right. I mean, by far the worst idea that I’ve ever had was put the onion in there. I ate that today. I had some steak and onion and asparagus literally. So that the onion went down good. So I didn’t waste it. Don’t worry. I still ate it. And it went down great. Cooking. It it’s much better than grinding it up and drinking it. Cause you know, I was able to just like saute it a little bit and eat it right on up. No problem. But mush that thing up and try to drink it. Couldn’t do it as you guys remember, if not watch that video, it was one of the first ones. Absolutely horrendous. But this, this isn’t bad.

Trying to get it without the sludge. Dislodged is gross. Like I don’t care. I refuse. I will not drink the sledge. It’s nasty.

Juicing March 22 Am Test

All right. Welcome back. Let’s see what we got right here. Let’s check out the flavor or the color quick. So I don’t know if you can kind of see, uh, the color contrast that we have. This one looks like we have a lot more foam, so I’m gonna dig a little bit off the top. Um, cause you know, the foam is not the greatest, but let’s first stir it up. Well, let’s try to get some of this foam off before I just throw the phone. See it’s it’s not quite as bad, but it’s, it’s it’s full,

Right? That should do it. Forgot to start.

So as you see, it gives us what is that smell? It gives us a kind of an orange flavor. Uh, I think the honeydew, the honeydew, uh, it, the honey during the squash. Well aunt, well, everything in here besides the carrots are, are everything but orange. So it’s really the only the carrots that are giving it the, the color, which is kind of surprising. Cause I only put three carrots in here. I mean there’s, I mean, there’s a lot of, I don’t know if you watch the other video, there’s a lot of juice in here from, um, just uh, the cucumber. So is that what I smell? That might be what I smell. Let’s give it a shot. All right. And my first, My first impression is it, it gives like a dry flavor kind of how the sweet potato gives us how it kind of like chalky in your mouth afterwards. Um, let me get another try. Yeah. Yeah. It gives it.

It’s not the most refreshing

Drink. Right? You remember yesterday? I was like, man, or yesterday morning when we’re drinking the watermelon, the watermelon gave us that, that cool, refreshing flavor. Well, there’s none of that in this

I don’t taste the refreshing part. Kind of like the water,

Right?

No, it’s not thick. Um, it’s, it’s the same con uh, consistency as yesterday with the water w more with the melons, less like thickness. Um, I, I, we need to try the melons with a little bit of, of a celery. Cause the celery I’m thinking gives us that thickness. This does is not refreshing. Like I said, but it goes down really easy. Right. It kind of, you know, when you eat a Skittle and then it kind of leaves, leaves that stickiness in your mouth.

Okay.

Like, that’s this and that’s really weird. I don’t know where it comes from, but it’s leaving us like the same as if I ate like a, not a Snickers, excuse me, Skittles. You know how after you chew a whole bunch of Skittles, your mouth is like, you could, it’s just really sticky. And I don’t know how else to explain it. So if you don’t know what I’m talking about, go grab a bag of Skittles, eat some Skittles and then you’re not what I’m talking about,

But yeah. I mean,

This is juice, this isn’t vegetable water, right? I couldn’t tell a difference. This is straight up juice. And I know, I know, you’re it. How am I different differentiating it? Um, the sweetness factor, the, the ability to, to basically chug it, um, and the stickiness in my mouth. Right? Cause I’m, I could be completely wrong. So don’t quote me on this and, and don’t be like, well, Eric said, well, I could be wrong. Eric could be very wrong with this, but it tastes kinda like the sugar. Maybe it’s the sugar that’s making my mouth sticky. As with yesterday, it was more a refreshing flavor. Like even right now I can feel this. It’s like stuck in the back of my throat, not in a negative way, but just like it’s, it’s not our, how the cucumber says it’s supposed to be for hydration maybe, but I’m getting the opposite right now. It’s kind of like making my mouth dry, not hydrated.

All right. On that goal. I’ve tasted a little bit of a, I actually tasted some of the cucumber on that taste, which is, I brings another point this entire time. It’s not the cucumber I’m tasting. Uh, it might be the honeydew. I don’t know what honeydew tastes like. I I’m sorry. Maybe I should have like ate a small little piece of it before I chopped it all up and made it into juice. Cause I have no idea what the flavor tastes like. I particularly don’t like any kind of Mellon. Um, however, the last few days we’ve been trying them and they’re they’re good water. Good fillers. Right? They’re good fillers. So

Yeah, this is, this goes straight to you. All right. I think I’m trying to think so. I’m sorry. Um, it is a good morning drink though.

It doesn’t really

Well. I don’t know, because in the morning time, I don’t really want my mouth dry. I don’t know. This is like, it goes down. Well, everything is like great about it. But the after dryness and stickiness in my mouth is just it’s too much, but I can’t say it’s bad cause it was good. I just don’t know what time of the day. This would be the best for not at night because of how much sugar, but is this the before meeting drink or is this before the uh, time at the gym? Right? So, And that’s all we have it. The, the little end. Part’s not as bad as the other ones, but I’m still, it’s still not good. So talk to you all later.

Juicing March 22 Noon Test

Okay. Here’s our attempt at an energy drink. Uh, yeah. I don’t know how else to intro that. Um, let’s get this foam off as you can see, this is, this is some

That’s phone phone. I do not want to drink that. So I’m a little disappointed on my, my citrus juice maker that, uh, or maybe I’m just disappointed in citrus fruit that could, that could equally be true. Cause I figured the citrus fruit was going to be like a game changer, but so far, no, and I mean, I was so excited. I’m not going to lie. I was really excited about this new machine, but then I realized that I only have one thing to zip up on it. And that’s oranges. I have two different types of oranges, but it’s all there. Now we put the seltzer water in here to give it carbonation because energy drinks have carbonation. So it’s mean green. You know, it’s not really mean green is not really much green in here. It’s really what is the zucchinis? The only thing that’s given in its color, I guess, with a guy [inaudible], we’ll get the key weeds green, the guy, why op is green? The orange is orange. But other than that, yeah, there’s not very much in here.

Okay. Um, maybe I’ll maybe I need to start later or a store first and then put the carbonation in here. Cause I don’t taste any carbonation at all. It just tastes really watered down or flavor, but it’s, it’s really watered down. So back to the drawing board tomorrow, this is not the greatest, what is in here. Cause it’s I want to say all I taste. Is it going on? But all right, but if you watch the other video, it’s almost impossible by eight there’s. No [inaudible] in here. There’s there’s like three or four droplets, which that’s very difficult for me to believe that three or four drops gave me the entire flavor. However, that’s almost all I taste is like Guayabo um, let me do it again. Let me see

But remember what our goal with this is? Sorry, I just got it’s just started hurting her son.

Maybe it’s a drink. I don’t know. Like I was feeling fine. Just set. Ready to go. All of a sudden. Wow. Okay. Like to drink one down and some kind of felt funny for a second head kind of woozy for a second. I don’t know what that was. Um, yeah, not sure. I don’t even really know how to classify this. It’s

I can’t call it. I’m sorry. I’m over looking at nothing. Let me, let me do it again. Yeah. I’m not sure it’s not bad. It’s not good.

Now. I mean, again, your body gets used to sugar water as in like a monster or a red bull. So it makes sense that this is not exactly what I was expecting for an energy drink. My body’s used to something different, but again, if this, uh, we’ll find out later today, if I make the third video today on another recipe for more of the afternoon, then I’ll give you, I’ll give you kind of a synopsis of what happened with this. But if not, I’ll let you know tomorrow. Um, as of right now, It’s kind of dry in my mouth out a little bit it’s uh, but it’s it’s it’s not like this morning or not. Whenever was, it’s not a talk, keep going.

It’s not a sticky feeling either. Oh, this is just, it’s difficult to like pinpoint it. There’s nothing wrong with it. Don’t get me wrong. It’s it’s over. It’s watered down. Um, but that’s, it’s, it’s watered down with no carbonation. So the whole reason why I put the seltzer water in there is for the carbonation, not for the water. Right? So that was a massive failure. I’m going to have to figure out how to keep the carbonation in here, which that probably is as simple as get the foam out, stir it and then put carbonation in there. Um, other than that,

The, flavor’s not bad. It’s not [inaudible] or whatever it’s called. Yeah. Basically I, and like I think the head, what happened with my head and my stomach is I’m in fluxing, a lot of juice or something. I don’t know. Um, I don’t feel bad. No, I don’t. It’s it’s a weird feeling. Not going to say like I got all energized. No, I wouldn’t say that either, but I can, I guess this is just something that’s different. I don’t know what I’ll explain it. Something different.

March 17 Am Ingredients

All right. Good morning. Sorry. A little late this morning. Uh, I think what I’m going to start doing is, is the first thing I do, right? When I wake up is make the juice. Um, cause if not, then I’m more susceptible to drink coffee. All right. And part of the early morning, juicing is supposed to stop the coffee, drinking and stop the sugar intake. Right? So if I wait six hours before I drink any coffee or like five hours this morning, it’s seven in the morning. I wake up really early in the morning. I wake up usually around two o’clock. Um, then that’s like seven hours of wasted time. I will not waste the time cause I’m working, but it’s seven hours where there’s, there’s no possible way. I’m not going to drink something. So I, I tend to just drink the coffee cause it gives me the caffeine and it gives me the sugar.

And then what, five hours later around making my morning drink. So I’m thinking I need to do this first thing in the morning. Right? When I wake up, you know, wipe my, the eye boogers out of my eyes and come in and make my juice for the morning. And I’m that hopefully that will stop the, the coffee intake every morning. Well, this morning we have grapes, which is a product to Chile. Uh, I just read it right there. So this fire food song, we have some California giant Berry farms, organic raspberries. We have some paper li organic blackberries. We got super fit greens, Kala grants. And then we got pear and Apple and then another Apple, uh, I think this one is the organic nature’s promise, something like that. And um, yeah, I’m not gonna, then we have to cover. And again, we’re using this, uh, mixer, which is Mueller. So let’s check and see what vitamins we are in Justinian into our system this morning, where you have two vegetables. We have our color green and we have our cucumber. So let’s go with our, then look at that. They’re right. There are collard greens, vitamin a C K and B6, calcium iron cancer prevention, detox, support anti-inflammation and heart health, the cucumber, which is vitamins K and C magnesium, potassium, hydration, weight loss, blood, sugar control, and bowel regulation.

That’s problem. We’re after nevermind. I was going to say, I don’t think I’m putting enough food in my system. Um, popper relief or what people were were trying to tell me was if I do this, my bowels are gonna be crazy and I’m gonna have to go to the bathroom all the time. Um, not true at all. I’m quite disappointed in that as I haven’t it’s I need to eat more food, I guess. Cause I haven’t really had to go to the bathroom, which isn’t a good thing. Um, so that’s what got me. That’s what made me think about that with the cucumber, because it’s about regulation. All right. So we have our blackberries right here. Blackberry right here, vitamin C and K and Magna needs, brain health, weight loss, healthy gut bowel regulation. So we’ve got two bowel regulations today. You’ve got the cucumber and we also have the Blackberry. Now let’s look at the razz, Berry raspberry, C K and B vitamins, magnesium, magnesium, blood sugar control, weight loss, reduced joint inflammation and skin health. That’s nice are Apple. March 21 Am Ingredients

All right. We’re starting really late this morning. It’s, it’s almost 11 o’clock in the morning, but no fault to my own. Uh, I didn’t have power until maybe 45 minutes ago. I was riding the bike when the power came back on. Um, so I woke up at my one o’clock in the morning, but I didn’t have power for eight hours. Uh, so I, I slept until about five. And then now we can finally start the day today since we have this large mini watermelon and that’s going to give us an excessive amount of juice. Um, I’ll probably gonna use half of it. That’s why if you see over here, I don’t have very many different like fruits and veggies or very many different, uh, fruits. I just have the Apple, then the asparagus and lettuce and some squash. Um, the lettuce is supposed to be more for the afternoon, but I, I don’t know if it’s going to last that long again. They were out of refrigeration for most of the night and most of the morning. So I want to go ahead and just zip it up right now. So it doesn’t Brown on me by the rest of the day, the asparagus it’s, it’s cool right now, but it’s starting to get kind of, uh, you know, gummy so best to cook it or to zip it up squash just because why not? So we’ve got our watermelon or Apple asparagus, some lettuce and some squash and slipped into our book.

All right, we got squash vitamins, a C E N B six, niacin, diabetes management anti-inflammation and lung health. Now let’s do lettuce right there. Make sure you guys can see it. Uh, vitamins a and K potassium zinc full, late anti-inflammation sleep aid and anti-anxiety relief. Hopefully this doesn’t make me tired cause I’ve been bored all day already. March 17 Pm Ingredients

All right. It was afternoon. I was trying to wait until my machine came for the oranges or the citrus fruit. As you can see over here, I bought some lemons and some oranges. However, they did not get here on time. Amazon is keep on, you know, pushing the time back first. It was, it was going to be here this morning. Then it was this afternoon. Now it’s saying I going to get here before the end of the day. Anyway, we have little ginger, a little pepper. We both, we know so far that we do not know what the ginger and we don’t know what the pepper will do for us because it’s not in our book. I eventually I will do the research and I will, uh, have my own book. And so it just makes it easier for me. You and everybody involved. We’ve got some carrots today. We got, uh, an orange pepper, some bok choy, and then we have like a mini mini watermelon. The reason we’re doing the mini watermelon at night, because it’s been in the bottom of my fridge for about a week now. And I keep forgetting about it. So if I do not do something with it right now, then I might have thrown it away. Cause I’ll forget about it. All right. Let’s see. Let’s see. Let’s see.

We’ll go for our veggies first. So our carrots, which are those right there, those orange things right there. Uh, vitamins, a C N B six, potassium eye health skin health cancer prevention. Now this is a bell pepper, vitamin C K B and a potassium I health and anemia prevention. Now are bok choy. Where are your Bach? Or you go vitamins, a C and B6, calcium brain health immunity boost, and a cancer prevention. Now let’s go for our little mini watermelon. I guess we don’t have watermelon in here. All right. Juicing March 23 Am Test

All right. Let’s get to the nitty gritty. This is what we look like. So it looks like we got a little bit of foam at the top. Let’s try to fish that foam out. Cause you know, I don’t like, Oh no, no, no, that’s not foam. That’s way too sloppy. Or it goes off the spoon too fast. I’ll show you for people that don’t know her. This is your first time seeing this. Uh, I’ll give you an example on a different video, obviously, because when ever I have the foam, you’ll see it. And you understand what I mean by that? It’s not that bad a foam. I can, that’s drinkable the other type of foam. Uh, it’s really foamy and it’s, it’s not, not drinkable. Alright, so just to quickly recap, what’s in here. Um, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, broccoli, and carrots. Let’s see how it tastes. I’m not really very nervous about this is I almost pretty much know this is going to be really sweet. So I’m like the wake up this morning with some, with some, uh, you know, like some sugar, sugar water.

I was really disappointed. I was really disappointed. I’m not a cantaloupe fan actually. Honestly, I’m not a melon fan period. Um, I don’t like watermelon by itself. I don’t see the point. And it was what’d you drink some water, uh, Mellon. I like the green melon. I’ve never, well, uh, cantaloupe by itself is disgusting to me. And then honeydew never didn’t doesn’t look very appealing. So if you enjoy any of those flavors, this is amazing, right? Uh, for me, let’s try it again. I was hoping the strawberries would be a little stronger

All right. That, that that’s Walla was better than the first, the first one was overbearing with a carrot, a little flavor, which I’d like all three of those, actually. I don’t know. I’ve never had honeydew is I can’t recall what it tastes like. So out of the two of them watermelon or cantaloupe, I would prefer watermelon. So I know we’re not, not going down off the rim there. I only had two choices, you know, here at Watermill or animal, which one’s better a watermelon. However, this tastes a lot like cantaloupe, like, ah, hold on. Let’s do it again. Interesting. I wanted to say I tasted something different. I’m not sure. It’s almost, it’s almost like every time I take a swallow, I’m tasting like a different array of flavor. All right, got it. No, my hair’s getting kind of long, but keep it growing now. Um, it’s a very different, I don’t know this is different. Cause some, sometimes it tastes like cantaloupe. Other times. It doesn’t,

Seeing the stickiness factor, you know, cause the sugar, um, no, not very much sugar, not stickiness. You know, it’ll probably be good in here. I was, that was a Baden it too. But I, I knew I was going to run out of space with the juice is sweet potato. I think the sweet potato would give it a different kind of consistency. Little, little talk here. And then just the flavor of the sweet potato, I think could be a little bit better. I’m not sure though. I mean, this goes down extremely easy, right? So I mean there’s no, it’s not really granny at all. It’s very smooth. It’s I wouldn’t, I wouldn’t say refreshing yet. Right.

I Think it was yesterday or the day before. And I was like, man, this is a refreshing drink. It’s not there, but it is something that like you could, you could, I could drink this every day. I mean, not every day, probably every other day. Cause just every day would be monotonous, but every, I could probably drink this maybe about three or four times a week, like this same concoction and be fine with it. Um, the after effects. Um, yes that’s yes, I forgot. Yesterday was the first day that we are, we are in the middle of trying to create our own energy drink. Um, a natural energy drink with the theory behind that a mantra energy has 50 grams of sugar or something. So with that theory in mind, I’m kinda like, well, I can just put a whole bunch of natural sugar together and see what happens.

So that’s, that’s kinda what I’m attempting to do is just shoot myself for sugar. Since that’s basically what an energy drink is, is just sugar water and or sugar syrup, right. Which is even worse. Um, that’s the intention. Uh, yesterday I will, this is what happened. I drank it. I didn’t, I did not have, uh, after the fact, I didn’t, I didn’t feel like anything happened until I started talking about it. And then I noticed a couple of different differences. I bought an energy drink yesterday as well, but it’s still sitting in the fridge. I opened it everything, but I only drank maybe three or four sips and I was fine. Like my mind was able to work. Uh, even last night I was able to function. I didn’t take a drink last night or I didn’t make a enter or a water drink or vegetable drink. However, I’m starting to,

I Don’t want to say I’m starting to feel the effects of drinking the juice, but I am noticing differences. I’m noticing like, uh, finally it’s it started. I think my body’s starting to transition over and it’s starting to get it used to all these nutrients and everything. So we’ll keep that in mind. Keep that on, uh, on the side burner and we’ll know as we continuously do this, um, hopefully you guys notice maybe my skin getting better. Um, I don’t know, just any small little notices that you notice, then just keep that in the back of your head. Like, okay. Maybe, maybe it’s working. All right. Oh no, excuse me. Let’s get back to our juice.

Tastes like again, I taste that cantaloupe. I don’t really taste any other distinct flavor, but the cantaloupe, I think, like I said, the sweet potato would be good with the melons in which I almost, I have to, you know, consume a piece melons. So I think during lunch or during the energy drink, we’re going to kind of see how this does. I want to, I got to go to the store. I want to get some bok choy. Cause it’s, I guess it’s good for your brain. And then, uh, no that’s for the oranges and more citrusy fruit. So I’m going to try to, I got to figure out, cause that’s, that’s going to be a, uh, a push of straight sugar and uh, hopefully the block Choi will give me the sugar and the enlightenment. Right. That’s in theory. Uh, let’s get back to this. I got a minute left. Yeah. If you could see me drink it that fast and that easy, you know, it’s not bad. Right. Um,

I think

Again, the only, the only change I would probably make to this, uh, this particular concoction is just adding the sweet potato. Um, yeah. Other than that, just, just so just the sweet potato would probably give it a little bit more of a starchy feel to it a little, give it a little bit thicker consistency. But other than that, it’s just, I mean, it’s good. I could drink, like I said, three to four times a week,

We’re getting close to the undrinkable part, but uh, I’m gonna try and get as much as I can.

March 18 Am Juicing Process

All right. Here we go. We will start with the sweet potato.

So it looks like that last little part is we tell it was all kind of hard for this to grind up, Knocking everything off. Let’s see. Let’s put someone else in there. Some easy. See if that sound go away.

So it was probably just something that was stuck in there. Not a big deal. Uh, we’ll show how much the watermelon is. You kind of saw how much the sweet potato was. Hopefully that’s mostly just the potato. Ah, man, that sucks. That sucks. Put my finger. Good thing. I’ll wash my hands. All right. So we’ve seen, we saw how much the sweet potato. Now this is the watermelon.

Go ahead and throw the apples in there.

Turn that down. We’ll pop a little ginger in there just for the ginger flavoring. Uh, I still don’t know what what’s so great about ginger in it, but uh, they’ll work. And then since we just have some lonely grapes, I was supposed to talk about the grapes. I apologize. I did not. So we’re just going to throw grapes up in there And I’ll eat one. So we went on bill very much.
